مكان الاقامه غير نظيف ، وعدم المصداقيه وقت الحجز هناك لك عدت ميزات منها المسبح الخاص وتوقيت شيك ان متأخر جدا ..

It smelled really bad We even complained they did not do anything The living room ac wasn’t working properly it was hot in the living room. There was no body wash and shampoo They had it water it down one bathroom body wash

No guest water available. I would suggest that you have a water machine in the apartment. especially as we did not drive to Muscat Bay. and spar shop was a good distance uphill for those who do not drive.

Appartamento spazioso e comodo, dotato di parcheggio privato. La posizione, all'interno di Muscat Bay, è perfetta se volete godere di qualche giorno di mare.

Location is great, easy check in and great staff. Pool across the road, apt has all that needed.

Broken outdoor furniture, not cleaned property, a lot of mosquitos breeds impossible to stay inside. Luckily the staff brought the anti mosquito thing. But needs to be watched out for this

Location is amazing. It is away from any crowd, quite and perfect for vacation. Apartment is spacious and well equipped for home-like stay.

A difficult one. The place in itself is fantastic. Enormous, fully equipped, spacious, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge living room and a nice terrace to enjoy the dark warm evening. But the welcoming was done by someone who was all but friendly, purely business. The location is in a residential area, which doesn't feel that cozy. They have these barriers which are supposed to make you feel safe. And they do. But they just aren't efficient, because they don't open once you get there. We even once had to call the "owner" to get us in. There is a swimming pool, a public one. It is big! But also quite a distance, so it's not like getting out of you room and go in for a dip. As I said, a difficult one. There is nothing to complain about and maybe it's the best spot in the area, but definitely not the best spot in Oman.

Check-in. Please make it more welcoming instead of just a business adventure. A person with a simple smile on his face would help a lot! Oman is such a beautiful place with warm people. However, the guy that handed over the keys to us isn't the best example. A pity ...

موقع الشقة في خليج مسقط وتقريبا كيلو واحد من الشاطيء وبأمكانك المشي له الهدوء وسماع أصوات العصافير وجود سكوترات صفرد في الموقع وبأمكانك استئجارك وقمت بالتجربة وكانت رائعة وجود حديقة عامه بأمكان الأطفال الاستمتاع بها وجود ملعب تنس وملعب بادل التشجير

بركة السباحة كانت لا تعمل وبحسب العامل ان السبب المضخة لا تعمل الوسائد في غرف النوم جدا قاسية

Appartamento ampio e con tutti i comfort. Il punto di forza sicuramente è lo staff. Anche la posizione a 2 minuti a piedi dalla piscina e a 10 minuti a piedi dal mare.

Unico punto da segnalare è che l appartamento è utilizzato anche da fumatori.

Muscat bay is echt een hele fijne plek om even te ontspannen. De baai is ongeveer 10 min lopen van het appartement. Tegen betaling kan je gebruik maken van de strandbedjes bij Jumeirah. Vlakbij is er ook een zwembad waar gebruik van kan worden gemaakt.

We zijn een gezin van vijf. Van alles was er precies genoeg, maar echt prettig is het niet wanneer er maar 5 bordjes etc zijn. Keukengerei was ook minimaal aanwezig. Stofzuiger was ook fijn geweest om tussendoor even schoon te maken, maar buiten dat was het een fijne plek!

Verten var rask å svare ved henvendelser. Han var på plass til avtalt tidspunkt, og det var veldig greit å få nøklene.

Kjøkkenutstyr var det litt lite av. Jeg skulle ønske det var litt mer glass og bestikk, og noe til å tørke oppvasken med. Det var heller ikke noe til å tørke over kjøkkenbenken med. Vi så at det fort samlet seg insekter på benkene når vi ikke fikk vasket de.

