Eine traumhafte Aussicht, direkt am Meer. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte.

Leider war es unmöglich mit diesen Herdplatten zu kochen, total veraltet!

Lage direkt am Ninety Mile Beach, wir konnten von der Terasse aus direkt an den Strand gehen. Sehr freundliche Hausverwalterin, die uns gute Tipps gegeben hat.

The location was superb! Our flat overlooked the beach and was steps away from the sand. Inside were all the amenities needed for a comfortable multi-day stay.

Ein kleines Stück Himmel auf Erden. Super eingerichtetes Apartment von der Küche angefangen bis zum Badezimmer war alles da was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Eine Minute laufen und man ist am Strand. Dusche und Seife nach dem Bad im Meer ; gleich hinter dem Haus . Sehr sehr nette Hausverwalter.

Alles war perfekt !!!

Ein Traum einer Immobilie. Besser geht es nicht. Alles perfekt und absolut top um weiter zu empfehlen.

We LOVED EVERYTHING. THIS PLACE CAN NOT BE FAULTED. You walk in the front door, and you are greeted with views out the back door to the ocean. (Which is basically your back yard). Bed very comfortable. Good shower. Basic, but good kitchen amenities. + BBQ Caretakers Pam and Doug were brilliant.

The hosts were great. Apartment was perfect for 2 couples, each with their own en-suite.

The parking

This is the second time we've stayed and have already booked to stay again. Great location in Ahipara, walk to shop, golf course and right on the beach in the village. Always clean and tidy, quiet and comfortable. Always nice to have beach towels and a good stock of shampoo etc. This time we stayed in the 2 bed apartment, was awesome to also have two bathrooms! Great for a family with teens! Both the hosts and the onsite managers are fabulous to deal with.

We were impressed with everything. I loved that our hosts introduced themselves and let us know about the property and facilaties also things we could do if we had some down time. It was such easy access to the beach that we were out there every day for morning swims and walks. It absolutely exceeded our expectations, as we tend to travel often. Thank you Seaside Gem Whanau.

In all honesty it was leaving we had such an amazing time it left us sad to leave our mini get away. Gem side reminded me of why Ahipara is truly paradise.

Lovely location with stunning beach views. Pretty gardens. Good facilities for self catering. Both rooms with ensuite was great. Nice lounge and kitchen space.

The view was outstanding and it was beautifully set up with everything we needed. Comfy bed and great outdoor space.

A non slip mat would have been great for the shower, those terracotta tiles are a bit slippery.

The lodge is beautifully situated on the beach, the view over the beach is great, the hosts are very friendly and the facilities leave nothing to be desired.

As soon as you walk in, you are taken aback with the view of the ocean directly infront. The studio was very comfortable and had everything you could want. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well set up, including a coffee pod machine with a great selection of pods. There also was a Webber to BBQ on. It was nice to have the facility to wash your clothes. There was a comfy couch to sit on and good TV selection.

Stove.!Difficult to operate. We gave up.Apart from the above it was wonderful including the garden. Those clivia!

Nice quiet accommodation for a couple. Had everything you would need, million dollar view.

Airfreshener sticks were overpowering, plus two airwicks! Had to remove them to outside and open the doors until the smell had subsided. Pity the espresso machine has been replaced by a nespresso.

Fantastic location, very good quality appliances and consumables.

Only one pillow per person was given, at least one more pillow per person should have been given.

The view, access to the beach, extras available, overall The haven was a beautiful room to sit and relax with our visiting whanau as we prepared for a family wedding. It felt like a home away from home and would highly recommend to anyone I know visiting Ahipara.

the location was breathtaking withy the ocean just a short walk across a freshwater estuary. the room had all the amenities and the robes were a great wee luxurious touch. We met the on site managers and they were lovely with good suggestions re the area.

Location was right on the beach with a wonderful view. The property as well equipped and very clean. While it was a studio rental we found it quite roomy for two. The adjacent laundry room was very welcome.

Loved everything! The accomodation was amazing. The room had everything you could want. The views of the West Coast were fantastic and the Moana was a stone throw away.

Gems is a wonderful location that is rig by at the start of 90 mile beach. The beach is expansive and the appearance of wild horses made it special. Accommodations are very comfortable for an overnight stay or longer. A great location in Ahipara!

The panoramic beachfront view is spectacular. There are wild horses on the beach most of the time. Just beautiful! We stayed upstairs at the Haven. Beautifully appointed. Lacked for nothing. The water pressure in the shower was magnificent.

This property is fantastic. Located right on the beach. Stunning views and beautiful gardens. The apartment itself was really nice.

Awesome view of the beach

Location. Location. Location. Walking into the studio through the front door the first thing you see through the glass doors at the other end is 90 Mile Beach and the ocean in Ahipara Bay. The sunsets over the water are amazing! The property is at the end of a quiet residential street so no through traffic, but it's a small town so there generally aren't a lot of cars anyway. The studio was kitted out with a decent kitchenette and all the utensils you'd need (but we didn't use during our two night stay).

Someone parked their dual cab ute with boat trailer over both car parking bays one night, so when we returned we had to park on the street. This was out of the control of the owner of course. The remote location means Wifi wasn't super fast, but it was OK. The narrow "hall" to store luggage, hang clothes, etc, (between the bathroom and main room) is a tight squeeze and a bit inconvenient and I'm not a big person. But I don't know how they could fix it.

Location was lovely! Good way to show my fiancé the area I grew up in.

Absolutely beautiful property, stunning location, view from every room looking over the spectacular west coast. This property was very comfortable, bed configuration accommodated, fantastic kitchen facilities, two seperate bathrooms, lovely outdoor decking area. Easy drive to Cape Reinga. Pub meal at nearby Awanui was excellent. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Oh my lord, open the door and look out to breathtaking view. Small boutiquish, didn't see other guests at all. Wonderful amenities in the apartment, everything you need to run away to just pack your bag and toiletries. Comfortable furnishing, comfy bed

Arriving so late in the afternoon on my first day wish I had gotten there earlier to fully enjoy my two days 🙂 .

Great location. The view was breathtaking. The surf situation nearby was brilliant.

The location was great. The unit was very private and felt like we had the beach to ourselves. It was set up as if they had family or friends coming to stay, which we found to be exceedingly generous. Pam met us when we arrived and was just lovely. The unit was spotless. We loved our stay and only wish we had booked for longer. It’s certainly somewhere we would love to come back to and would highly recommend it to anyone.

It had all the comforts of home, even a BBQ which I used everyday.
