City center family relax apartment

Wir haben den Gastgeber nicht persönlich getroffen. Yurii war jedoch jederzeit erreichbar und hilfreich mit seinen Angaben. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl im Studio. Alles war vorhanden. Ein grosszügiges Badezimmer, Waschmaschine sowie Tumbler. Trotz der zentralen Lage absolut sicher und ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank

L'emplacement est excellent, on va facilement à la plage à pied (proche de l'accès par l'ascenseur), et aussi au centre-ville. Il y a un parking privé. L'appartement est calme, on n'est pas dérangé par le bruit. Bon système de climatisation. Le propriétaire est serviable et répond rapidement aux demandes. Appartement simple, adapté pour un court séjour.

L'emplacement lit est un peu trop ferme.

Хорошая ,чистая кварттра в 5 минутах пешком от моря и центра города.В квартиое есть всё ,что надо для прибывания семьи с детьми. Стиральная и сушильная машина..Есть лифт. Отдельное спасибо Юре за ранний заезд, и за теплое человеческой отношение!!!

No desk at property

Appartement très confortable, propre, proche de la plage et des magasins, rien ne manquait, buanderie avec machine à laver et séche linge, lessive, produits d entretien, grande salle de bain necessaire de toilette. Cuisine ustensiles, machine à café avec capsules... je recommande. Yurii notre hote extremement aimable.

Suggestion : cuillères à café à rajouter, la television ne marchait pas probleme de reglage, mais pour quelques jours ce n etait pas derangeant, le robinet de la salle de bain faisait du bruit. Mais ce n etait pas egalement derangeant.

Проживали вдвоем пять ночей. Очень удобные апартаменты, светлые, просторные и даже уютные. Две отдельные комнаты с кондиционером в каждой (мы не пользовались - хватало открытых окон). Хорошее электроосвещение с холодным и теплым светом. Есть выбор подушек, одеял, постельного белья, много полотенец. Просторная душевая кабина с плотными стенками - вода за нее не просачивается. В технической комнате, общей с соседним номером, есть стиральная и сушильная машины с набором моющих средств, но можно сушить и за окном. На кухне достаточно кухонных принадлежностей (две кастрюли, две сковородки и т.п.) и столовых приборов - вполне хватает на семью. Особенно порадовала двухконфорочная плита. Помимо нее, пользовались только холодильником, хотя еще есть микроволновка и кофемашина с запасом капсул. Хорошее расположение: если пройти до конца улицы Ussishkin (минут 7), то сразу попадете на центральную площадь и набережную с лифтом на пляж, а если свернуть с нее на улицу Remez David, то выйдете к торговой площади с овощным магазином, супермаркетом и русским магазином Manja с привычным нам набором продуктов. Рядом есть остановки разных автобусов, в т.ч. 72 до ж/с. Хозяин Юрий очень доброжелателен, всегда был на связи, быстро отвечал на все наши вопросы, оперативно помогал решать маленькие проблемы. Удобно, что с ним можно говорить по-русски. Прислал подробную инструкцию по бесконтактному поселению - очень понравилось. В общем, конечно, рекомендую.

Все понравилось. Только маленькие пожелания: добавить подставки для чемоданов (на полу не очень удобно) и еще 1-2 ножа для готовки

Accueil par téléphone et clés à trouver Appartement sale et puant vieux lit oas propre vieux sofa où l’on peut soupçonner acariens et autres vu l’odeur. Une salle de bain refaite ce qui nous a trompé sur les photos. Et un parking non praticable sous peine de crever vius pneus. Aucun recours pour changer de logement avec parking et Aucun moyen de contacter une personne neutre du loueur pour une solution. Et aujourd’hui malgré les photos on refuse de nous rembourser sans tenir compte du cas particulier. Pour la première fois nous avons été trompé et attendons un soutien de booking.

Le critère le plus important un parking réservé n’a même pas été honoré et je vous passe l’hygiène de l’appartement qui devait être fermé depuis cet été.

В десяти минутах от центрального пляжа, просторная и чистая студия - оптимально для двоих. Удобное бесконтактное взаимодействие при заселении и выезде.

Некоторые мелочи на кухне можно было бы улучшить - столовые приборы, кухонные ножи и добавить кофейные чашки, подходящие к кофемашине.

Хорошее расположение. Достаточно близко и к морю и к ресторанам и магазинам. Есть все, что нужно для отдыха. Хорошая постель. Много полотенец. Холодильник, электрическая плитка, микроволновка. Нормальный wi-fi. С хозяйкой легко связаться.

Была проблема с парковкой. В ваучере была указана бесплатная парковка, но было указано, что требуется согласование. Мы написали, что парковка нужна, но непосредственно с хозяйкой не связывались. Видимо, это была ошибка. Советую тем, кто будет снимать, это учесть.

The apartment is with a great location- only a few minutes from the center and from the beach. It is furnished with lots of thought, it was spacious and clean. We had all the necessary amenities, including a parking space. The host Yuri was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely book again this facility next time.

I would enjoy terrace but unfortunately it was not previewed in the construction of the building.

Location, staff, parking availability, condition of the apartments

The apartment has a washing machine. This is good but the implementation is not very good. The washing machine is on the common balcony and is behind a thin door right in the bedroom (studio apartment). In our case, the neighbors decided to wash things somewhere between 10 pm and 2 am. It was impossible to sleep.

The instructions to get into the apartment was easy, location is perfect lots of restaurants around, the beach is walking distance the apartment is clean we have a laundry and dry machine available., was show on the picture Macht the place. Thank You.

The apartment is in a great location close to the square (kikar), restaurants, shops, and a short walk to the beach elevator. Yurrii was very quick to respond to our many questions, was very helpful and available and met us on arrival. The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (en suite) apartment is comfortable and newly renovated, with modern, tasteful furnishings and fittings and good facilities. The apartment was clean, the beds in the bedroom were comfortable, the bathroom spacious with a big shower and large rain head, fluffy towels were provided, laundry with washer and dryer, air-con, coffee pod machine, on-site secure parking, and security entrance. The apartment is quiet and faces away from the street (although the view is of the back of other apartment blocks).

Only minor comments - Tap fittings in the kitchen and bathroom sinks need tightening, extendible make-up mirror in bathroom needs to be secured, need dish cloths in the kitchen, the air-conditioners are a bit noisy. The one part of the sleeper couch was a bit hard but our small children still slept soundly.

The room was very large, clean, and modern. Just what you needed, without any clutter. It has a (clothes) washer and dryer!

No shops within easy walking distance.

It was perfect yurri the manager was excellent and was helpful the place ticked all the boxes the apartment is in a perfect location next to the sea and all the eateries and cafe, yurri gave me a lift to Jaffa for free on the Sabbath I am very thankful of that I strongly recommend this place 10/10

Everything!!!!

The apartment exceeded my expectations to be honest, it's located perfectly, was even more spacious than on the pictures, bed was very comfortable, super easy to check in. It was especially nice to have very big blanket for the two of us (I was with my mom), so that we don't really bother one another while asleep.

Overall there's high humidity in the apartment, so sometimes you wanna open the windows to freshen the air. It missed the small lamps on the bedside tables (you can see them on the pics), but we were told we can find lamp in the laundry room (which we did).
