Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Everything about the property lives up to the standards, the staff were very accommodating. Upon arrival we struggled with accessing the key from the code but there was staff on site who immediately assisted us on the day of the check-in. The location is well situated near the Rivershed mall and quite quiet as well. Everything was clean and well maintained.
The shower in our unit clogged quite a lot and there was issues with the Wi-Fi as well.

Wifi didn't work at all (as warned, so I can't be too disappointed). Didn't have water one morning, I'm unsure if that's a property or municipal issue so I won't cast any judgement.

One bed mattress was exceptionally hard and slept uncomfortable. Our friends in the other room had a very bright outside light shining into their room the whole night and couldn’t sleep with the bright light shining.

I did not receive any check in details, no one to receive me, had to contact the person on the gate to get the code to open gate The unit is very cold at night with temperature in the minus, sleeping was not comfortable, being very cold, even with using the additional blankets. I recommend they have warm blankets on the bed. There was a small fab heater which one can use, but I can't sleep in that dry air. Did use it in the morning to get ready to leave

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026We had a comfortable stay and felt at ease and relaxed. The staff were exceptionally friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The property itself is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and it has a warm, cozy atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in and relax. Prior to arrival, we were sent a code to access a lock box. However, when we got there, our unit didn’t have a lock box inside the holder (it seems it may have been faulty and removed). We waited for a short while as I looked for a contact number, but fortunately someone arrived within a few minutes to assist us and hand over the keys. He was very friendly and helpful. As a small suggestion for improvement, it would be great if the property could inform guests in advance when the lock box is not in use, and provide clear instructions on who to contact upon arrival. That said, this was a minor inconvenience and didn’t take away from our overall experience. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend the property to others.
The bed was a bit firm for our liking (That said, this is partly a matter of personal preference) and it also seemed to dip slightly in the middle, which made it feel like you were rolling inward when lying down. Aside from that, we were very happy with the property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Shorting light bulbs and plugs for equipment. Placed next to water pressure pump throughout the night. Fridge not working. Had to sit and wait for repairing 7pm. Got very little sleep.

The shower leaked a little bit and one of the blinds didn't close properly. Everything else worked well.

The tv remote did not have any batteries in, there was no light at the braai area, tv did not work, no place to make food (stove or airfryer) only a small microwave.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026It’s in a nice neighbourhood and was quiet. Comfortable beds so if you’re on the go and just need a place to lay your head at night, it’s the perfect place.
My room didn’t have a light bulb in the sitting/kitchen area and for some reason, the side lamp also didn’t work. However the bathroom light worked perfectly.

See through curyain at entrance sl8ding door, reduced privacy . Bedroom light was lacking a light bulb 💡, so reduced lighting in bedroom.

First: the gate is not friendly, to tight and can swing back to your car. I can see it has scratched a few cars before. Second: the dish cloth was too dirty, that thing belongs to the floor not the kitchen cable Third: the kettle was browning and how does one have a coffee from that. Fourthly: how in the hell is a cloth window curtain doing as a shower door? Lastly: the bathroom should have a door.

They should just make a plan with the ants, there are ants everywhere. The roof should just be cleaned in the bedroom. There was other people's soap still in the shower and no free toiletries.
