Rooms are really small not enough space to put suitcase. Outside door cannot lock. They moved us to a different room without outside door. Mould in showers.

The location was off that we even thought we were lost coming from Joburg so as to say. But the surprise was inside! Diamond in the rough if I may say☺️

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026I had accidentally put a wrong check in date but the lady a reception made a plan for us at their lodge. That was excellent and very kindness her. She even put their GPS location on my phone so we don't get lost
There was a company function at the lodge and the guests played loud music until after midnight. I was hoping the lodge staff would call them to order

There was no hot water on the Sunday morning - by the time we tried to shower the hot water was finished. We found that some of the guests were not considerate of the others- we had people talking loudly while we tried to enjoy some peace and quiet- that was about the only 2 things we didn't enjoy

Sheets had blood stains, it doesn’t look like they were changed before we checked in which I found very uncomfortable, disturbing and concerning.

We couldn't have a peaceful sleep due to much noise from guests who were knocking on the door at 3 am, and the rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear conversations from other rooms when we are trying to sleep.
