Er was heel veel geluid van buitenaf. Heel slechte geluidsisolatie. Er was ook een storend geluid dat regelmatig terugkwam, dit werd veroorzaakt door de pomp van de airco en stoorde enorm. Jammer dat het direct zonlicht was voor de leefruimte.

Étant donné l’emplacement il faut s’attendre à du bruit( musique) jusqu’a 1h du matin, à cause du restaurant directement en face. Ce n’est pas l’établissement le plus facile au niveau de l’enregistrement mais ça s’est tout de même plutôt bien déroulé.

Bei Ankunft: Eingangstür ließ sich nicht öffen. Defekt ohne Türklinke. Schlafzimmertür ohne Türklinken. Kleiderschranktür kaputt und ließ sich nicht schieben. Balkontür defekt und ließ sich nicht öffnen. Kommunikation mit Vermieter eine Katastrophe. Monteur war für 18.00 Uhr angekündigt und kam, ohne vorherige Mitteilung erst um19.15 Uhr. Waren nur für eine Nacht in der Wohnung, davon bis 21.30 Uhr!! mit Monteur und älterer Dame (wofür diese dabei war, keine Ahnung). Der Monteur hat alles, außer neuer Klinke an der Eingangstür, vorbildlich repariert.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Die Putzfrau macht einen guten Job (und ist sehr freundlich). Top Lage mit Meersicht, Balkon. Das Apartement ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten waren uns für 2 Personen zu schmal.
Betten sind zu schmal für 2 Personen (wie wärs mit Kajütenbetten? Dann wären die Zimmer nicht so beengend).

Several broken equipments including main door lock. Locking the door would have let us blocked either inside or outside the apartment. The staff let us think that a technician will come but he never showed up. Door to the balcony was broken in one room. Expresso machine was also out of order.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026The only thing worth your money is the sea view. The moonlight seeps through curtains and the waves swishing in the distance is very comforting and relaxing. Not to mention, sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee in hand, watching the waves splash against the sand was calming to the mind. Air conditioning was provided. Gas burner was efficient. Utensils were good.
TLDR; everything. I went with my wife and 3 daughters. Let us begin with the car parking. Finding spots in the car pack that were reserved was extremely difficult and the garage was a good 5 minute walk away from the apartment. When we arrived, the small glass door's lock was beaten to it's core. There was a tissue shoved where the lock was supposed to be. If you have luggage with you, keep in mind, *THERE IS NO LIFT*. The stairs themselves were very narrow and lifting up luggage was very difficult. Also, getting the keys to the apartment is on the other side of the street which was confusing to find. When my daughter and I went with the staff up to our apartment on the second floor, the staff herself was having problems with the apartment door. The lock was STUCK! There was apparent problem with the door and the staff made no effort to properly fix it. At some point, the staff pushed the door open. The apartment itself was good enough. However, one of the room door's lock was also nonexistent. Oh! And there was no door handle. Not on the front door of the apartment nor in one of the bedrooms. In that same bedroom, the sliding door to the bathroom was ALSO stuck! (No privacy). Also, the shutters to one of the bedrooms was not working and it was very VERY difficult to go to sleep (I sacrificed two days of sleep). Moreover, when my daughters were coming back from the beach and my wife and I went to a restaurant, they were STUCK outside the apartment because the keys were not working! They were outside the aparment, covered in sand and dying of the heat for 30 MINUTES when finally the door opened. Horrible but to an extent.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Bardzo przestronny czysty i rewelacyjnie umiejscowiony z widokiem na ogromną plażę i piękny Atlantyk. Fajny balkonik z widokiem na ocean. Wszystko co potrzebne w tym apartamencie było dostępne. Pięć osób wygodnie odpoczywało. Kontakt z zarządzającym obiektem bezproblemowy.
Może trochę dokuczał brak zmywarki ale to taki drobiazg

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026The apartment had 3 bedrooms with private baths each. Very clean with spacious bedrooms. The location is exceptional. Beach is directly across the street. Lots and shopping and food options. Walking distance to the funicular. Parking is secure in underground garage.
The common space is very small for a 3 bedroom apartment. Small maintenance areas to address, such as the door getting stuck, one of the shower heads would not stay up and the kitchen cabinet doors next to fridge are on backwards making them difficult to open.

A porta da entrada não tinha maçaneta. A porta deslizante de um dos WCs estava estragada. Sem máquina da louça, mas com máquina da roupa. Não aconselhável a pessoas de mobilidade reduzida devido ao acesso ser feito exclusivamente por escadas.

A porta de entrada do apartamento estava sem maçaneta (estava com um buraco na porta no local da fechadura). A porta do banheiro de uma suíte está caída, fiquei presa dentro do banheiro. O ralo da mesma suíte está entupido e alagou todo o banheiro durante o banho.

