‏היה ממש טוב

Tout était vraiment très bien, exactement comme prévu. L'arrivée et le départ étaient très facile, la communication avec les hôtes aussi. L'appartement était propre, bien rangé, spacieux, et correspondait aux attentes. J'encourage vivement, et toute ma famille a été très contente.

דבר,ראשון יש פער עצום בין מה שנראה בתמונה לבין המציאות, הרהיטים ישנים, המקלחות עם עובש, הניקיון ברמה ממוצעת, במרפסות הין כמות גדולה של. מקקים וצואת יונים , לא הצלחנו לשבת שם בלילה ולהנות מהן כלל. באופן כללי,זה דירה חמודה במיקום מצוין אבל המחיר ממש יקר באופן יחסי למה שקיבלנו,וזה היה ממש מאכזב יש רק חניה אחת לדירה והיא מתאימה ל14 אנשים, לכן היינו צריכים לשלם על החנייה בכחול לבן למשך כל השהות שלנו, דבר שייקר בעוד סכום נכבד את השהות

We stayed at the penthouse over the weekend. The apartment was simply beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. We were a large group, and the apartment had everything we needed. The apartment is right next to the sea with an amazing view. We also enjoyed a large terrace, as well as an additional rooftop terrace with sun loungers, which was absolutely amazing. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the terrace, but it’s worth mentioning that the terrace can also be accessed through a separate entrance, so you don’t have to go through the bedroom. The hosts were available throughout our stay, and whenever we needed anything, they were always responsive, helpful, and friendly. We will definitely come back again!

Très bien placé et bien équipé super Très spacieux

Lorsque nous sommes rentrés, nous avons trouvé un appartement d'une insalubrité telle que nous n'en n'avons encore jamais vu. Toutes les serviettes étaient posées en boule au sol, mouillées et sales.  Les draps posés sur les tabourets remplis de sable. Donc aucun lit de fait. Le sol sale, glissant, plein de sable et non nettoyé. Sur le sol, des cafards. La gasinière remplie de saleté.  Le frigo sale et sentant mauvais. Les salles de bain non nettoyées. Les cabinets de toilettes avec des traces de crottes. Le canapé et miroirs sales et tachés.

The apartment is in an amazing location two minutes walk from the beach, the mail boardwalk, the lift to the beach and cafes. The apartment is spacious and each room has a bathroom, the kitchen has everything you need. It has a great outside deck for sunbathing and eating a joint dinner with the beach and sunset view.

The towels were not the best and some of the beds were not amazing

Great location, views, communication. They went above and beyond to get us into the apartment early.

Host was so nice and super accommodating to all our needs. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect! Really a beautiful apartment with a beautiful view. Highly recommended.

דירה מקסימה. מרווחת. נקיה. מים חמים 24 שעות. מגבות. הבעלים מקסים. עונה לכל שאלה. היינו 6 מבוגרים, והיה מקום בשפע.

It was a very windy night and wind came through the windows, even when they were shut so the heating didn’t work well Also, the lighting at night isn’t very cozy and there is no bed lamps in the bedrooms One of the queen size beds creeked

superbe emplacement , a 2 minutes de la mer et du kikar. grand appartement adapte aux familles . tres belle terrasse avec vue mer. bonne communication avec le proprietaire .

הבעלים לא היו זמינים לנו בזמן שהגענו חיכינו למעלה מ40 דקות בצ׳ק אין חשבנו שיהיה משהו מפצה על זה מהבעלים לא חשבו שמגיע לנו. אחרי זה קיבלנו גריל שהיה עם מכסה שבור ושנפל לנו מהחום של הגריל והם עוד ציפו שנשלם את הנזק. התחושה הייתה בעיקר שלא לקחו אחריות על הבעיות שהיו סביב האיחור בצ׳ק אין ועל הגריל השבור

מיקום קרוב לים. בעלים אפשרו צ׳ק אאוט בצאת מאחר והמשפחה דתית.

מקום מלוכלך מאוד ולא מתוחזק. התמורה נמוכה ביחס למחיר.

אנחנו התארגנו בדירה לקראת החתונה והיא הייתה מושלמת לזה. יש בה את כל מה שצריך. מראות גוף,כסאות גבוהים ונמוכים יש נוף מטורף לים ומלא שמש,מושלם לאיפור כלות. יש שלוש קומות שזה מעולה, אנחנו התפצלנו לקומות נפרדות ולקראת הצהריים עשינו את המפגש. באמת מקום מושלם! ונקי! בכל חדר יש מזגן ויש גם שולחן מתקפל גדול בשביל המאפרת. ממליצים!!!

המקום ממודם מושלם, נוף יפיפה מהגג , מאובזר כמו שצריך עד הפרטים הקטנים. ריח טוב כשנכנסים. מעוצב יפה. הכניסה עצמאית ונוחה ועל הפסנתר כיף לנגן - מכוון ! מענה מהיר ואדיב.

יש מקום בעיני לתיקונים קטנים סביב החלונות, התריסים וההדברה במרחבים בחוץ. נאמר לי שזה בטיפול 🙏🏼

The showers. The bathroom gets flooded with water

The spacious apartment was just like described. Beautiful balcony with great view. Ohad was very helpful and accommodating. The flat had all the necessary equipment to make our stay comfortable. Great showers and comfortable beds.

It was a pity we could not get in right away since the code for the key was wrong. Not all the beds were made ready as we discussed we needed.

Spacious appartement for a family holiday with an amazing rooftop and lovely view. Flat was super clean. Also very nice and flexible host.

Beautiful and big rooftop apartment, very well equipped with all necessary stuff (fully equipped kitchen), washing machine & dryer (just bring your clothes! ) Nice location, close to the beach and the square. Very nice roof with a nice view on the sea also fully equipped with sunbeds, barbecue.... The host (Ohad) is very nice and always available for any assistance.

Renovated apartment with 4 bedrooms and 3 showers, spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. We came for a family reunion weekend and it was a great choice. Good location with nice view to the sea, rooms and showers clean and cozy.

The rooftop, the clean and all the facilities at the higher value for money!

The location of the property was great. We were very close to the beach and Independence Square. The property was very spacious and comfortable for our 5-person group and could have handled even more guests. The roof deck offered a very unique setting with a great view and area to relax. The host was helpful in explaining the check-in procedures and answering questions. He was flexible and able to offer a larger parking spot due to our having a bigger car.

The property was very tidy but could have been a little cleaner.

Very nice apartment, everything is clean. The sea is nearby and shops are within walking distance. There are a lot of rooms and there are all the amenities for comfortable stay, such as dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and air conditioning in all rooms (they can also be set up for heating). The landlord is a very responsive person, he immediately helped to solve all the issues.

It was a delight to stay at Ohad's place, the apartment is absolutely beautiful in a tasteful way, it feels very special! everything you might need is there. The location is also great with just a few steps walk to the beatiful beach. And best of all, Ohad is very helpful!! He helped us to get our lost bag from the airline while he was at work, which would have been quite complicated otherwise. Thank you very much once more! we will definitly come back

Very clean, beautiful sunset and view, prime location!

Excellent host, location and amenities. Very responsive host that made our stay extremely easy and comfortable. The place is close to everywhere you need, from beach to Kikar and restaurants. The penthouse has all the amenities and they’re in excellent shape. Would recommend and will stay again.
