Reviewed Sep 18, 2026- The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
- The living and dining area and kitchenette were okay & spacious
- Overall, the apartment was fairly clean.
- The building has an elevator.
- The TV was not working when we arrived, but a staff member came to sort it out after we informed them.
- The air-conditioning units seemed new.
- The apartment is showing noticeable signs of wear and tear. The bedroom in particular looked different from the listing photos and did not quite match what was shown.
- The toilet needs better maintenance. The lighting was very dim and almost creepy at night, while the toilet seat was the wrong size and poorly fitted.
- The shower drainage was also an issue. This is the first time I’ve had to remove a shower drain cover myself to get the pooled water to drain properly, something I’ve never experienced at other accommodations.
-The iron stand was not in good condition. Please replace or add cover
- Although there is an elevator, most units still require using short flights of stairs for each level, which can be inconvenient when carrying luggage.
-There are wild/stray dogs roaming freely around the apartment area. We felt uncomfortable walking around and ultimately didn’t use the beach or pool
For the price we paid, we honestly expected better. The unit needs proper maintenance and updating, and the condition should be more consistent with the listing photos and price point.

So dirty. There was sand on the bathroom floor. The floors were sticky. There was previous guests’ drinks left in the fridge. When we came the lights were already on so made us feel unsafe to enter as we were all girls. The toilet needs to be upgraded bc it was rusting

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026The apartment is big, spacious, and clean. Suitable for a big family. Easy check-in and check-out. Close distance to the private beach. The host is more than excellent; he is very friendly and prompt in responding to our enquiries and requests.
The advertisement is for a Seaview Apartment. However, we could not see the sea/beach because of a very big tree in front of the window. A bit frustrated with that because we purposely chose this apartment for the sea view. Shower gel is not available in Bathroom No. 2, we have to contact the host to come and refill. They should have checked this during the cleaning process. Something that we did not realise before booking was that the venue is very far away from Kuantan (40 minutes) or Beserah (25 minutes). It is already near Kemaman. But if people prefer the quiet area and great scenery, this will be a great stay.

The lift is a bit weird, not accommodating. The unit cleanliness need to be upgrade. I made an effort of buying extra wipes to wipe down the sliding door which is very dirty. The hinges on windows are broken management please have a look for safety purposes

We experienced several issues during our stay. One of the air conditioners in the room was not working, and the TV was not usable at all. Additionally, there was waste beside the pool, which caused an unpleasant smell in the surrounding area. These issues affected our overall comfort and experience.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The accessibility to the beach is superb!. it’s very near and also private. The pool is nice as well. I like the area because it feels private and is located in an industrial zone, making it suitable for those seeking peace and quiet. The host was very responsive and kind, attending to our requests well and even sharing all the booking details prior to check-in without us asking. Overall, everything was good and acceptable.
The lights are quite dim, so I would suggest adding white lights. Also, it would be so much better if Netflix was available 😆

Reviewed Nov 10, 2025The location was perfect as it was away from the city centre. Beach was right at the front as the description says.
I felt the unit was not well maintained and cleaned despite paying the clean up fees.
The bathroom looked like it was not washed in months. The sheets was dirty, sofa was dusty and curtains were both dusty and dirty.
The main door know literally comes off the door.
No basic amenities provided like shower gel
The towels had dried bed bugs still stucked.
1)I drove to the property at night. 25km+- from Kuantan city, consider far for me and way to the property is very dark at night. Me and my family almost feel that we are going to the wrong way seems like going to somewhere abandoned before we reach the property. The road goes narrower to reach the property, no lights, darker and darker. Don't U turn, trust your negation.
2)Swimming pool not well mantain, the water is not clear and the colour was green in colour just looks like a pond not a swimming pool at all. If you plan to stay here which the facility comes with a pool, forget the swimming pool just go to the beach.

The apartment was spacious and offered good value for money, especially for a big family.
The furniture is a bit old, and the toilet window should be improved for better comfort and privacy.
Close to beach.
Lack of facilities, very remote especially without a car, no housekeeping during my stay. Apartment was cleanish but needs refreshing especially the bathroom very dirty, shower over bath water goes everywhere, lots of scuff marks on walls and curtains very hard to open, door to balcony couldn’t lock. Kitchen essentials very basic.
