The gas braai wasn't working Had to use the braai area which was crowded due to so many people

The place is so beautiful and very clean, 10/10! The villa is exactly like the pictures, modern and comfortable. Security is friendly and helpful, I felt very safe. I will definitely come back.

The apartment was nice and clean we loved everything good view close to the mall ,restaurant ,close to the beach ⛱️ it was so lovely 😍 we really love it even though the lady that come to clean yesterday she was so rude even though we where making show we clean ,I all ask here to change the towels and put some toilet paper ,and also she can help us to clean but she told my friends to move out to the main bedroom cz shes doing here job which is there where just coming back for taking a shower she had some places to clean before coming to the main bedroom which like we dd respect her that she need to clean an go cz obviously shes not clean our Apartment only but yoh she made us feel like we were not supposed to ask here to clean aswell yesterday coz on Monday we told her we dont need service or mybe she was expecting same thing But anyway thank you so much the apartment is so affordable and also a lovely place will definitely coming back on our next trip

Bilder entsprechen in keinem Fall der Realität. Wir waren mehr als enttäuscht, als wir angekommen sind. Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Kein Wohlfühlfaktor sondern ganz im Gegenteil. Sehr hellhörig und Türen lassen sich nicht richtig sicher abschließen - haben uns dementsprechend nicht richtig sicher gefühlt. Nur eine Kleinigkeit aber dennoch zu erwähnen: es war in keinem der 3 Bäder Klopapier vorhanden. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen!!

The fridge was leaking. The dispenser was leaking , we had to mop the whole day . The lights in the lounge were not working . The stove was tripping and the lights were going off one way . We had a guy who came . He took forever to come and 3 plates on the stove didn’t work . My room fan wasn’t even working . I suffered In the heat whole night while mosquitoes were biting me . There was very little toilet paper and when we asked for more , it seemed as if it’s a problem . There was no guest soap nothing . I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there .

3 bedroom apartment for the price we paid was really worth it honestly compared to other places.

The steps to the bedroom are a bit steep 😕 extra care needed when climbing up and down. roaches were a problem on the first day.

This was a self catering flat.

It would have been useful if there was a welcome pack with salt and pepper, mineral water. More kitchen utensils were needed. Additional crockery recommended.

Proximity to everything I needed and price was reasonable. In general the place was nice and staff informative I even borrowed a twin plug.from them.

When the cleaning lady came in we asked for 20min to pack for the beach whilst she attended to another apartment but she wasn't having it. Also the attitude from the security on us being late to checkout was alarming. NB, both employees were doing their job and I had to come without my wife thus inconveniencing them leading to me feeling the same. We were just next to some jojo construction work, perhaps try blanking of that view also paint a bit the trellidoor.

We go to vacation to relax and enjoy ourselves but was denied music you only put gospel channel that was a low blow

La casa è veramente molto grande e dotata di tutto il necessario e più per un soggiorno completo. Le camere erano molto spaziose e il letto molto comodo. L’host gentile e disponibile. La casa si trova in un complesso con box in cui parcheggiare e sicurezza h24.

I liked everything from the rooms, pool area, parking space staff was very helpful, it was amazing. The fact that they had everything you might need from the utilities to all the small details and emergency water supply. That was very thought full.

The location, the place is central to everything: the malls, the beach. We were out for entertainment and activities most of the time but our time at the accommodation was pleasant. The kids were happy.

Security guard night shift 04/08/26 was truly not fair with us it’s looked like he had favourite rooms he won’t complain “Room 11” about the noise on but to room 13 it was the best room to complain yet was no speaker played surprising on the first day and also he doesn’t have good manner of having a good language to the Guest the way he speaks and then the way he comes back and correct himself, threatened us by losing our room if you continue talking with our voice yet we didn’t have a big complains about the gas didn’t work ,door not locking he kindly ignored about that. I have another one.

Apartment needs a deep clean. The drains were clogged.

