Reviewed May 31, 2026Второй раз останавливаемся в разных аппартаментах Port City Haifa. Всегда быстрая связь, можно получить все ответы на вопросы. По данным аппартаментам - очень удобное расположение, близко станция поезда, остановка метронита. Рядом круглосуточный магазин. Недалеко до баров. До пряжа Бат Галим 2,5 км пешком. В аппартаментам чисто, есть все необходимое. Единственное, окна выходят на дорогу. Кто любит спать совсем в тишине может быть шумновато.

The balcony was dirty, no extra sheets and blankets, no hooks for jackets, and no place to store them, rather than piling on the sofa

Во время проживания в отеле возникла неприятная и тревожная ситуация. Вечером несколько раз обращалась к персоналу с сообщением об опасных запахах в здании и просьбой связаться с организацией, ответственной за его эксплуатацию. Я понимаю, что отель напрямую не несёт ответственности за технические происшествия, однако в тот момент очень рассчитывала на помощь и поддержку со стороны сотрудников, так как у меня не было контактов соответствующих служб и я не говорю на иврите. Мне было важно получить подтверждение, что причина запахов установлена, что угрозы нет и можно чувствовать себя в безопасности. К сожалению, в ответ я услышал лишь, что в случае серьёзной опасности сработала бы пожарная сигнализация. Позже ночью сигнализация действительно сработала, что только усилило ощущение, что ситуация была серьёзной. В результате я не могла нормально спать и была вынуждена провести ночь полностью одетой, с собранными вещами, на случай срочной эвакуации. Опыт оказался крайне стрессовым и оставил неприятное впечатление о качестве реакции и коммуникации со стороны отеля в ситуации, связанной с безопасностью гостей.

נכנס המון אור דרך התריס. כלומר, השכמה בשעה שש בבוקר... אין חניה למקום, ולכן הרכב בחניה ציבורית בעלות גבוהה

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025יחידת דיור במיקום מעולה. מרחק הליכה מחוף בת גלים, ספרייה וחנויות מזון. נקייה ומאובזרת. מכשירי חשמל חדשים. מזגנים טובים. תמורה מעולה למחיר, תקשורת טובה עם הבעלים, היינו חוזרים שוב. התארחנו זוג עם שני ילדים.
