Cheers to George and Hercules for making our stay even better. They are truly amazing. Trust all of George’s recommendations and advice, you will not regret it. Besides the amazing staff, the location is great. Even though it’s close to the center, it’s in a quiet area during night. Also, the view from the terrace is really beautiful.

The hotel had an amazing view and a perfect location, close to everything. The view was absolutely 10/10! Herkulios was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He was always there whenever we needed anything and made us feel very welcome. He truly left us with the best impression.

One thing to mention is that the fridge was fully stocked with drinks, but all of them came at an additional cost and were not included in the room price. Unfortunately, the prices were quite high. There were also snacks available for an extra charge.

Privelistea este absolut minunata! Vezi perfect caldera, dar si Fira plina de lumini seara. Este liniste, intim, piscina micuta dar foarte draguta, esti aproape de toate (statie de autobuz, centrul Fira, restaurante etc). Apartamentul nostru a fost foarte racoros si curat. Terasele hotelului sunt perfecte pentru a admira apusul. Multumim lui Hercule, a fost foarte amabil si comunicativ.

Nu am ce comenta aici. A fost foarte bine!

Ένα εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα στην καλντερα της Σαντορίνης στα Φηρά με απρόσκοπτη θέα στο ηφαίστειο την Θηρασία και την υπόλοιπη καλντερα! Ακριβώς στο κέντρο των Φηρών δίπλα στα πάντα! Πολύ ικανοποιητική πισίνα για τα δεδομένα της καλντέρας για την απόλυτη χαλάρωση με άψογη θέα! Εξαιρετικά ευγενικό όλο το προσωπικό!

From the moment we booked, george communicated with us to make sure that all of our requests were met. We were greeted at the port by a driver who helped us to the transport with our suitcases. The only drawback is that taxis are not permitted to go up the hill where the hotel is located. The first day it was difficult for us to climb up but after that, without our luggage, it was easy. This may be a drawback for individuals with physical conditions, but even if you were older and are in good shape, it should not be a problem. The beautiful view certainly compensated for the short walk up the hill to the hotel. Hercules was excellent. He checked us in efficiently and took the time to explain the different areas on the island. Every day he served us breakfast on our private Terrace. We did not go to the beach because we were only there for two days and were very tired and just wanted to hang out in Fira. We selected a suite and it was beautiful. We had a private balcony overlooking the sea and could view the sunset from our balcony and the hotel Terrace. There were also restaurants that allowed for takeout in the area and one evening we opted to dine at the hotel I drink the wine that the management graciously gifted to us. I’m not sure if all of the guests receive a complementary bottle of wine. We may have because we had a luxury suite. There are lots of restaurants in the area and shopping just a few minutes away. We went to the archaeological museum, which was very informative and displayed artifacts in a spacious, well-lit area. If we do decide to visit Santorini again, we will make sure to come back to this beautiful hotel. The service was exceptional. The pool is smaller than it appears in pictures, but it was fine for swimming a few laps and relaxing. We also enjoyed using our private hot tub. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had to carry our luggage from where transport dropped us off up a hill, since cars are not allowed to drive to the top. The pool was small, but we didn’t come to Santorini for the pool.

The breakfast was AMAZING! The staff are also so helpful and extremely friendly! They recommended the best restaurants and places to go! 10 out of 10!

It is a pretty hotel with a nice feel and amazing sunset and Fira views. It’s a great location right it Fira to explore from and enjoy the night life.

I don’t want to say too much because then It might get booked out when I want to stay there. The view! magic ! The room was beautiful and cool with a huge bathroom. A Santorini bottle of wine was provided which we consumed while taking in our own sunset view. A beautiful breakfast provided on your own terrace while you look over the caldera. The hotel is close to everything and although there is a few steps maybe not as many as some. Lovely pool and Georgio and Hercules were lovely. Say no more the Pantelia Suites will now be my go to in Santorini.

Perfect location in Fira and perfect views, the staff were absolutely amazing and so kind. They helped us out with everything throughout our stay. George and Hercules were absolute angels during our stay and made everything so easy and great guidance throughout our stay.

The view was fantastic. It was just what I hoped for: from the terrace outside the room, a stunning panoramic view of sea and Caldera; easy accesses to the main actions of Fira; a path down on the cliff which leads to the old port and many views that awed us along the path. The breakfast was superb, many delicious choices.

Our unit didn't have a private swimming pool. I wish I could have an infinity pool that allows me to enjoy the sunset while cooling in the pool.

Charming suite very beautifully furnished and the architecture is tipically Santororini Very clean and very confortable. Amazing terrace with incredible view on the Caldera and Fira bay. Where we enjoyed having our outstanding breakfast. We enjoyed a lot our stay and we will come again. Very good value for money. George the manager is amazing, so dedicated and always willing to help. He welcomed us warmly.

