Bed needs a bigger quilt

Hyvin siivottu asunto. Maksullinen autopaikka hyvä, isoon ruutuun mahtui myös iso auto ja tila näppärästi saman talon kellarissa.

Avaimen nouto oli vähän erikoinen. Meillä sattui hellepäivät majoituksen ajaksi ja sisällä oli todella kuuma nukkua.

Uudehko siisti asunto, oma parkkihalli.

Lakanat, pyyhkeet voisivat olla tasokkaampia. Liian voimakasta pesuainetta käytetty niiden pesussa.

Kaikki sujui todella kitkattomasti. Asunnon sijainti oli meille aivan täydellinen, kaupan läheisyys oli lisäksi iso plussa. Asunnossa oli todella siistiä, viihtyisää ja hiljaista, parvekkeella oli ihana nauttia ilta- ja aamupalaa. Tässä olisi viihtynyt helposti useammankin yön!

Kaikki oli niin kuin esitteessä kerrottiin. Siistiä ja viihtyisää. Sängyssä sai hyvät unet. Ruokailuvälineitä ja astioita oli riittävästi yhdelle,ja kahdellekin. Jos olisin laittanut alusta alkaen itse ruokaa,yksi kattila ei oikein olisi riittänyt. Ostin valmista ruokaa ja lämmitin mikrossa,niin asia ei haitannut. Kylpyhuone oli erittäin siisti. Wc-paperia oli riittävästi. Saippuaa ja shampootakin löytyi. Parvekkeen kesäkalusteet olivat siistit. Olispa ollut kesä!. Nyt oli maaliskuun puoliväli ja kylmää. Näkymät parvekkeelta olivat muuten hienot,mutta vastapäinen korkea talo kymmenine naapureineen ei täysin vastannut luvattua kuvausta hienosta näkymästä. Tämä asunto( n:o 71) keskellä rakennusta oli 8. kerroksessa,joten naapuritaloa oli näkymässä reilusti.

Näkymä ulos varsinkin sisällä istuessa ei tuntunut mukavalta. Valoverho onneksi satoi suojaa,kun ei halunnut sulkea kaihtimia. Hellan käyttöohjeet olisi ollut hyvä olla. Olen ennenkin käyttänyt vastaavanlaista hellaa.Joten onko hellaa rikki vai miksi levyt eivät lämmenneet,kun pääkytkimestä painoi. Siis siitä hellan päällä etureunassa olevasta ympyräkuviosta,jossa pystyviiva keskellä? Ja vaikka mitä kuvioa painoi,ei tapahtunut mitään.

The accommodation is right next to the train station, easy to reach on foot even with luggage. Large space on the upper floor, all necessary equipment is available, as well as a balcony. Has private parking if needed. All necessary information is provided in a timely manner and quite accurately. Recommended

Inconvenient when entering the building for the first time through the underground parking lot.

Erittäin siistiä, hyvä sijainti ja oli helppo tulla. Asunnosta löytyi kaikki tarvittava, hiustenkuivaajasta lähtien. 6/5.😊

Juustohöylä olisi mukava lisä keittiöön. Lasten vuoteita ei oltu pedattu valmiiksi sohvalle.

Erinomainen sijainti ja pakkasella plussaa lämpimästä autopaikasta. Rauhallista.

Lähtiessä autohalliin ei pääse sisäkautta ilman avainta. Piti hakea avain ja avata ovi ja viedä avain taas takaisin.

Communication was easy and fast.

The "key-system" needs improvement. The instructions are ok, but for example, to get to the parking garage you have to take your apartment key with you in the morning and then bring it back up again and someone has to hold the door - a bit inconvenient.

Nice and modern apartment with all the amenities. Next to the railway station and approximately 5-10mins to the center.

Sijainti oli loistava

Sisäänpääsy rappukäytävään oli erittäin hankala, sillä käynti oli parkkihallin kautta. Opasteena oli video, mutta taloa tuntemattomalle reitti ei ollut ihan yksinkertainen. Jostain syystä myöskään hallin rulo-ovi ei auennut koodilla. Asunnolle palatessa myöskään ulko -oven avain ei toiminut, mutta onneksi paikalle sattui talon asukas ja pääsin rappukäytävään. Asunnossa oli perusvarustus. Sänkyyn olisin kaivannut toisen tyynyn. Annoin tästä palautteen suoraan vuokraajalle ja minulle kerrottiin, että kaikki toimii, joten hyvä niin.