The pictures shown on Booking.com are not a good reflection of the accommodation. For example, we did not have a sea view. Old finishes, paint coming off walls.

Noisy due to complex neighbours and cars and people outside, dark and dingy due to poor lighting. Sheets had holes in them. Functional but could not sleep with neighbours drinking laughing and shouting until the early hours. Would not recommend

The location of the villa was excellent.It was clean.The linen was crisp white and fresh.Security was good.There was hot water for bathing throughout our stay.

The stairs to the upper floor are too steep.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Villa, Suite 24. It is such a beautiful space, thoughtfully laid out, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. We appreciated the attention to detail and the care that has clearly gone into making the suite a lovely place to stay.

Close to the beach and other itineraries

When we arrived they were still cleaning the place and it was after check in , we were cooking while the lady was cleaning the place and she stole our cooking oil.

The fact that when we booked on booking.com. we did not know we had to pay a breakage fee on arrival of R2000

The bathrooms are very old , could also do better with cleaning the showers , put some chemicals in the shower tiles and scrub

Didn't appear to be a holiday complex but more for workers staying in the area.

Diciamo che l’impressione che ci eravamo fatti dalle foto non ha coinciso del tutto con la realtà. Gli edifici sono tutti grigi e anonimi. Gli ingressi delle unità abitative danno direttamente sui box; i bagni della nostra unità erano molto vecchi e usati e in particolare la doccia sembrava sporca, per cui non l’abbiamo usata. Abbiamo trovato un paio di scarafaggini…

The apartment was not clean. The carpets look like they haven’t been washed in ages. There was a damp smell in the lounge. The lounge suite was not washed in a while. Soap holders in the bathroom were old and rusty

Pics didn’t match the facilities … was much older than pictured. Stairs were extremely steep for elderly parents that they couldn’t stay with us. Had a bad smell to the place… very damp smell, that we even bought air freshener for but didn’t help. Was not value for money.

Most of staff were friendly. Low price, but not worth more.

Very old/worn. No shower in master bedroom. Not clean. Dead bugs on the floor as we stepped in. Garbage can in master bedroom was found inside wardrobe - full of garbage. Absolutely no view other than parked cars and some trees. No 2-plug sockets in entire apartment, and declined to borrow one upon request to reception. Very little light in bedrooms - only low energy ones on bedside. Very “back alley” experience.

The security guard who welcomed us was exceptionally professional, friendly, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Kudos to him for his excellent service.

Our stay coincided with the end of the month, and unfortunately, the property was very noisy. It sounded as though some guests were having a party that continued throughout the night, which affected our ability to rest. It would also be helpful if the kitchen was stocked with basic essentials such as dishwashing soap, as we had to purchase our own.

The welcome at the reception desk was wonderful . A most pleasant and helpful lady attended to us in a very friendly and efficient way. Then all the other staff including the Security man at the gate greeted us with a huge smile and greeting . You have wonderful staff .

I absolutely enjoyed staying here. The place was comfortable and spotless. I loved the attention to detail in terms of being so clean. The staff are hands on. The staff are so good and come quickly when called for any assistance. Beautiful place, beautiful peaceful vibe n very secure. The security is also tops

Excellent location, great facilities and priced very reasonable

The overall impression was very good to excellent. We did however note that some windows had cracks, bathroom shower door did not seal ( noted by friend / fellow guest ans some tiles had markings or stains on it ( not sure if it was paint or some other fluids). Nothing that a bit of maintenance can address, but then again one has to concede that these units have been around for quite some time and are somewhat dated. Hopefully owner will see this as constructive criticism

The property was clean, safe. The stairs had safety doors for kids not to go up and down alone. There is a kiddies area for them to play. Walking distance to the beach and ocean mall.

Parking lot could have been bigger. Some cars could not park in the garages as it was a tight fit disturbing entries to the other parking garages. If they were car ports it was going to work nicely for those small spaces.

Parking garage for the unit is to narrow for a Everest to fit in but open parking was available to accommodate the bigger vehicles