Great hotel! Very well located, close to great shops and restaurants, while still being on a quiet street, which made our stay feel very private. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool area was peaceful, with the most beautiful view. Two things really stood out. The first was the amazing breakfast, served every morning with a beautiful view. The second was the staff. George and Hercules were a masterclass in hospitality. They made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. You could tell that they are genuinely kind people who care about doing the best job possible — and they absolutely did! We will always be grateful for these wonderful days and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not a fan of Santorini beaches

The views, the location absolutely breathtaking. The staff particularly Irakli was exceptional. Great customer service and wonderful to talk to. George was very helpful and made us very welcomed. Both were very helpful in taking care of our luggage. Highly recommended

George the manager could not have been more accommodating he made sure our luggage was brought directly to the room. We did not have to carry it because there are some stairs there anything we needed he was right there for & the views were absolutely exceptional!

Amazing service from the time we arrived up until the last minute we left. There is no other place we will look to stay when we go to Santorini again. The staff cares about the client actively and making everything they can to have everything you need, when you need it and the way you need it. One of the best services and best breakfast ever, home cooked!

So many things! First of all THE VIEW. No need to bother going anywhere else for sunset because you have the best view on the entire island in my opinion. Great location, very easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. We also loved the pool and appreciated that they were accommodating for us to hang by the pool the day after checkout since our Ferry wasnt until the late afternoon. Also appreciated the crib they provided since we had our 18 month old with us :) Whenever we come back to Santorini we would absolutely stay here again!

Super minor and I definitely understand but sometimes limited flexibility with what time you can have breakfast since two rooms cant book the same time for bfast. Again super minor and wasnt a huge deal to us.

This was easily the highlight of our trip. Our stay at Pantelia Suites was exceptional from start to finish. I almost don’t want to leave this review because I’m worried it’ll be fully booked the next time we visit Santorini! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Fira, less than a 5-minute walk to the bus station and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. If you have the pleasure of meeting George, you’re in the best hands. He goes above and beyond, providing great local recommendations on what to see, do, and eat, and even gave us advice for the next Greek island on our itinerary. The breakfast was another standout. Each morning, a delicious breakfast was delivered outside our room, with plenty of options to choose from when ordering the day before. The quality was outstanding. A genuine 10/10 stay. We couldn’t fault a thing and would happily stay here again.

Perfect location, fantastic view. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable Staff were excellent and very helpful Breakfast served to your room or on the patio was one of the best we have had. Transport to and from the airport organised by the staff and they carried our bags up and down the stairs which was a great help. Our stay was absolutely perfect.

We loved our stay at Pantelia Suites. Everything was just perfect, from the time we checked-in, the manager George was so welcoming and all the staff were fantastic, which really made a big difference in the hotel experience. Breakfast on the terrace with an amazing view… we couldn’t ask for anything more!

Everything was excellent….the property itself, the suite, the private terrace and hot tub, the wonderful breakfast made to order and served on the terrace, the amazing views from the terrace so we didn’t have to go anywhere for sunset pictures or enjoying the caldera views. Location is excellent and very convenient with minimal steps which was important to us. Just a 3-4 min walk to the main bus station and we toured the whole island on the buses which are air conditioned and very easy to use

The property is perfectly located on the cliffs for stunning views while being perfectly located near many city attractions.

The TV had limited options but we weren’t there for watching TV.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional view of the whole town of Fíra and Nea Kameni and the wole bay. We had the best sunset view in the whole town! Georgios, our host was super nice and very helpful. He had great tips on what to do in Santorini and also in Naxos. He can help with taxis, buses and all! Best hotel experience, I will definately come back here.

Very clean, fantastic location, beautiful view, stylish and memorable vibe. One of the best hospitality I’ve ever seen. Heracles and George were literally looking after the guests as it was their family members. Not enough words to describe the feeling that we felt. It was our first time in Santorini and the way that they had supported us in knowing where to go and what to do there was something unforgettable! Everything that they had said was precise and very helpful. The recommendations about restaurants and sightseeing were right in point. In short, we had the best experience ever! We 😍

Incredible caldera views, tons of private terrace and rooftop space to enjoy sunsets without the crowds. Very clean rooms. Wonderful made-to-order breakfast each morning. Such a great location- short walk to bus stop, but away from crowds. Hercules and George were so helpful with their recommendations, arranging car to airport, even arranging a drop-off to airport when we left an item behind. We will be back!

Pantelia Suites is in a great location! You see most of all of Santorini AND it’s within walking distance to so much. Georgians Hercules were great hosts-gave us lots of local suggestions and helped with transfers, reservations and just getting around.

Don’t come to Santorini if you don’t like wind or stairs. Even then, the property was easy to get to and to get around.