A perfect place to relax without feeling your on your vacation. Love the place clean & peaceful community with beautiful view outside❤️

What we just dont like about this is the checked in time and checked out. This is the only place i encountered like not even consumed 24 hours for the rent. Checked in time 2PM and checked out is 11AM. I have been a traveller and this is the first time i have experienced this. They dont even consider late checked out time. The staff is worst. He is responsive but i wasnt expecting for phone staff only. It was mentioned a staff will welcome you once you checked in, instead, all we do is call from time to time for some concerns. At least someone to guide us. Not effective as a guest relation. Cleaning fee is surprising. They will just charged once you have reserved and locked in. They have mentioned cancellation for the cleaning service is possible but no option.

Apartment was spacious, comfortable beds (both doubles) and clean. Smooth arrival process. Pool area was lovely, not busy and kept clean. Beach is a few minutes walk away and has some sun loungers. There’s also watersports available and restaurants in a hotel. There’s a SPAR shop with essentials.

Everything was great but the property would benefit from a couple more chairs for the balcony (we moved out dining chairs). 4 towels were provided and we needed one of those for the floor so some extra hand/floor towels would have been helpful. We had our own towels for the pool/beach.

Nice stay. All ok. Staff very cooperative and will reply in few seconds even lte night. We are also grateful for the late checkout, thank you! We appreciated

Spacious apartment with great facilities on the doorstep for families

A few more finishing touches in the apartment would be helpful such as hooks in the bathrooms for towels, shower curtains and bath mats.

Muscat Bay is a wonderful community with great amenities and fantastic hotels and beaches around. The apartment is very well equipped, you will find all kinds of cooking tools, toaster, blender…there is also a high chair, hair dryer and absolutely everything you would need!

Cleanliness is very very average. The apartment was a bit dusty when we arrived and not really well cleaned. Also pest control is very much needed asap (I also live in the middle east and understand that sometimes is out of control but there are ways to main insects out even in the middle of a natural setting. Since the community has many amenities, I was expecting a simple explanation of what is available: how to use the BBQ area, pool facilities, accesses to the community and hotel…nothing was explained so we waisted a lot of time trying to figure out by ourselves. I think the host should provide a simple explanation.

Absolutely beautiful surroundings and extremely quiet. The apartement has a use of a lovely pool and a park with a huge playground for kids. Also a beautiful beach is just a short walk away. The apartement is spacious and comes with all the appliances. Sofa is comfortable for sleeping. Good wifi.

No shower curtains in the bathroom and water splashes everywhere. Needs more cutlery. There was only two teaspoons left and the big knives need sharpening.

This is a functional apartment. It has the absolute basics for self-catering and there is a small supermarket on site, although it is not easy to access. The two bedrooms both have double beds (no twin beds in the apartment). The apartment has access to a lovely private beach and bay for swimming and supping. Access is a 10 min walk. There is an adjacent resort hotel on the bay.

There is a lot of building work in the complex and the builders arrive in the early morning with equipment. It was very loud during our stay. The showers have no curtains, so the bathroom is flooded when taking a shower. The check-in was not straight forward as the host had left by the time we arrived. There are a lot of gates and it is not obvious how to navigate them.

Very nice pool

Centre of a major construction site with large vehicles and work men constantly passing the flat. Workers rest area built against the side of the building, workers able to see in the flat. Work started at 7 am and including drilling in and around the building.

The flat was very clean and organized With all tools you need to cook Location amazing with two swim pool for kids and adults open tell 10 pm. Also was very interesting near to pool there is electric barbcue cooker you can grill any thing you want was amazing the kids enjoy a lot. Best place for relaxing and kids activities.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel,and two standout aspects were its fantastic location and their service.The view was spectacular.Thanks to all the staff for making our stay pleasant .We will plan soon to come again

location is amazing but no services/no verity of restaurant can founded in Talabat the place was surrounded with construction activity , so it was so much noisy in the mornings no view for bedrooms and almost dark the value paid not worth no breakfast provided !! i wish to added the breackfast
