Vermieterin Charlotta war sehr engagiert, wenn es Fragen gab, sehr gute Lage im Wohngebiet, zu Fuß 15 min. in die Innenstadt.

Fenster waren schwer zu schließen in der unteren Wohnung, wird aber laut Vermieterin nach der Saison ausgetauscht und repariert. Ums Haus rum könnte man evtl. mehr draus machen.

The apartment was perfect for my solo travel. It was comfortable and in a calm neighborhood. The kitchen and whole apartment was well equipped. They also responded quickly to any questions I had. I really enjoyed my stay.

It seemed they were a bit unprepared when I arrived. The bed was not made and the key was not in the key box. However, this was remedied very quickly by someone there.

Fantastiskt lugnt läge, stor och ljus, högt i tak. trädgården, mycket plats att förvara saker, smidigt entré med kodlås och nyckelbox, bra information i mejl, bra möjligheter att laga mat, nära till stan

Det var inte jätterent, jag valde parkeringsplars men det visade sig att man inte fick stå på gatan på dagtid, det hade varit fint med lite mer mys, som belysning, kökshandduk, och prydnadskudde och sånt, lite oklart vid bokningen vad och vart det var man bokade

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war super, prompt und sehr nett. Charlotta hat es, nachdem wir zuerst ein sehr kleines Appartement (eigentlich ein Studio) hatten, möglich gemacht, dass wir in eine große Wohnung umziehen konnten. Das hat unseren Urlaub gerettet. Danke dafür!

Das erste Appartement war ein Studio, das ging aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor. Hier wäre eine klare Beschreibung gut gewesen. Unsere Bewertung bezieht sich auf die zweite Unterkunft.

Localização, espaço interior e exterior

Wir hatten die Erdgeschoss Wohnung und jeder der vorbeilief konnte in unsere Wohnung schauen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und man hört alle Geräusche aus dem Treppenhaus und der Wohnung daneben oder darüber.

we hadden 2 appartementen geboekt( tegenover elkaar) in één ontbrak een handdoekenset, en in één het toiletpapier.

Good location, good price, nice apartment, very comfortable beds, the apartment had everything you needed.

There's no sofa bed (the advert states a sofa bed), not enough toilet paper – 1.5 rolls for four people for five days (more was provided after requesting it), and communication with the owner is sometimes very poor. Parking is a problem; you have to ask for it before booking. I didn't, so I had to figure out how to move my car. There should be information about free parking.

De locatie, net uit het centrum en het appartement dat rust uitstraalt en bijna alles heeft om het comfortabel te naken.

Dw keukenuitrusting. Ik kook graag zelf. Er was geen snijplank, geen vergiet of zeef en de messen waren erg bot. Het keukenlinnen was 1 thee- of handdoek. Dat is echt te weinig voor de nodige hygiene.

It was a nice quiet flat. It was close to a decent bus service. If you like a wee walk the town centre's only 20/30 mins away.

Eine gute Lage.

Obwohl wir im korrekten Zeitfenster des Check-ins ankamen, war die Wohnung noch nicht gereinigt. Als die Reinigungskraft kam, mussten wir also noch über eine Stunde warten, bis wir hineinkonnten. Zudem sollte eigentlich ein Föhn bereitgestellt sein, den wir erst auf Anfrage erhielten. Zu den Ausstattungsmerkmalen zählte auch Toilettenpapier. Leider fiel uns zu spät auf, dass auch dies fehlte, sodass wir selber welches kaufen mussten. Das Bett bestand aus zwei zusammengeschobenen schmalen Betten, die konstant auseinanderglitten und dazu noch sehr wackelig waren. Zwar hat die Wohnung Potenzial, allerdings ist der Service unterirdisch und die Ausstattung verbesserungswürdig. Für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt würde ich also definitiv hiervon abraten.

Breakfast in the garden [we had good weather] was an unexpected benefit. The apartment was quite spacious, which we also liked. Position within walking distance of Lund central station and other busstops was also helpful. Lots of parks and greenery close by.

Slight sewerage odour in the bathroom after a period of non-use. Toilet and bathroom space was rather small.

