Reviewed Aug 1, 2025נוף ראויי. בעל מקום זמין תמיד בטלפון. יאמר לזכותו - אבל בזה זה נגמר.
אל תגיעו לדירה הזו - גם אם ימליצו. מלוכלכת מאוד!!!! ניסו לתת רושם עם בושם זול שהיה נורא. חדר שנה ראויי אך עפ בדיקה (כך הרגשנו ( המצעים לא הוחלפו ורק יושרו ועל הכרים נראה היה (כך ראינו) קמטים על שהיו בשמוש. הריח היה נורא כי המצעים רוססו עם החומר הבשם כנראה וזו הייתה ההרגשה אבל אין לי דרך להוכיח. במקלחת והשרותים לא נגעו!!! האמבטיה וסביבה הייתה לא נקיה והמגבות של הקודמים לנו היו מפוזרות !!! בכל המקלחת ועל הריצפה...... הסלון נראה נקי אך הריצפה אולי, אולי נוגבה ובפינות הסלון היו שאריות נוזל דביק ומטונף. המרפסת נפלאה ורק אל הביוב שלה טוטאו שערות אדם (כנראה, לא בדקתי....) שכנראה נשטפו אליו ולא הוסרו!!!!! בעל הבית סימפטי בעליל עם רצון טוב אבל נראה שלא בדק את המקום כפי שראוי היה שיקרה🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 סליחה על המילים הקשות אבל המקום לא ראוי בכלל!!! לאירוח בני אדם ששילמו באמונה שמחכה להם פינה נעימה להניח את הראש😧😧 יש חדר נוסף שאין מילים לתאר איך הוא נראה.... אבל לא היה לנו למזלנו צורך בו.

Reviewed Jul 30, 2024Our host Efraim was super helpful from beginning to end, accomadating all our needs. The apt is adorable, two super clean bedrooms and a kitchen/ dining room. The beds are comfortable, and the water is hot. There is a large balcony with the ocean view and the apt is a 3 minute walk to the beach, restaurant, and shops. This was a perfect place to stay in ashkelon! Highly recommend!!

Reviewed Jun 14, 2024Good communication with the owner. Easy free parking and check-in to the apartment. Location very close to the sea. Big balcony with a sea view. Spacious and convenient apartment. One of the rooms is a safe room. Good price quality ratio for the beginning of the summer season. The owner offered a late check-out on Sabbath. Would surely like to return.
Wasn't anything particular that would not have liked.

Reviewed Feb 18, 2024Excellent location. The apartment is very clean. Not fancy but well equipped. Nice kitchen and living space. Two bedrooms, one of which is a safe room. Lots of blankets. I was quite comfortable. I needed help with the door code and got immediate help when I called.
Would have appreciated some more info regarding heat and hot water. I did figure it out, but it took me some time.

There were no pots, pans, adequate utensils provided for this property that is described as having a fully equipped kitchen. There weren't any curtains for privacy in the living roomhowever I found some in a small storage area and used a drill and hardware to place them. It appears that they were hung previously due to the holes just above the windows. The fridge and freezer were not on either.

Reviewed Feb 4, 2023we were a family of four it was spacious and had a hotplate and urn for Shabbos was near synagogues and its very near the sea which has surfers and fishermen in abundance. The balcony has a great sea view and the furniture is comfortable .Would recommend the location as well.
