Lucerne Apartment Mount Pilatus

Die Aussicht auf den Pilatus und die Ruhe sind klasse. Die Verbindung vom Schappe Center mit der Linie 1 nach Luzern ist hervorragend

Die Wohnung liegt am Hang in Kriens. Zu Fuß geht es teil bergauf. Man kann allerdings einen Bus nutzen. Die letzte Teilstrecke von Kriens zur Wohnung wird ab 20 Uhr nicht mehr mit der Linie befahren. Man muss einen Zubringerdienst anrufen. Mein Anruf wurde nicht entgegengenommen. Deshalb sind wir zu Fuß den Berg hoch. Danach haben wir das Auto genommen und im Schappe Center geparkt. Die Parkgebühren sind günstig. Ebenso sind 4 Ladeplätze für PKWs vorhanden. Die Ladekosten sind mit 40 Rappen bei 22 KW sehr günstig. Der Vermieter hat mir mit 77 Jahren erklärt wie die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers funktioniert. Ebenso hat er auf die Vorteile des stoßlüftens im Vergleich zu einem gekippte Fenster beschrieben (respektlos). Wir kommen nicht aus einem 3. Weltland und sind zu alt für solche dummen, unnötigen Belehrungen. Das Internet wird abends wegen der Strahlung abgestellt. Es kann jedoch gegen eine "Gesundheitsgebühr" von 6 € pro Tag durchgehend genutzt werden. Zum Schluss wollte der Vermieter uns die 30 Franken erlassen. Ich habe dies abgelehnt Die 2 Flaschen Wein zu beginn offeriert habe ich jedoch angenommen. Die Möbel in der Wohnung sind zusammengewürfelt (siehe Fotos bei Booking) Sie ist auch relativ klein.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, tidy, and very well equipped. Everything we needed was provided, including complete kitchenware, modern appliances, and comfortable furniture, which made us feel at home throughout our stay. The highlight of our stay was our host, Olaf. He patiently explained everything about the apartment in great detail when we arrived. He also kindly prepared complimentary wine and bottled water for us. When we left, he even drove us to the train station, although he absolutely didn’t have to do so. This thoughtful gesture truly touched our family and made us feel incredibly welcome.

Honestly, we have no suggestions for improvement. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we were completely satisfied with our stay.

Best location, owner Mr Olaf is so helpfull he is always there when you need anything. He is wonderful person. He provided proper information that was very helpful .

Очень удобное расположение, и к канатной дороге на Пилатус близко, и до центра Люцерна тоже. Очень тихий район, для нас это было важно, чтобы нормально высыпаться. Приватная парковка рядом с домом, это большой плюс, так как мы путешествовали на машине. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое и даже больше. Идеальная чистота, что не мало важно. И очень, очень гостеприимный хозяин.

Little expensive

Freundlicher Gastgeber, der sehr reaktiv auf Anfragen war. Saubere Wohnung mit Parkplatz und ruhige Gegend. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht, ausser einen Geschirrspüler.

Das Wifi wurde nachts abgestellt (und normalerweise wurde dazu noch eine Gebühr verlangt) und die Wohnung verfügte über keinen Geschirrspüler. Die Beleuchtung war recht ungemütlich. Sehr teuer mit ca. 190 CHF die Nacht für die Unterkunft.

The view outside the window was the highlight

It was a little off the main centre and taking a bus was a bit confusing,also if you don’t take the bus or you don’t have a car,it’s a steep hike to the apartment from the supermarket ,also kitchen had limited amenities.

Our host, Olaf, was exceptional and picked us up from the train station. He explained everything to us, e.g. transportation and shopping nearby. He also gave us a bottle of wine.The apartment was clean and cozy. The double bed is firm, and the sofa bed squeaks a bit, which disturbed each other when turning over, but it was otherwise comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. It has the most beautiful view from the apartment, and it has a small terrace to sit outside. Close to Mount Pilatus cable car.

It's a two trip bus ride into Lucerne if you don't have a car, so it's not close to the town. However we were given a travel pass so bus trips were free. Be careful about last bus times up the hill otherwise you have a steep walk. The shower is not very powerful. Could use a toaster in the kitchen. An extra armchair in the living room for more than two people would be nice.

The host Olaf is a great host and very helpful person. He treated us very nicely. He picked us from the Luzern train station as I had 2 kids. Then whenever possible he dropped us in the train station as well, due to which we were able to catch the train at right time. Bus services are also great from here. The location view was great. We were able to see mount Pilatus from the guest House. Thank you so much Olaf for your friendly gesture.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with amazing views. Our host Olaf was very friendly and thoughtful and very kindly dropped us off at the train station on the day of our departure.

