Room was spacious and bed comfortable. They gave free drinking water bottles. Location is very good with Malls, restaurants in close vicinity.

Reception staff not very warm. Even though it was my birthday nobody cared to make it special in any way. My sister got stuck in the elevator as suddenly the power went off. She had to bang the door for attention. We took food boxes as we had an early morning check-out but even after giving clear instructions the previous night that we are strictly vegetarian, our boxes had ham sandwiches.

The breakfast was good, but I was disappointed that it was not included in the cost.

I actually really liked most everything about my stay but I am extremely disappointed that my small bag of laundry that I wanted cleaned cost $54 USD. That is so ridiculous and I would love to chat with someone about this. They delivered it to my room at 10 PM and I was already in bed. I got up and signed without realizing it cost so much money. It would go a long ways to get some of that reimbursed or a credit for my next stay

the breakfast had good options of indian, arabic and continental with coffee , breads and tea . Location is good with many local options to dine out , hotel is around 15 mins from intl airport .The hotel has a very good gym , the staff is warm and courteous and room service was quick.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Hotel. The staff were very helpful and supportive, and they were always available whenever we needed anything. We truly appreciate their excellent service and hospitality.

The size of the beds. The staff were gracious.

There are no bathtubs (not my main issue), my main issues included there was sub optimal AC even after they tried fixing it twice. The rooms do not automatically come with slippers, dental or shaving kits. The place was humid outside of the rooms. The buffet food was sub par and the breakfast was not that great. All in all, there are better options that give more value for your money.

Overall it was a good experience. Mostly i stay at this property. Thanks

it was very close to avenue mall that will help you if you want some stuff or groceries, mall of oman was near also but it needs a taxi, the best part of the room is the bathroom .

the room was a bit small for the price and the breakfast was bellow average .

Everything was good. But as we stayed for 2 days, the breakfast option could have been different and little more could be added.

Great helpful staff, special mention of Sharaf at reception, and Amal and Renu in the restaurant. Life savers were attentive also. 7I like that my room was not on a high floor.

The pool fence needs repairs, but really appreciate, with a height phobia, that it is NOT see-through. Sun loungers may need repairs/replacement also.

الغرفة الاولى كانت حاره جدا التكييف لا يعمل جيدا وطلبت الصيانه وحاول يعدلها وخبرني اوك لكن طول الليل مانمت من الحر واضريت اخبرهم ان لازم اغير الغرفه شكرا لهم غيروا لي اياه بس كان الغرفه ناقصه سليبر

From the greeting on arrival, the whole experience has been fabulous. Sharaf on reception has been super helpful and endlessly patient. Amal and Renu in the restaurant deserve a special mention, helpful and kind, so quick to clear the table between courses, generally made my meals a pleasure. The pool lifeguards are also quick to help with anything needed. This is real genuine hospitality. My room is a good size, and has everything I need. I have had no problems at all with this hotel. For me I couldn't fault it.