Kätevä sijainti, siisti perusviihtyisä asunto, jossa kaikki tarvittava. Kauppa vieressä plussaa.

Sisään pääseminen oli iltajunan jälkeen väsyneenä turhan haastavaa. Piti katsoa ohjevideoita yms. En löytänyt parkkihallia, jonka kautta olisi pitänyt kulkea sisälle, mutta onneksi ulko-ovesta meni asukas sisälle ja pääsin samalla itsekin.

Helppo ajaa isoilta teiltä. Paikoitusmahdollisuus hallissa. Hinta-laatusuhde. Kahvia, teetä ja suodattamia saatavilla.

Lemmikkieläimet ei sallittuja, joten jatkossa emme voi valita tätä majoitusta.

Siisteys, sijainti, mukavuudet

Olisin voinut kaivannut pieniä yöpöytiä sängyn molemmin puolin. Hissi ei toiminut lähtöpäivänä.

Kaunis näköala. Hyvä pyykinpesukone.

Haju huoneistossa hirvittävä. Tyynyjä ei voi tyynyiksi sanoa. Viime hetkenvarauksella sain vasta aamulla tulo ohjeet huoneistoon jolloin olin jo lähdössä pois.

Hyvät puitteet, lyhyt etäisyys kaupunkiin, selkeät ohjeet.

Roskien vienti, ilmastointi kuvattiin esittelyssä mutta sitä en löytänyt, oli liian kuuma

Yövyimme kohteessa 3 yötä,sopii erinomaisesti pariskunnan kaupunkiloma asunnoksi.Asunto siisti ja puhdas.Mukava lisä oli tuuletin helle säällä.Asuntoon ei kuulunut melua vaikka ensin arvelutti rautatie aseman läheisyys.Kaupunkin ravintolat,ranta kävelymatkan päässä.Suosittelemme tätä kohdetta.🤩

The apartment was clean and modern. Very close to everything in the city.

The location is in the center of Oulu. Walking distance to everything.

Great location for ours need, less than 5 mins walk to train station and close to city center The apartment was very clean ( highly recommend), stylish and modern Shower room was large - had big washbasin counter for my makeup stuffs and bright with white light ( lovely) Big balcony area for enjoy the sunshine All facilities needed for a great stay.

Access into the units was inconvenient, even I had apartment’s key but I couldn’t get in the units, I had to wait others open the door. ( at late night , too lazy to access through the parking garage, with the same price I rather booking hotel )

In the apartament it's was too cold, the products in the fridge, the drinks that can be bought for hydration, cola, mineral water have expired.🤮

Extremely close to the train station. Warm and clean. Good shower pressure and hot water. Separate washing machine and dryer very handy, and a clothes drying rack very helpful too.

Not much space for four people once the sofa bed has been changed into a bed. The front door code doesn’t work, which is annoying.

Small apartment at tall building. It had parking lot in warm garage for extra 15 EUR fee. There is grocery store in same building just next to the main entrance. Across the street is pizza place. The main shopping street with lot of food options is about 500 m. Apartment had fully equipped kitchen and there was also coffee.

Sheets and towels were wrinkled, probably not ironed but just taken out from dryer. So they did not look very appealing. Sofa bed was not very comfortable.

Clean and quiet apartment with nice views to the side from the balcony on 8th floor. Good value for money. Easy check in with a lock box and direct access to underground garage for parking for an extra fee. It fulfilled basic needs (cleaning and linens included) and was not expensive so might stay again!

There was a sign at the bed prohibiting use of oil to avoid ruining the sheets. I assume such sign is needed due to the ”professionals” who use the apartment to conduct some adult business there (?) This in combination with very basic interior furnishing (no wine glasses or any efforts to the interior design) made the feeling of the place rather cold and basic. Still it’s a nice new apartment with large balcony, so with little effort to detail could have a more inviting atmosphere.

Nice and clean apartaments in the centre of Oulu city.

There was some problems with parking, gates doesn’t work and the next day the entrance to it was closed! Also, apartaments have strange condition on late checkin, we were late a little bit and were charged 10€.