Der Check-In gestaltet sich schwierig. Man geht hinten am Gebäude rein, indem man eine PIN an einer Glastür mit Fischmustern drauf eingibt. Dann geht man den 1. Stock hoch und in einen Bereich der aussieht wie eine Terrasse. Man geht durch eine Art Balkontüre in die Wohnung.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026Das Apartment ist schön und hat eine großartige Lage. Von 2 Zimmern kann man vom Bett direkt auf Meer blicken. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes schönes Bad. Man findet auch im Februar in der Umgebung genug offene Restaurants. Die Parkgarage war gleich ums Eck und die Parkplätze, die benutzt werden durften sind gut angegeben.
Küche und Esszimmer haben nur eine Tür in den Lichthof, mit nicht durchsichtigem Glas. Das macht es ungemütlich. Es gibt einiges, was offensichtlich schon seit Monaten beanstandet aber nie repariert wird. z.B. Schiebetür in einem Schlafzimmer zum Bad kann nicht zugemacht werden. Türschnalle der Eingangstüre ist kaputt, man kann die Türe immer nur mühsam mit dem Schlüssel zuziehen. Aufhängung für Duschkopf ist entweder kaputt oder fehlt überhaupt. Hier ist offensichtlich niemand, der hin und wieder mit einem Werkzeug durch die Wohnung geht. Achtung: Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock und durch steile enge Treppe zu erreichen.

La casa non era pulita così come non lo erano piatti e stoviglie. Polvere ovunque, capelli in bagno. Serranda rotta. Scarico doccia intasato. Zero assistenza, nessuna risposta alla mia richiesta di intervento. La risposta che ha dato la struttura qua sotto alla mia recensione non ha senso. Io non sono una agenzia, ho alloggiato io nella casa, ho fatto io le foto della serranda rotta e della sporcizia in cucina, nei bagni e nelle camere. Ho anche le prove sul cellulare dei messaggi che ho inviato immediatamente alla struttura appena entrata in casa ai quali non hanno mai risposto.

L'appartamento è carino ma andrebbe un po' sistemato. La porta finestra di una camera non si chiude e resta sempre aperta costringendo a non alzare la tapparella; in una stanza una tenda veniva tutta giù da un lato; la maniglia della porta di ingresso rotta penzolante. Tanti piccoli bei particolari accostati però a segnali di poca cura.

Die Zimmer sind klein aber fein. Leider ist die Küche nach hinten gelegen. Es gibt eine sehr steile Treppe zur Wohnung, daher nicht geeignet für Menschen die nicht gut auf den Beinen sind

There was a problem with the parking card. There was no hot water. We had to find the water heater and turn the hot water back on ourselves. The hand held shower head in one of the bathrooms was broken and shot water everywhere.

Blinds on window in bedroom did not work so light outside was shining in all night. Hand held shower fell off the wall. WiFi did not work properly. We requested to arrive at 4pm. Instead of 6pm and this was refused. We agreed 5pm and cleaners were sitting down in the apartment not cleaning.

Pas d'eau chaude pour les douches et la vaisselle ni le soir de notre arrivée, ni le matin. Fixation du flexible de douche tombé du mur sur le pied de la personne qui était dans la douche. Réservoir de la machine à café fuitait. Infiltration de l'eau sous la porte fenêtre du living lors des pluies et a trempé nos sacs à dos.

Kein warmes Wasser, eine Dusche Defekt, ein Doppelbett nur 1,40 breit, Wohnzimmer dunkel und Couch durchgesessen, WIFI nicht nutzbar, Personal unfreundlich. Wir sind einen Tag vorher abgefahren, es war nicht auszuhalten.

Zugangstür zum Appartment: Türklinhe defekt. 2. Zimmer links: Duschkopf sowie Armatur kaputt. Zimmer rechts: Schiebetür zum Badezimmer defekt. Bei einem Stuhl war der Polsterungunterbau komplett defekt. Mit wenig Aufwand wären diese Mangel zu beheben!!

Reviewed Aug 29, 2025Alles sauber, gut und hübsch ausgestattet, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, kleiner Balkon direkt über der Strandpromenade mit vielen kleinen Geschäften. Balkon sehr schmal, so dass gerade so vier Stühle nebeneinander stehen können. Gemeinsames Essen darauf ist nicht möglich. Schlafzimmer zur belebten Straße hin, Wohn-Esszimmer-Küche nach hinten - ohne Fenster! Breiter Strand direkt über der Straße.
Keine Fenster im Wohnzimmer!

Vista sull'oceano e parcheggio gratuito in loco, Ottime le comunicazioni con l'host. Self check-in e check-out
Sebbene l' appartamento sia nuovissimo, purtroppo ha già diversi particolari rotti ( chiusura di un bagno, miscelatore 1 doccia, sciacquone gocciolante tutta notte... maniglia ingresso scale, gancio di sicurezza porta scale ). Consiglio di sistemare queste piccole cose!