It is a decent size apartment. Exceptional view from the apartment. The host is very helpful and a delight to work with. Proximity to the Pilatus gondola is a plus.

It is not easy getting to and from the apartment to a busy bus stand. Its a serious hike including about 100 steps if you are getting here from the shopping center. You probably wont mind hiking down, but the way up is challenging.

Stunning views location is absolutely spectacular. Our host was a perfect host helping us with everything we could possibly want.

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy one-bedroom apartment. The lounge area with a sofa bed was comfortable, and the fully self-contained kitchen, complete with an oven, stovetop, and microwave, made it easy to prepare meals. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Mt. Pilatus cable car and with convenient access to public transport into Lucerne. Host Olaf was absolutely lovely, picking us up from the station upon arrival and driving us back when we left. He explains ned how everything in the apartment worked and even gave us a delicious bottle of wine . His hospitality added a personal touch to an already great experience. Highly recommend!

A toaster would have been great but used the oven instead

This stay greatly exceeded my expectations. Olaf was the best host I've ever experienced. He was extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. I really hope we get the opportunity to stay at Olafs place in the future again, because it was one of the highlights of our trip. The apartment we stayed in was cozy and very clean. I didn't know what to expect judging by the pictures of the place, but everything was ideal for us. If cozy and comfortable is what you're looking for, this place is perfect.

This didnt negatively impact our stay, but past certain hours the bus doesn't run all the way up to the property. We didn't mind the walk up to the place, but if you're not up for an uphill walk you might have to opt for a short taxi ride.

Olaf is a wonderful host who will help you in any way he can to enjoy your visit in Lucerne. The apartment is clean and has everything you would need. The location is approx 4km outside of the centre of Lucerne but there is a very regular bus service to get to the town. In addition there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the apartment along with a shopping center that’s close by. Also the cable car station to Mount Pilatus is close to the apartment.

My stay at Lucerne Apartments Mount Pilatus was truly unforgettable. The apartment felt like a home away from home, with its peaceful surroundings and stunning views of Mount Pilatus. However, what truly made the experience special was the amazing host, Olaf, who showered us with kindness and genuine hospitality. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to spend quality time together preparing meals and enjoying the space. While the location is away from the old town, it is conveniently close to the Pilatus Bahn, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, this was the best stay of my holiday and I highly recommend Lucerne Apartments Mount Pilatus to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable accommodation in Lucerne.

Absolutely nothing

Very nice host and accommodation. It has lovely views, clean and well equipped. Like the individual kitchen space where you won’t worry waking the kids up when making meals. Nice quiet residential area and yet a short drive to Lucerne town/city.

The host Mr Olaf was accommodating and explained in detail on our arrival. We were welcomed with complementary wine. Fantastic view! We'll recommend it.

Very friendly and helpful host. Beautiful view of Mt. Pilatus from inside the room itself! Close to Mt. Pilatus gondola ride. Convenient bus ride to city center with under 10m walk. Close by grocery store.

Everything was great throughout our stay. The apartment is ideal for a family, it's very comfortable, clean and spacious. It's well furnished and well equipped in every room. The view is amazing from the window. Besides, parking is free and simple in front of the apartment and the owner can arrange a card offering you the possibility to use public transport for free within the Lucerne area. Last but not least: Olaf, the owner, is absolutely great. His communication is very clear and accurate. He is really a very nice and educated person who makes your stay very smooth and agreeable. We recommend highly this place.

There was nothing we didn't like. Olaf easily tops the list though as he was an outstanding host who made us feel overwhelmingly welcome and cared for with his actions. After a long day of travel, our stress was gone thanks to his kindness.

We had a warm welcome by Olaf who puts a lot of effort in making the stay comfortable for his guests. He provided us with very useful information of what to do in the region and how to organize it. We appreciated a lot his help in several ways. The appartment is well equipped and is a good base for exploring Lucerne and its regions.

It was excellent, the host was at the door, and he personally gave us the key and gave us a tour of the apartment, explaining us all the details. Very good communication with him and always available for further info.

Apartment was clean and comfy. The location is in quiet neighbourhood and fairly close to Mount Pilatus. Mr Olaf was super helpful and in I am enjoying view Mount Pilatus from the window.

The location is very good with exellent views of pilatus mountains. And In a very quiet residential area.

The rooms were a bit cold in first evening, but definitely improved over the next day.

Olaf is very accommodating and helpful host. He even drove us to the train station early morning so we could catch our flight back home on time. The apartment was clean and cozy, with well-equipped kitchen.
