Reviewed Sep 16, 2026La habitación era amplia tratándose de un apartahotel. Bien situado para ir andando al centro histórico de la ciudad. Tenia lavadora y plancha, aunque no disponía de tendedero. Los utensilios de cocina eran los justos y necesarios.
La limpieza en general era algo deficiente. En la TV no conseguimos que se viera ningún canal, posiblemente fuera de pago. No había tostadora y el microondas estaba instalado a mucha altura, por lo resultaba incomodo su uso. El parking del hotel tenia pocas plazas y a veces cuando llegabas estaban todas ocupadas.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026You might use a bike to go around the city. the place is calm and easy to reach by bus from Lund C or Malmo (by bus 171). the lobby is very nice and the staff is friendly.
The Room was a bit dark. I took a sinlge room and it didn´t have a proper door in the bathroom, that was extrange, maybe they must clarify it when you do the reservation

If you like to stay in the feeling of a prison cell, this is the place for you.. Beware of some of the single rooms is in the basement/underground , so if you're claustrophobic and don't like tight places this is not for you . . With no neutral light from outside or aircondition. I haven't read anything in the listing about the room where this was mentioned i have booked it. The water in the building tasted awfull, i try 4 different taps,different places in the building. All tastet the same. The tap water in the town, tastet good. The windows would open but it's was so filthy outside i was bother doing that. And not much air came in anyway. Is called Finn Apartments, but my small room didn't not have anything like that. The bed was really soft for my body. Picture one and 2 is my "wiew" from my bed a concrete wall. I send a mail to the property while staying there , with my complain about the room ..never heard back from them. I only got answer when i ask for a small table fan to get some air circulation in the room. But first the day after arriving. There was no escape methods in case of fire or emergency,only the door to you room. It was noisey sometimes you can here every door slamming and things from the other rooms.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer bezogen, wo es im Badezimmer enorm nach Urin roch. Das Personal zögerte nicht lange und gab uns ein Alternativ Zimmer, was deutlich größer und noch schöner war. Der Service war für uns super.
Die Parkplatzsituation könnte ein wenig verbessert werden. Wir waren mit einem größeren Auto und Fahrradträger dort und hatten Probleme in die engen Parkplätzen hineinzukommen.

No reception staff on arrival (which we expected) but the printer that prints the room number was not printing so we did not know our room number. The phone number on the booking information just had a message saying the reception was closed and reopened at 7.30am. After two hours another guest worked out how to call using a number not listed online but on a sign at the check in desk...not very prominently displayed. The room did not have a kettle which was odd but had we not had a terrible arrival we would have seen the freebies. The lift broke down and our door access cards stopped working on day 2 so we had some access issues, this was only over a 2 night stay, I would not want to think about it for a longer stay.

Küchenzeile, Geschirr und Bad waren nicht sauber. Wohnung liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, dementsprechend ist es laut, wenn man Fenster aufmachen möchte.

El área común, del lobby etc es agradable con difertentes opciones para sentarse, leer o trabajar. También la tiendita de autoservicio, aunque básica tiene lo necesario. El autocheck in /check out funcionó a la perfección. Por otro lado, recibí información suficiente en todo momento.
No tengo ninguna queja. La habitación fue cómoda, el baño limpio y bien acondicionado, lo único es que me tocó una habitación en el sótano en la ventana da a una pared.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Die Ausstattung im Appartement ist super. Schön modern Eine kleine Küchenzeile ist vorhanden, aber kein Ofen, kein Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeemaschine. Nur ein Padmaschine, könnte man in die Beschreibung aufnehmen, damit man vorbereitet anreist. Wir wollten dort frühstücken, so war dies nicht möglich.
Modernes Design der Zimmer, großes Bad. In die Innenstadt kann man laufen.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Der Self-Check-in hat tadellos geklappt. Sehr praktisch, wenn man den Anreisezeitpunkt nicht so genau weiß und später ankommt. Es gibt gekühlte Getränke und kleine Snacks zu kaufen. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Mein Zimmer war sauber und es war sehr ruhig, obwohl die Straße in der Nähe war. Man ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß in der Stadt aber wir haben die Fahrräder genutzt, die wir kostenlos bekommen haben. Das war echt toll.

