Reviewed Jul 2, 2026The location is excellent being very close to the marina with its restaurants and shops. It is also close to the beach. We were met on arrival and shown around the apartment. The air conditioning and WiFi worked well (although the aircon turned itself off the first night). There was no extra charge for use of the bed on the balcony.
The apartment is in an old block that has not been maintained well. There were large beetles (dead and alive) everywhere and excrement on the stairwell. The apartment had not been cleaned well. There were layers of dust on the light switches and the drawers. The fridge had marks on the shelves. The above mentioned beetles were in the apartment as well. We only received 4 towels. We asked for more so that we could have one for the beach but this was not possible as the hosts were not local. We were told that there would be plenty of hot water but this wasn't the case and we needed to switch on the immersion whenever we wanted a shower. By contrast the water didn't run cold. There was no difference if the taps were turned to hot or cold - always lukewarm. There was no shampoo provided, just some hand soap. There was no bathmat. We couldn't get either TV to work. There were no instructions provided. We asked a question but the answer didn't help. Hosts did not turn up on time to collect the key. The seal on the fridge door was in poor condition and needed to be pressed shut to ensure the fridge kept cold.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2023Great location, balcony with the sea and marina view. Beach, shopping, marina - 1-2 min walk. Property is good enough for a short stay. Nicely suits 2-3 people.
We are happy, everything as expected.
