Reviewed May 4, 2026This was a very nice apartment in beautiful Sarnen! Views from the terrace were very pretty!
If you use public transport (in our case train), there is a walk of around 20 min to reach the apartment from Sarnen train station (the walk by the river is beautiful though).

Reviewed Oct 1, 2025Most minute details are also considered by the hosts of the Superior apartment. They provide everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. To an extent of providing portable ACs and fans for the summer season, to a washing machine along with the washing powder, fully equipped kitchen, etc. etc. They want you to be at home, away from home :) The best thing - it's all clean and modern. It has a great terrace.
Prices are high, but well, that's Switzerland!

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025Location was quiet. The beds were comfortable. Easy access to laundry and the terrace in the property was excellent. Overall space in the property was very good. The TV was good size and the sofas were very comfortable.
Fridge door was broken and the coffee machine was very tempremantal. Parking was a little tight. Distance from the Sarnen lake.

The location is lovely—about a 10–15 minute walk from the train station. Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and in perfect working order. We felt great here and would happily come back anytime.

Reviewed Oct 28, 2024This is a 2 storey building, two bedrooms and a washroom on the ground floor, and the living room and kitchen on the 1st floor. Everything is well furnished and the Kitchen is very very well stocked. The host also gave us some free groceries in the fridge, that was so kind. There is also a very large terrace, where you get a panoramic view of the mountains and you can also see the lake from one side. There is parking in front of the building, and is free. There is wifi, and laundry facility available too. Interlaken is a short drive away and so are a bunch of other places like Lucerne etc. The host has taken care of small things like Swiss to other connectors for international travellers etc. In 3-4 minutes by walk, you can reach the lake. Supermarkets and Fuel pumps are close by too. Would definitely visit again.
There is nothing to not like in the place.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2024The location was superb. The view from the terrace with mountains on all sides was fantastic. The kitchen had all necessary utensils and equipment. A couple of fruit juice bottles and canned food items were also available for use.
The property says it is lake view, but I wouldn't say it is as lake view. Though the lake is very near, just 2 mins away, but the lake view is hidden by other houses. Also, the pillows in the bedrooms were very loose and not at all comfortable to sleep.

A very good location to visit a lot of beautiful places, I will gladly return on my next vacation here. I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it. The owner left water and juice in the fridge. In the morning we could enjoy it on the superb terrace overlooking the lake and the mountain. Fantastic

The appartment is fully equipment, and the owner supplies basic food as welcome present. For every question we've received fast reply.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2023The apartment is in two floors. The 2 Bedrooms, Bath with shower are on the ground floor. Kitchen, dining, huge Terrace with Covered sitting arrangement on the first floor. Very easy check in, Very spacious bedrooms with all necessary things inkl super heating. Spectacular view from the Terrace, very close to the lake. Its between Luzern & Interlaken, perfekt for driving to both locations. Covered car park is available also for bigger SUV's on the property.

When we arrived (at 11 pm) there was a family already in our apartment. I’m still not sure why this happened but the host was able to put us up in another apartment so disaster avoided. We got to move into our correct apartment 2 days later which was a bit of a hassle as we had to pack up to make the move. An apology for the mistake would’ve being appreciated but that didn’t happen.