Vrij parkeren aan de voorkant is klein; echter aan de achterkant van het hotel kan men vrij parkeren; slechts enkele minuten lopen.

Veilig en aangename wandeling. Er staat koffie klaar in de lobby. Prijs kwaliteit is echt goed. Lund een leuk stadje.

There is free parking in front of the building. It is a 15 minutes walk to the city center. There is easy self check in and check out at 11 a.m. Good WiFi.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Goed locatie (15min te voet naar het centrum), snelle service van het personeel toen het koffiezetapparaat niet bleek te werken (werd binnen het uur vervangen). Parkeren kon vlak voor de deur, met meestal genoeg plek.
De afbeeldingen op de site waren nogal verschillend. De kamer die wij hadden, was eigenlijk niet geschikt voor 4 personen; wel om te verblijven/te slapen, maar om er een zelfvoorzienend appartement in te zien, is eigenlijk door de beperkte ruimte en een smalle tafel en te weinig zitmogelijkheden niet van toepassing.

Rozkládací pohovka a dveře do koupelny vrzaly. V pokoji velmi slabý signál wifi. Vybavení kuchyňského koutu by bylo vhodné doplnit o rychlovarnou konvici.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026We had a really spacious room with access to a terrace and backyard. Good kitchen (no oven, though). The room itself was really fresh, clean and comfortable. The hotel has a nice lounge.
The terrace and backyard could use some love. It seemed to be a dumping ground for things no longer needed and it would be easy to make it a bit more comfortable. Also, the deck was so dusty everywhere that while it was lovely to let our baby crawl on it, she was so so dirty in seconds. Not to mention you needed to wear shows. A baby cot cost 10€ for the night, it’s usually free in other hotels.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Jag bodde i ett Studio M. I rummet fanns ett fullt utrustat kök med allt utom ugn. Även diskmaskin och tvättmaskin fanns på rummet, Jag tror hotellet var ganska fullt, men det var otroligt lugnt och tyst. Verkligen knäpptyst på rummet på kvällen. Det krånglade lite med incheckningen och sedan när jag kom till rummet krånglade kylskåpet. Vid båda tillfällena ringde jag journumret som fanns vid receptionen. Personalen svarade direkt och löste alla bekymmer snabbt och smidigt.
Parkeringen är väldigt trång och man är inte garanterad plats. Jag stannade tre nätter och en av nätterna fick jag parkera på Planetstadens betalparkering en bit bort. Gatan utanför hotellet är också ganska hårt trafikerad. Det märks absolut inget av så länge fönstret är stängt, men det är svårt att sova med öppet fönster.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Very big hotel room, quite close to a lot of things. Very nice for the dogs, that could go out on their own to a balcony and down the stairs to a backyard., as long as we let the door open..
The parking was very limited, especially during weekdays, and it wasn't possible to reserve.

Bäddsoffan i rummet borde bytas ut, sliten, man kunde känna alla resår under den tunna madrassen, obekväm och har nog gjort sitt, lät väldigt mycket också så snabbt en av oss rörde på sig. Det var ingen rolig sömnupplevelse. Köksfläkten låter extra mycket men har ingen effekt,

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Fantastisk personal, supertrevlig och hjälpsam. Utmärkt rum. Lagom nära till centrum och bussar går ofta, precis utanför. Även express bussar till malmö. Tillgång till micro, vattenkokare, tallrikar, glas, bestick, kaffeautomat samt läsk och lite gott och blandat man kan köpa i den hemtrevliga lobbyn, med många soffgrupper, tvn, en matsalsdel, samt en mysig liten bokhörna. Finns även dator och skrivare.
Det enda jag saknade var fler tv kanaler! Är proffs på svt nu iallafall!

Låg lite långt från centrum, men busshållplatsen låg precis utanför så det gjorde inget.
