Napakabait din ni ma’am Imelda, on the day ng aming pag check in is tlgang minessage nya kmi for the updates. Super great ang experience namin sa property, all the stuffs that we needed ay nandun, goods din ang wifi, super big ng tv. Ung bedrooms super comfy tlga bagay na bagay sa name ng property. Hoping na mkabalik ulit dito sa baguio and tlgang ito p din ang pipiliin nming transient.

When we arrived, the place smelled of dried fish which stayed during the entire length of our stay. We were greeted with cockroaches & a spider. The bed covers and pillowcases smelled like they’ve been slept in and don’t smell clean. It was advertised that there were 2 bathrooms but there was a bathroom & a separate toilet which counts as 1, not 2.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025Group of 7 on a visit to the city of Baguio. Easy to check in, easy to find, the rooms were spacious. The beds are comfortable, the shower and toilet are separate so no queuing waiting for each other. The availability of Netflix was an added bonus. The location is great. It's away from the busy centre of Baguio but only a short taxi ride away. We unfortunately had to check out early due to a family bereavement. The host was understanding and made the check out an easy process also. Really very pleased I made the booking here and if I am ever in Baguio again, for sure I will stay here and I have already recommended it to my friends.

Plenty of cockroaches all over areas - bathroom, shower room, kitchen. Every morning i kill a lot of them. The bunk beds up are dirty, we saw plenty of hair. My husband keep on sneezing because of the dust.

The host wasn’t accomodating. Bed sheets, pillow cases and towels needs new sets as if smells old and dirty. Noted with cockroaches in the kitchen too. Wifi connection good only with android phones, majority of us have iPhones.