Very nice host, organized an upgrade for us at arrival. Nice apartment, garden with apple trees and a serre. Very nice and quiet area of Lund, close to E22 highway.

Nothing to mention really!

Fräscht badrum, bra sovrum och bra soffa. Bra med trädgård som gick att stänga så att barnen inte försvann iväg. Bra parkering.

Det saknades saker i köket så som skärbräda, brödkniv, salt o peppar, vitlökspress, äggdelare. Det var en märkligt doft i lägenheten. Vi var alla täppta i näsan och hade ont i huvudet när vi vistades i lägenheten. Försvann när vi var borta en hel dag. Invecklad förklaring på var boendet och nyckelboxen var kontra parkeringen osv. När vi väl hittade var det bra, men det var inte självklart!

Too hot underroof apartment. No air conditioning, just a ventilator and windows that cannot be opened much.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in sehr schönen und ruhigen Lage. Man erreicht das Zentrum der Stadt zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Es besteht die Möglichkeit sich im Garten aufzuhalten. Das Appartement war modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Besonders die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Excellent location, apartment was spacious and so comfortable, it felt like home. Laundry facilities were good too. Prompt and warm communication from the team, would definitely recommend.

Die Wohnung hatte eine gute Lage in Lund, wir konnten die Fahrräder auf dem Grundstück abstellen. Das Bad war groß und in Ordnung, die Waschmaschine im Keller zur Nutzung gut beschrieben. Zwei große Betten für einen erholsammen Schlaf.

Das Bad war sehr schön eingerichtet, leider ließ sich das Fenster nicht öffnen.

The host did not send the entering info beforehand but when I called,responded fast, even upgraded my room to a bigger one. There was always good smell in stairs area.

It was hot days. There was a small fan. It doesn’t work properly. It seems working but no wind coming out. Plus some laude people in other rooms. There is no elevator L should carry my loggade to 3rd floor.

Tråkigt att vi inte inte fick tillgång till parkeringsplats fast vi hade fått bekräftat att vi skulle ha en privat parkeringsplats vid boendet.

Ubytování je na velmi dobrém místě – blízko nájezdu na dálnici, obchodu i čerpací stanice. Do centra se dá dojít pěšky během několika minut. Apartmán byl poměrně velký a prostorný. Kuchyň byla dobře vybavená, k dispozici byla varná deska, hrnce, talíře, příbory, toustovač, mikrovlnná trouba i kávovar. Koupelna byla sice menší, ale čistá a dostačující. Výhodou je také možnost parkování hned vedle domu až pro dvě auta, případně parkování na ulici.

Při příjezdu nebyly talíře a příbory úplně čisté, takže jsme je museli nejdříve umýt. Kuchyňská deska je pod odkapávací částí poškozená a pokroucená, voda pak může protékat do šuplíku s příbory. Na některých místech se trochu kroutí podlaha a zdi byly lehce špinavé. Největším problémem bylo v létě velké horko v apartmánu, hlavně kvůli tomu, že okna šla otevřít jen částečně. Při vaření se teplota ještě zhoršila a apartmán se špatně větral. V domě je také hodně slyšet hluk z chodby a schodů.

Very nice and quiet location. Wanted it to be a bit more central, but it's well connected.

Wish that there were things like hand soap in the bathroom. Or even a couple sachets of tea or coffee as well.

Köket var stort men det kunde finnas mera utrustning. Vi hittade ingen skärbräda och det fanns bara en musli skal.

La cama no es la más cómoda, pero la anfitriona hizo un esfuerzo por tenerla bien y limpia.

L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité du centre de ville, et en même temps dans un quartier résidentiel très calme.

Je n'ai pas réussi d'avoir de l'eau assez chaude dans la cuisine pour faire la vaisselle, j'ai du chauffer de l'eau avec la bouilloire. La serrure aurait besoin d'être changé, il n'est pas possible de fermer la porte à double tour (heureusement l'immeuble est protégé par un code).

House of 8 apartments which is located in a quiet residential area, about 15' walk from the city center, fully furnished small apartment on the top floor, clean and comfortable, I enjoyed my stay in Lund. The hosts are very concerned about your well-being and serve you if you need help.

Bra läge. Helt ok lägenhet. Smidigt att anlända och lämna med nyckelskåp. Bra info från värden via mail. Bekväm säng.

