Reviewed Jul 12, 2026The location is perfect, the house is convient and you can always park your car if you're renting one. The hot water, utilities etc are great. But its worth looking at the things 'I didn't like'.
The house is perfect for a family, however we've booked for 4 people we only found the towels for 4 people, the 4th person there was no duvet cover or coach bed covers to sleep comfortably. We had to sort it in our own way. Becareful of the dryer, putting clothes for a long time can burn your towels, underwears and shirts! You have to figure out settings of the dryer and washer everything is in hebrew. You have to buy water bottles from any close supermarket (am:pm is close) and keep in the fridge. I don't recommend drinking tap water in Haifa. The host refused to refund the extra 1 day we booked by mistake with no compensation. Make sure you ONLY book the days of your stay.

К сожалению мы не можем написать положительный отзыв так как: 1. Туалетной бумаги на четверых три рулона это недостаточно ( два взрослых и двое детей) 2. Есть стиральная машина, но нет стирального порошка ( должен предоставляться так как это апартаменты, а не отель) 3. Нет чайных ложек , а все остальные столовые приборы очень старые и грязные. 4. Кондиционер в салоне не работает 5. Нет сменного постельного белья и полотенец ( а должно быть так как это апартаменты и в апартаментах всегда должно быть сменное бельё) 6. Шланг от душа наполовину сломан и бьёт струя со всех сторон, что не комфортно мыться 7. Нехватка моющих средств 8. Нет фильтра на кране для фильтрации воды, пришлось всё время бегать в магазин за водой 9. Всё выглядит в точности как на фото это да, но есть один 1️⃣ нюанс: всё очень старое, грязное и держится на честном слове ( за такие деньги как владельцы данных апартаментов запрашивают, можно было бы хотя бы раз в пару лет сменить полотенца, подушки, одеяла, кухонные принадлежности и заказать чистку дивана и тд.) Писать можно было бы ещё много, но хочу подытожить что данные апартаменты очень не уютные, не комфортные для жизни в которые мы больше не хотели бы возвращаться.

Если бы добавили в гостиную шторы вид был бы жилой и от солнца можно было спрятаться , кондиционеры не справляются видимо надо заправить. Не хватало мелочей хотя бы соли и масла

חויבנו באשראי 5 ימים לפני ההגעה, אבל לא נשלח שום מייל עם פרטים וכתובת עד יום וחצי לפני. זה היה קצת מוזר בעיניי, אבל הכל בסוף הסתדר. לא היו דברים בסיסיים במטבח כמו מלח, פלפל, שמן.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2025הייתה לנו חופשה נהדרת! הדירה נעימה ונקיה, המיקום מצויין, יש חנייה בשפע והכל קרוב. המטבח מצוייד, המקלחת מפנקת, אחלה ואייפיי, שכונה שקטה. אין מה להגיד... ממש נהננו ונחזור בשנה הבאה!

We lost electricity for about an hour on the second last day. It did not inconvenience us too much.

Reviewed Jan 17, 2025Beds were large and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and large fridge made it easy to provide for our meals. Get your own takeaway containers, though, if you're packing lunches for a day out. The washing machine was super helpful.
There wasn't really anything to dislike, so these are more like comments: - Four of us had to share the small bathroom (shower) but this wasn't a big deal for us. - The property is easy to find from the front but not as obvious from the back street, which is what the hosts had recommended, so we called when we were close and someone came out to meet us and guide us, and then we were fine from then on. - Traffic on the main road in front of the building can be a little noisy at times, but this did not prevent us from sleeping well.

After many requests we got another two so we’re less cold the second night. The apartment wasn’t very clean and had many bugs even though it was winter
