3-Room Central Railway station

Huoneisto oli puhdistettu edellisen jäljiltä oikein hyvin. Suihkusta löytyi jopa shampoota ja hoitoainetta jos sellaiset olisivat sattuneet jäämään kotiin. Sisäänkirjautumisohjeet olivat hyvin selkeät wiki avainta tarvinnut lähteä etsimään jostain keskustasta.

Huoneiston äänieristys kadulle on melko olematon ja tällaisen tapahtuman aikana meno osasi olla aika villiä joten unet jäivät vähiin. En tiedä oliko huo esto vai naapurusto mutta välillä tuoksui tupakka melko voimakkaasti.

Tilava ja siisti asunto hyvällä sijainnilla.

Kaikki liikenteen melu kuului selvästi sisälle. Kesällä verhoilla ei saanut riittävästi pimennettyä huoneita.

Sijainti oivallinen, keskustassa, lyhyt matka rautatieasemalta. Huoneisto oli siisti.

Toivomme enemmän säilytystilaa tavaroillemme. Myös leivänpaahdin voisi olla.

Somewhat difficult to find the apartment, a bit rundown

Sijainti oli erinomainen.

Huoneistoon kantautunut liikenteen melu öisin.

Keskusta aiheuttaa meluhaittaa ja asunto on kesällä aika lämmin,

Valoisa ja viihtyvä!

Olis hyvä jos sais makuuhuoneet pimennettyä yöksi, kesä kun on niin valoisaa. Parkki maksun jätin pöydälle, en ole saanut sitä vahvistetuksi?

Siisti, tilava ja valoisa huoneisto hyvällä sijainnilla lähellä keskustaa.

Selkeät siivous ohjeet voisi saattaa tietoon jo varausvahvistuksessa. Asunnossa oli vähän epäselvät ohjeet.

Hyvä sijainti rautatieaseman lähellä. Palvelu oli hyvää, viesteihin vastattiin nopeasti. Unohdin tavaran asunnolle ja sen sai helposti takaisin.

Asuntomme sijaitsi ison kadun kulmassa. Ainakin perjantai-iltana liikennettä oli paljon ja se kuului hyvin asuntoon. Vaikeutti nukkumista. Jonkinlaiset pimennysverhot oli olohuoneessakin, mutta ne eivät peittäneet riittävän hyvin auringonvaloa.

Tilava, valoisa ja siisti huoneisto rauhallisessa ympäristössä lähellä keskustaa ja rautatieasemaa.

Ключи получили без проблем: у входа в подъезд установлен кодовый ящик, в котором они и находились. Квартира отличная, действительно много спальных мест. Недалеко от дома (буквально за углом) есть паркинг. В квартире есть всё необходимое, полностью соответствует описанию: укомплектованная кухня, полотенца и другие бытовые мелочи. Единственный момент - сначала не сразу разобрались, как закрывается дверь в туалет, но позже, путешествуя по стране, поняли, что это обычная местная особенность (нужно поднять ручку вверх). Также поначалу немного переживали из-за ключа, так как он один и подходит и к подъезду, и к квартире, но, как выяснилось, в Финляндии это стандартная практика. За безопасность можно не волноваться - соседи открыть квартиру не смогут 🙂

Practically at the walking area of the city. Marvelous view from 3 sides in 5-store building. Good quality of everything. Lot of space.

Did not like house policy to charge extra for anything that is out of standard. It makes stay a bit nervous to know that house will charge extra if you leave a minute later.

Excellent help and communication with host. Easy access to apartment. Great location in centre of Oulu.

We had a very uncomfortable night sleeping in a 'greenhouse' . Very very hot. No air-conditioning and windows that dont open. After a long days travelling from the UK we were exhausted. No-one was able to sleep due to very hot conditions.

Everything was good.

Simple, clean, very good location

We were 4 people (work group) but were given only 1 key to the apartment. The sink was clogged, but the maintenance was fast to fix it

Great location, very near to train station, on a city main road but nice and quiet up there. We enjoyed watching the postal robots maneuvering the traffic lights, a farmer parking his tractor neatly in a parking lot, and even saw spectacular green and red Northern Lights at 2am. Plenty of beds in the apartment, so if you share with friends it's even cheap. Supermarket right opposite the appt, with long opening hours.

The neighbors love a bit of gangsta rap at full blast, but at least they were quiet at about 11pm.

Beds were good. The lemonades in the fridge were a plus. Spacious

Some towels smell sweaty

Good location close to the train station. Spacious living area and kitchen facilities were adequate. WiFi was good. Economical price.

The unit was very hot inside and in the evening the bedrooms were very hot making sleeping difficult. The one pedestal fan provided could not be plugged in in the bedroom. Bedsprings were well worn. The bathroom and the toilet are both far too small making them almost impossible to use.

The first apartment was poorly cleaned and the bathroom smelled like mould. So was the Bed-linens. There was this terrible smell in all the bed-lines. Got our flat changed which was cleaner but the smell was still there.

The rooms were very light

It was far too hot in the apartment and there seemed to be no way of opening the windows. We found a fan but even with that on the temperature was too hot to sleep comfortably.

Clean, spacious, and quite cheap. Comfortable beds.

Bathroom is a bit strange. No place to keep a towel or your clothes. Would be much better if there will be at least a plastic chair. No noise isolation at all.

The location is excellent. The final floor. From windows you can see 3 sides of the main street in town

Dark from the main entrance, and when you get out the elevator to where the apartment was. I understand that it is not automatic.. I have to open my phone light and search for the switch. So i was in the dark space. The elevator was also small. The space of the apartment was too big for me. Overall, I don't feel safe. That is why I have to check out immediately. And find a better and more comfortable place. Thank you.

The location is amazing. Within the city center and the view is wonderful.

Maybe more pillow? 😅 but other than i cant falt about the property.

Was quite spacious. Near to city centre.

There was a quite distinct sweat smell in all the beds. Didn’t smell that well. Since it’s next to magistrals, it’s quite loud for families.

Spacious and very clean apartment with amazing location. Customer service work very fast.

Clear apartments

Very hot and noisly at night. Can not sleep because street traffik is very loud

The place was roomy, and the location was great. It was really clean as well. There were drinks in the fridge that you could take for 2 euros. They sent videos on how to move about with the keys and a parking space.

The apartment didn't have some things that were on the list (we couldn't find them), eg. Fire extinguisher, smoke alarms, washing machine, shampoo (it has a bottle of shower gel tho), a dishwasher. Also, the discussion with the owners is a bit hard because they anwser a few days later. Additionally, we got a goodbye message the morning of the check-in day, which added to my confusion. The water didn’t want to drain from the sinks.
