Reviewed Aug 28, 2026We spent 10 nights at Levation Muscat and had a very pleasant stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were consistently helpful, courteous, and welcoming. The reception team was attentive, the restaurant staff were friendly, and every request for room service was handled promptly. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well equipped with all the amenities we needed, which made our long stay very comfortable. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of choices to suit different preferences. A special thank you to Ali, who deserves a particular mention for his warm welcome and kindness every morning at breakfast. He was always attentive, making sure that all our needs were taken care of and starting our day with a smile. One of the highlights for our family was definitely the swimming pool. It is large, clean, and offers a stunning view over the city. My kids absolutely loved spending time there every evening, and it was the perfect way to relax after a day out. Overall, Levation Muscat offers a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly experience with genuinely caring staff. We really enjoyed our 10-night stay and will definitely choose Levation again on our next trip to Oman. Highly recommended!

The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank a staff member named, if I remember correctly, ( Faryaz ), for his exceptional hospitality, kindness, and excellent service. His friendly and helpful attitude made my stay even more pleasant. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful experience. I truly appreciate your hospitality and would be happy to stay here again.

Reviewed Aug 13, 20261-

The second time (14/07) my wife was alone inside the room and was the one spoken to about payment. Also on 16/06 staff entered my room (4203) without knocking or permission, which left my wife alarmed. When I raised this by message, the manager's reply was that he was on vacation. Long-staying, regularly-paying guests should be contacted by phone, not sent staff to the room.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026We had a very pleasant stay and were especially impressed by the excellent service from the hotel staff. Mohammad Ripon from room service was always cheerful and provided excellent service with a smile. Ali at the restaurant took great care of us during breakfast and made sure we had everything we needed. Mohammat Fayyaz at the front desk was consistently friendly and happy to assist with all our requests, including arranging a late checkout. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team.
One area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the children’s pool. During our stay, there were dead bugs and leaves in the water. We hope the hotel will check and clean the pool more regularly, especially for the safety and comfort of children.
