Everything was great, Mr Hossam was incredibly friendly and respectful, and showed us around the entire place and surrounding areas, the place was very clean, spacious, the kitchens had complimentary snacks, fruits, and drinks. The balconies were nice, the TVs in the living room and upstairs bedroom were massive, both smart. The bedrooms were nice, all the beds were comfortable, the WiFi was great and never cut out, and there was plenty of places to go shopping and a hypermarket all in the building (as it's technically in a mall). Overall amazing experience, would definitely recommend.

Our host Hossam was a very kind Gentleman indeed! The apartment was clean & tidy, in fact very cozy indeed. The fridge had plenty of water & sodas in it, there were also chocolate bars left for us! Everything was in great condition & working order in the apartment too. There is a huge supermarket in the shopping mall which is attached to the apartment block. You will also find fashion shops & fast food shop very close. If you are looking for international brand shopping try the Cairo Festival Mall or the City Center Almady mall. We would definitely return! Thank you once again for your kind hospitality Mr. Hossam.

Every single details l liked it The hostess is very welcome and advise me everything i might think or need during stay with full tour in location Location Cleaning Furniture Readiness Near to all needs Photos is typical real Every single detail you might need during any stay is available and perfect I can say with fair that this one of my nest stays over the past 20 years

Everything was great , and exceeded my expectations, Mr Hossam is really fantastic helpful guy , made my stay awesome 👌 Thanks alot.

N9thing at all

The stay was perfect. We had a very late arrival and were delayed even further than expected. Hossam (the owner) had no issue with this and was extremely welcoming despite the early morning arrival at 4am. He gave us a warm welcome to the apartment, including a tour covering everything we needed to know. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated — it felt like a home away from home. There was also a large supermarket a few minutes away, which was very convenient. All in all, it was an exceptional stay and one of the best we've had in recent memory.

Nothing...everything was perfect!

Due to bad previous experiences, I usually avoid staying in apartments/AirBnb type properties. However, this property was definitely a gem. Hossam(the host) was extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing as possible. This included assisting us with finding a driver and tour guide for the duration of our stay. Upon arrival to the property, he gave us a tour of the property and attached mall. Although parts of Park Mall was still being built/ renovated, there were still very useful and shops that were open and operational, such as a Lulu Hypermarket, barbershop, pharmacy, and restaurants within walking distance of the property. There was even a playground/ small football pitch for kids to play. This will definitely be our go-to place the next time we visit Cairo.

The apartment was great and in a very good location. In the apartment you have all facilities, towels, blankets etc. The apartment is located above a shopping centre and there is a supermarket in the ground flower, very convenient. The host was very kind and showed us everything around in the compound by our arrival. There were plenty of fruits, water and soft drinks when we arrived. The host was very friendly and always willing to help or answer any questions that we may had. If we come back to Cairo we will definitely stay there again!

Everything was great, nothing to complain about

Location, services, facilities, and cleanliness. Mr Hosam , the owner, was very kind , generous and helpful.

Nothing

Hossam met me at the property show me around. I was allowed to check in early after explaining my flight from Luxor was arriving at 6am. I was in the apartment by 8.30am. I truly appreciate this kindness. The was plenty fruits water and chocolates left in the apartment. The apartment was clean all kitchen utensils was of good Quality. The bedrooms bedding towels everything was perfect. Can't find a fault. It is a safe. Supermarket and loads shop within the compound. The cleaning product was good stuff. Every room had a hand sanitiser. I love it. Hossam is friendly/kind and always willingto help.

The was nothing. Everything was perfect.

Very satisfied!

A duplex-style apartment that is exceptionally comfortable, spotless, and fully equipped. Bright and ideally located in an outstanding area with easy access to everything you need. The compound is also well designed, featuring numerous shops, several swimming pools, and a gym. A large supermarket is conveniently located right in the basement of the buildings, easily accessible via the elevators. In short, everything is in place for a truly perfect stay!

