One Bedroom Apartment Muscat Bay

The large swimming pool was warm. The host representative was on time and answering my texts

The kids pool was not clean and was not maintained. The access to the beach was not paved and hard for kids to walk to. The water in our room got interrupted for no obvious reason and the service came to sort it after one hour. It appear the Muscat bay facilities are not on regular maintaince

The facilities of the entire compound are fantastic. Heated pool, very large playground that has shade, Public bbqs to use, convenience store within the compound, the beach was very nice with things to explore and do. Would absolutely come back again with more friends!

The apartment was clean, but when you really looked you could tell that it had been cleaned in a rush and without proper care. Rust and grime in the bathrooms. Dust and crumbs in the living room. The appliances and cooking utensils and pots and pans were great to have, but they were dirty and needed more cleaning to be used. I would have brought my own instead. A drying rack for dishes or even a cloth to dry the dishes would have been nice. Even some paper towels, which I would have brought if I was told to ahead of time.

The area is great for family stay, great facilities and really clean beach in walking distance. Apartment is clean and has everything we needed, we will be glad to stay there again

Замечательные современные апартаменты, пляж отеля Джумейра в 10-15 минутах ходьбы, в 15 минутах езды общественный пляж в бухте отеля Al Bustan Palace. На территории круглосуточный ресторан, магазин. Бассейн с очень комфортной тёплой водой. Виды на горы и общее дизайнерское оформление жилого комплекса Zaha Zone, где расположены апартаменты, просто изумительны как в дневное, так и в ночное время. Есть хорошо оборудованная детская площадка. По нашей просьбе нас смогли заселить на час раньше минимального времени заселения. Безусловно рекомендуем!

Great location, short walk to nice quiet beach with a few free loungers. Also a very nice pool. Big apartment for the price. Clean. All the appliances you could need.

No towel or dish cloth for cleaning in the kitchen. Pillows where a too firm (but better ones were stashed in the wardrobe). Only two bath towels. Bath mat was ineffective. Lack of toiletries.

Kein Frühstück, Selbstversorgung. Sehr ruhige Lage und nahe zum Meer. Ca. 700meter. Die Wasserqualität war super. Die Anlage ist sehr gut gepflegt und sauber.

Tolles Apartment, voll ausgestattet, 10 min Fussweg zum Strand, wundervolle Bucht, alles wunderbar organisiert & geklappt

The location and communal facilities were fabulous

The room smelled of mould, particularly coming from the bathroom cabinet and kitchen drawers. Every time the tap was used the drains could be heard dripping for a long time, The sofa bed was broken, The main bed had hairs in it and not even a mattress protector on the mattress, only one saw through to sheet with hairs on it. Overall very disappointed. Besides the broken sofa bed the furniture and home were nice. It's just the upkeep and hygiene that we're a problem

Ruim appartement met goed bed en leuk balkon. Lopend naar het rustige strand.

Omslachtih om binnen te komen. We hadden vooraf geen info gekregen. Dus we konden niet door de slagbomen. Daar hebben we lang moeten wachten op de host. Toen hij er eenmaal was, waren we snel binnen. Maar als je moe aankomet en het is volledig onduidelijk waar je moet zijn etcc, is dat erg vervelend.

Thank you so much for host. He is so attentive, polite. It is an amazing, clean apartment located in a beautiful, quiet place surrounded by mountains. There are sea nearby within a walking distance, big pool,, walking area and a playground for kids. Beach is very nice, good place for a swimming.

Comfortable to stay with complete amenities inside the apartment

The owner and the person who assisted us are very accommodating and approachable. That’s why I booked 3 times in a week for me and my friends because I also recommended our comfortable stay.

we did enjoy our stay and we like the Zukar Restaurant at Jumera Hotel.

The bedding was not good and i forget my stuff no body called me to inform where i can collect my stuff.

Nice and new appartment with balcony and access to private pool, playground and small supermarket. 5min drive to beautiful beach at Jumeirah hotel. 20-30min drive to Downtown Muscat with all major sights. Private parking space.

Appartment and especially kitchen could have been cleaned better. We also had problems with opening the gate for the car through our whole stay. Local supermarket pretty expensive, better go for the bigger malls downtown.

Beautiful peaceful neighborhood, peace and quiet, view from the balcony, proximity to Shangri-La and scuba diving center.

We had some difficulties opening the gate, but staff was ready on WhatsApp to help us any time (even late night).

The stay was awesome and the location was splendid. Would definitely come back

Location was good, beach was lovely and the pool was great. Apartment size was really good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Unfortunately there was work going on and it was very dusty but it didn't stop us enjoying it

The location, the quietness, the simplicity of the property and it was just relaxing overall. The host was very helpful with every detail of the stay from booking to checkout. The facilities are just perfect and most of all it’s safe.