Det doftade lite märkligt i rummet. Lite källardoft. Fanns inga riktiga matskedar. Grytlock saknades till grytan, annars fin köksutrustning.

Bra boende, nära centrum utan att ligga mitt i smeten.

The apartment was located near the city centre which was excellent, it had all the needed facilities and the hosts were super responsive and provided us with everything we need, bringing us the hair dryer and other amenities we needed. The TV was also working great and had nice programs.

The house was a bit loud - everything could be heard through the doors and from the apartment below. It's a good thing the neighbours weren't loud, but we could hear each other through the doors. This also might be a personal prefrence but the lights were very dim and not bright, so if you needed to do any work or something, this wasn't ideal, but it's not a big deal.

The apartment is ok, you get what you pay for. IT was clean and livable, everything somewhat worked. It is pretty central and the parking by the door was appreciated. The hosts were kind and responsive.

It was extremely cold, so much that i went to shower in the gym to avoid freezing in there. The bed was way too soft but that is my personal preference. The mini fridge freezer was full of ice, nobody has taken care of it in a while. The cutlerly was dirty unfortunately. There were no basics such as salt, oil or the like to cook so maybe not good if you plan on cooking on a short stay. IT was extremely noisy, i could hear everyone on the appartments around, coughing, laughing and dragging bags... there was a big gap on the door, so i felt i needed to put clothes or a blanket there to protect against cold coming from the corridor and for the noise but it did not help much.

Väldigt mycket spindelnät, silverfiskar och gråsuggor. Stekpannan gick inte att använda så fick åka och köpa en egen. Inte alls städat när vi kom.

Stor och rymlig lägenhet med det man behöver. Smidig in och utcheckning. Lugnt område. Typ 15-20 min. till ”stan”.

Badrummet var verkligen iskallt då det var kaklat och ingen värme.

Lugnt villaområde, promenadavstånd till Lund C, universitetet och mataffär. Bra boende och service från fastighetsvärd. Smidig in- och utcheckning.

Stort och rymligt, två toaletter och välutrustat kök. Tillgång till tvättstuga.

Trappen var lite svår att gå i.

Det var väldigt kallt i lägenheten. Den var också lite trist inredd, tavlor, rena fönster och lite omsorg skulle ha lyft den i grunden fina lägenheten.

Velmi příjemné apartmány ve vilce v klidné čtvrti, volný přístup na zahradu, pár minut pěšky od centra města. Vstřícný přístup majitelů, bezproblémová komunikace.

Everything was perfect: communication with the host, the quality, comfort and location, and because it was a fairly long stay also the kindness of the host to assist (such as helping to get back into the apartment after I misplaced my keys).

Une réponse rapide, un personnel très réactif, très professionnel et très amical. Un lieu spacieux, ressourçant, très calme, à l'écart des touristes.

Que le nom de la rue et le nom du lieu ne soient pas indiqués. Difficile de se repérer au début.

Nous venions rendre visite à notre fille qui étudie actuellement à Lund. Très bien situé sur Siriusgatan, au calme et a proximité des transports en commun. Appartement très propre et bien rénové. Beaucoup d'espace de rangement, on a bien pu poser nos valises et se sentir chez nous. Notre hôte a été très réactive à notre demande de pouvoir également accueillir notre fille en plus (non prévu au départ)

En pistes d'amélioration pour un séjour parfait: Très lumineux la journée, avoir un peu plus de lumière le soir (éclairage du séjour un peu faible). Pour la cuisine: quelques verres, plats et casseroles en plus. Pour la salle de bain: un plan de travail sur la gauche de l'évier pour déposer ses affaires. Ces éléments n'ont pas terni notre séjour, mais seraient des plus.

De studio van het gebouw lag op de bovenste verdieping. Was helemaal fijn voor mij alleen. Met eigen keuken, toilet en douche. De ligging ten opzichte van het centrum is ideaal en de omgeving is prachtig.

Niets wat ik kan bedenken

Clean, cozy, nice location. We arrived at 9 pm and had no issues with the check-in.

Noise from the main entrance and stairs including at 2 or 3 am woke us every night.