The apartment is filled with natural light, beautifully furnished, and impeccably clean. Every detail has been thoughtfully planned by the owner. Mr. Houssam welcomed me with great care and remained attentive throughout my stay, regularly checking in to ensure I had everything I needed and was fully enjoying my time. The place is remarkably quiet, perfect for anyone seeking true relaxation and genuine comfort. The internet connection is excellent, with two routers available on site, one on each floor!

Every thing was amazing specially the host

The owner went above and beyond in making our arrival smooth. He instructed the taxi driver to take us to the right location. He then assisted with the luggage and gave us a tour of the flat. He then walked with us around the area and showed us all the good spots for food, shopping etc. As that wasn’t enough he gave my wife a gift when we were leaving and helped us with the taxi arrangements. An absolute Gentleman. Thank you.

The location is wonderful close to everything and the security is excellent. Have a lot of services in and around the building.

It is just me, but I don’t think it is kids friendly especially toddlers.

Perfect place to stay in Cairo. No traffic jam , 2 minutes walking to Lulu Supermarket which is practically one level down of the same Mall. Very friendly host. He knows Cairo in and out.

Nothing.

Clean, tidy, great location and has everything like you have at home. It is very well thought out. You face inside the property, not the roads and the property is very quiet. Lots of malls and food establishments close or within a 0.5-1 mile walk. Hossam is very welcoming and will help with anything you need help with.

Nothing, it was a great property.

Our host, Hossan, made us feel very welcome and was very generous, including fruits, water, and beverages The apartment was exactly as described, very clean and with lots of towels etc The location is about an hour from the sites of Cairo, but New Cairo is a nicer place to stay, and taxis to the city are easy to get and very inexpensive. Within the complex, there is a good supermarket to get any groceries you need.

Outside there is a shopping centre which plays the same 2 bars of a tune again and again for 14 hours a day. Irritating until you get used to it.

Hossam was absolutely amazing host! He came to greet us and also to say goodbye, explained everything in detail and was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He even stocked the fridge for us with snacks and drinks. I have never experienced such attentiveness before. The apartment was lovely, exactly like on pictures, we had everything we needed. Surprisingly, it was very quick to get around from the place as there is a highway - it would take us just around 20 minutes to get to the center as opposed to when we stayed in Nasr before (we would get stuck in traffic for 80 minutes even!) It was very convenient that there was a mall just a few steps away as well as 2 pools we could use and tennis court. I hope I get to come stay again soon :)

Everything was amazing, no notes!

Our stay was excellent! Mr. Hossam was very attentive and respectful, always ready to help. He gave us clear information about nearby facilities, and everything was within walking distance such a supermarket, restaurants, and cafés. The apartment was spotless, nicely decorated, and had a beautiful view. Thank you for the warm hospitality, we would be happy to come back for our next holiday.

Rien

It was an amazing stay in Cairo. The location is great and the owner is super helpful and kind.

We were visiting our daughter who was studying abroad at AUC. Location was in close proximity to the school and a very short Uber ride. Mr. Hossam was warm, welcoming and offered great hospitality and service. He went above and beyond by providing stocked beverages in the fridge, a fruit bowl, and some snacks upon arrival. He even had an outlet adapter available for customers to borrow. Apartment was clean and spacious.

Excellent location, amazing property Mr Houssam was amazing, very helpful and generous I would definitely stay there again In fact we decided to book the same property again on our next visit

Nothing I liked everything about it

You really feel like home. All amenities are there, Hypermarket just in the compound in the mall below with many shops.

Fitness center is not included have to mention here and check in process can be faster.

Very nice place to stay especially if you are looking to escape seeing reality and poverty of Cairo. It is closed area with everything you need for short stay available in the same building- restaurants, supermarket, some shops.

Narrow staircase to bedrooms.

