Wish I had more info for a house keeping to clean and wash clothes. I think they did have house keeping. But I didn’t ask because I only stay for 2 nights

Квартира расположена в центральной локации- рядом находится огромное количество кафе и ресторанов, супермаркет и многое другое, легко вызвать такси. В апартаментах все было чисто и соответствует фотографиям - хорошо оборудованная кухня, стиральная машина, удобные кровати, кондиционер, три санузла и две отдельные спальни. Пользовались также бассейном на улице. Останавливались на 6 ночей. Все это время чувствовали себя комфортно и в безопасности. При заселении нас встретил агент, которому мы передали наличные за оплату жилья и отдельно депозит. За полученный депозит нам выдали квитанцию. При выселении депозит вернули. Мистер Хоссам был внимателен к нашим вопросам и просьбам и был всегда на связи через ватсап. Очень хороший надежный вариант для посещения Нового Каира.

Nothing honestly

The place is clean and functional for a great holiday i would recommend it for families and friends to enjoy their time.

Everything was perfect. Fast check in with very friendly staff and an amazing location near to all the services.. fuel stations, restaurants. The unit in the complex that has Park mall inside has easy access to a variety of coffees shops as well as lulu hyper market. There is also an indoor shielded parking for residents and security 24/7.

Due to central AC, the smell was shared across apartments.. smoking, food. Perfumes 😀. kettle need to be changed as it have mineral build up inside

The apartment was larger than expected, with all the comfort of a ‘home away from home’. The host was amazing, giving clear communication. He was very professional and extremely helpful.

While the location was conveniently situated near a shopping mall with numerous excellent dining options, we found it quite noisy at bedtime. Situated at the junction of two major roads, there was considerable traffic noise, including frequent car horns late into the evening.

Eerste dag alleen koud water gehad. We kwamen in de avond aan, uur gewacht. Uiteindelijk met koud water gedoucht, omdat er geen warm water uit de douche kwam. Ze hebben een boiler, dat duurt lang om op te warmen. Er zijn 2 badkamers, dus warm water is okk snel op.

Groot, ruim appartement

Wij hebben tot drie keer toe het verkeerde adres toegestuurd gekregen, wat voor veel gedoe en problemen zorgde. Ook tijdens het afrekenen ging er meerdere keren iets mis. Elke keer kregen we te horen dat er sprake was van een miscommunicatie. Maar je vraagt je op een gegeven moment toch af hoe vaak er een miscommunicatie kan plaatsvinden. Daarnaast bevindt de accommodatie zich op minimaal 45 minuten van alle bezienswaardigheden, iets om rekening mee te houden.

The apartment was a really good size and super comfortable, and it smelled really nice. It was very clean. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Everything I needed was already there, I didn’t even have to go out at all.

not a big deal, the hotel doesn't a reception and I have to contact the hotel host and wait for 10-15 mins outside for him to meet us and give us the key of the room other than that everything is perfect

الشقه كانت رائعه نظيفه والموقع ممتاز قريب من الخدمات والمطاعم وامكانيه الحصول على تاكسي واوبر سهله ، يوجد سوبرماركت ومول للتسوق ، ملعب كرة قدم للاطفال ومسابح والعاب ، اهم ميزه كانت الامان ووجود حراس امن على جميع البوابات والمباني راح اكرر التجربه ان شاءالله شكر خاص للسيده الفاضله هند على حسن تعاملها وسرعه استجابتها

كثرة التفاصيل في عقد الايجار والزامنا على التوقيع على موجودات الشقه كامله ، يعني احتاج قبل ما اسكن اجرد كل موجودات الشقه واطابقها مع الموجود في العقد عشان لو حصل تلف او فقد اي شي منها يتم خصمه من مبلغ التأمين ، هذي كانت طريقه جدا ممله وغير عمليه وخصوصا للمستأجرين القادمين من مسافات بعيده وسفر طويل ، نود منهم شاكرين ان يكونو مرنين اكثر في هذي النقطه بالذات

نظافة المكان وهدوئه

- اول يوم وصول كان هناك رائحة طبخ تفوح من فتحات المكيف وكانت جميع الشقة تعج بالرائحة رغم اننا لم نستخدم المطبخ تماماً ولم نجد لها حل واستعدت الاخت هند بتغير الشقة في اليوم الثاني ولكن لم تكن هناك رائحة بقيت ايام الرحلة واستمرينا في نفس الشقة فيما عدا ذلك كان كل شئ ممتاز

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a superb view—especially in the morning. The kids absolutely loved the pool. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Fifth Settlement, with a large hypermarket just downstairs offering fresh food and a bakery. Hend was an excellent host—always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. I would definitely stay there again.

The fact that it’s cold, no heating system no AC no hygienic products, the showers had no body wash or shampoo. The kitchenette were poorly looked after that is no soap or cleaning products. The kitchen sink was leaking, communications with the host were unsatisfactory, no phone calls only messages.

I liked the cleanliness of the apartment and the convenience of its location. The view from the apartment is very nice. There is a Lulu Hypermarket downstairs, so you don't have to drive to go grocery shopping, which is very convenient. Also, several restaurants are nearby. The place is 7 minutes away from the AUC. That is only because of the far u-turn you have to make to reach the university campus. Otherwise, the campus is literally across the street.

I did not like being asked to pay the full rent in cash upon arrival! When I asked to pay by credit card, the representative did not have the card machine, and the following day, they wanted to charge me 3% more to pay by credit card. After several discussions and arguments, the manager agreed to waive the 3% charge. They were also rigid about the time of checkout, although they mentioned on Booking.com that the check-in and check-out are 12:00 am to 12:00 am, which means I could check in and check out any time during the day. If you have a late flight and nowhere to stay before your flight, you will be in trouble. You would also expect the parking to be included in the rent or at least offered at a discounted flat rate, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I had to pay for the parking hourly, which I found ridiculous, especially since I parked overnight for the entire stay period! If not for these incidents, my stay would have been the 'perfect' stay.

1. The property was super cold, once we leave the heat, we feel freezing. 2. The price is over average, but the staffs refused to provide even the luggage storage service 3. No shampoo or body wash was provided 4. Noisy 5. Hidden fees were not disclosed on bookings. We was charged 2% transaction fee when we paid by Visa card at the property. Moreover, we paid the deposit by USD but get EGP back, which also charged us 2% transaction fee when we pay by Visa card. All these hidden fees make the stay way more expensive than the price listed on Bookings. If you want to book this property, had better prepare enough cash.