Mr Hossam is a very respectful person. From arrival until departure he guided me. The apartment was far better than the pictures. I also appreciated the strong WiFi connection because I work remotely. During my 2 weeks stay I felt 100% safe , especially as a female solo traveller it's important to find a location you feel comfortable in and safe at all times. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs, as well as a big Supermarket called Lulu. The apartment has absolutely everything you need, from hair dryer, towels, washing products, even shampoo and plenty of bottled water and spices, microwave, toaster, cooking stove , big fridge, lovely balcony. You can easily reach Cairo city center via Uber which is also convenient. Also there is 24h security guards outside the compound. You can find seafood, KFC and plenty other restaurants right next to the building. On the day of checking out Mr Hossam gave me a papyrus present with my name on it . Also he put plenty of fruits and sweets in the apartment which was great after a long trip. I will definitely come back to this accomodation!!!

Very clean and very well equipped. The location is perfect for a family, business and leisure. The house owner is a smart and dynamic guy.

Very comfortable and well-equipped. Good location with shops and restaurants all over for convenience. Hossam was very welcoming even at 3am! Very nice for a family of 4.

The apartment is very clean, and the location is close to malls , coffee shops, and restaurants . Literally, the apartment is missing nothing. Everything I needed was there. Special thanks to Mr, Hossam.

Nothing

Very fancy and luxurious apartment I've ever stayed in with a low to mid-range price. The apartment was nice, there's a living room on the 1st floor and 2nd floor for the bedroom. There's also swimming pool provided. Facilities wise, is very good. The securities and staffs were nice and friendly, as well as the owner, Hossam, giving us a very warm and friendly welcoming gesture. For sure 100% will recommend people to stay in this place. Although the location from the apartment is quite far from the city of Cairo, it's still worth to try for a night or 2.

Whatever your expectation is high , this flat will exceed that ceiling. perfect location, facilities and amenities amazing, cleanliness, comfort and owner Mr.husam made my stay unforgettable.

My travelling companion and I were very happy with the apartment. Mr Hossam was friendly and professional. He replied to my emails quickly and was always ready to help. He gave us a thorough tour of the apartment so we knew how things worked and where things were. It is very conveniently located right above a supermarket, ATM, and a good coffee shop. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer! It really felt like coming home after our long days of touring. I would definitely stay here again - I am so glad we skipped the hotels. Mr Hossam was so thoughtful - we had a bowl of fresh fruit, and chocolate! waiting for us, and plenty of bottled water. Having a washing machine and drying rack was fantastic too. The security was great, and it was easy to be picked up out the front every morning. It was very quiet inside and very secure. My friend and I felt safe at all times. The apartment itself is gorgeous, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Wifi worked well. Beds comfy, water hot, and towels soft. We had lots of space in our separate rooms to unpack and have some privacy without feeling cramped. The swimming pools looked nice, however it was too cold to go for a dip given the time of year. Thank you Mr Hossam, you made these two Aussies feel very welcome!

Beautiful, luxurious, and modern apartment. Big. Clean. Comfortable. Every small and big detail you would want in an apartment were available. The apartment complex is in a commercial location, so whatever you need is literally step away. The host is super friendly and available at all times, and has stocked the apartment with essentials such as water, tea, fruit and more. The building has perfect security 24/7. It is the perfect 5 stars stay, we literally did not need anything! I would highly recommend this.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The owner Mr HOOSAM is amazing and friendly host he has made sure that his apartment is wonderful and has everything you need This was Indeed a excellent stay Me and my family will be back to Cairo and will always choose this apartment Perfect location Great Communication

amazing, perfect location and Mr. Hussam very kind and helpful

Actually the flat was very clean and comfortable, the owner insist to wait for us to hand over the keys and to let us familiar with all the facilities and places around the flat. The location of flat is amazing it's above one of the biggest hyper market so it's 2 minutes to get all your glossary, multiple of restaurants around you and coffee shops. One of the most nice things in this apartment is the security we were feeling very save . The apartment is perfect from all ways.

I can't find any thing I didn't like during my stay in this apartment.

Mr Hossam is wonderful person Apartment was so clean and elegant furniture Tv in each room 5star hotel level Recommend it to anyone and sure i ll come back if i came to new Cairo
