La posizione, lo stile moderno con luci molto curate, divano e poltrona comodissimi per riposare dopo le notti a caccia dell'aurora, la finestra gigante vista mare, l'appartamento super accessoriato. Ci siamo trovate benissimo.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, komfortabel und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Auch ausreichend Handtücher, Pflegeprodukte und Putzmittel verfügbar. Eurico ist sehr freundlich und absolut hilfsbereit. Man kann in 20 Minuten ins Zentrum laufen oder den Bus nehmen. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Empfehlen können wir auch den Pizza Express gleich um die Ecke.

Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr sauber, allerdings könnten die Elektrogeräte in der Küche eine intensivere Reinigung gebrauchen.

The apartment has fantastic views over the water including a heated viewing area, and is very quiet, clean and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. It is only a short walk from town and there are very regular buses otherwise. There is also a large Spa supermarket very closeby.The host Eurico could not be friendlier or more helpful

Everything was fantastic It has a great location. Close to the supermarket and very easy to get into town. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and the shower was exceptional. Incredibly clean and the view was spectacular. Our host was superb. He was very helpful and even collected us from the airport and gave us a little tour. He had lots of useful advice. Could not have stayed anywhere better

Geen minpunten. Als je echt wil zeuren, het ligt niet in het centrum. Maar de 10 min wandeling door Tromsø in de sneeuw vonden wij heerlijk.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem neu erbauten Gebäude direkt am Wasser. Von der Wohnung aus und vor der Tür kann man die Nordlichter sehen. Der Wintergarten ist sehr kuschelig und man kann dort mit Heizstrahlern auch im Winter sitzen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gab sogar Kaffee und jede Menge Handtücher, falls man mal eines wechseln muss. Die Wohnung ist super geschnitten und die Betten sehr bequem. Eurico ist ein perfekter Gastgeber und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub!

It was further from downtown than I expected.

Eurico greeted us as soon as we got off the bus from the airport, and he also saw us off in the same way.

The apartment is very clean and spectacular. It has an amazing view since it’s by the water. I enjoyed watching the sunrise in the balcony. We’re not lucky we didn’t see the Northern light. The owner offered a complimentary one way ride to the airport.

The apartment is amazing. Our only problem is that it was snowing a lot and the management of the building is not very good in cleaning it. It’s only a certain portion that they clean. I fell twice hurting my back. I know that it’s not the fault of the apartment owner but because of it even if the city center is close we have to spend a lot of money for Uber.$17-24 each way.

The host Rico was possibly the most accommodating and friendliest host I've ever met. He met us at the property was showed us around got us a bottle of wine, and was always there if we needed anything. The property was spotless, warm, had amazing views, amazing amenities, close to the bus. Best place ever!

A fantastic stay in this great and cozy apartment. Nothing is missing here! Eurico is a fantastic host who explains everything precisely and gives valuable tips. The view from the balcony and also from the rest of the apartment is wonderful. The two bedrooms can be well darkened with several curtains. Laundry detergent, spices, and coffee are provided in the modern kitchen. There is simply every kitchen appliance and dishware! The bathroom is very large and modern with all possible shampoos, soaps, etc. You can just feel completely comfortable here. The very quiet apartment is in a new and stylish building with an underground car park and elevator access to the house. We experienced the first snowfall of the winter here at the end of October 2025, which was beautiful! Tip: We saw the Northern Lights for hours from Telegrafbukta (4 min by car), where there are also parking spaces. Spectacular! You only walk 15-20 minutes along a footpath to the city center. Absolute recommendation for the apartment! Thank you Eurico

Eurico is an excellent host. This was our second stay here and we were delighted to come back! The amenities are great and the view is exceptional.

Eurico was a great host and both picked us up and dropped us off (very early!) at the airport. The apartment was brilliant and had all we needed; very cosy and warm with an amazing view. It was in a good location, very easy to get to the town centre and within easy reach of the supermarket. There is no need for a car and the bus service is great. We were fortunate to witness the Northern lights on 3 nights and having all the snow made it even better. I'd definitely recommend the apartment to anyone else planning to go to Tromso.

Wonderfull appartment which had everything we needed! The views were amazing. Quiet place and still close to the city centre and supermarkets. The terrace was the best: we saw the aurora twice. He is so nice and accommodating. He picked us up from the airport and brought us back free of charge. He even took the time to drive us around the city and gave us great tips for our stay in Tromsø. Eurico , the host , is the USP of the property . He is an excellent human being and goes extra miles to make your stay comfortable. The view from the balcony is mesmerising. If you are lucky , you can catch a glimpse of Aurora from the balcony . I would say the location is very good . You can reach the City Center while walking for 10-12 mts . There is Pizza express within 100 meters of the property and helped us to survive during Christmas days . The apartment has all the modern facilities and your stay will be comfortable for sure . If I come back to Tromso again , I will not hesitate even to book this one .

Enrico gave us a lift from the airport to the apartment and showed us how everything operates. The location was fantastic, with views of the mountains and the sea. About 15 minutes from the town. It was comfortable and very well equipped with all essential facilities.

The apartment has everything you need for your stay in Tromsø. It is only 10 minutes on foot from the center. If I were to highlight the best thing, that will be the owner availability, kindness and help. Eurico went beyond it was expected of him and we will be always very grateful with him because of it. We had a fabulous stay at this stunning apartment. Eurico was an incredible host, collecting us from the airport and dropping us back in the early hours, and even arranged a bottle of fizz and flowers for my husband's birthday. He truly went above and beyond and is an amazing host. The amazing apartment has stunning views over the water and is located an easy 15-20 minutes walk from the centre of Tromsø. It is very well equipped and modern. The views were magical from the apartment in the snow! There is a supermarket close by alongside other amenities. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone and would like to thank Eurico for his incredible hospitality:D

This apartment has a beautiful view! Everything looks just like on the photos. It’s a 15-20min walk to the town centre but it’s worth it. Eurico was a great, very friendly host!

I will not start from the view of the apartment which is magical. I will start with how wonderful a host Eurico is. He really treated us as if we were his family. The apartment is perfect, spotlessly clean with all amenities and next to the center. I recommend it without a second thought. Eurico you really made our trip to Tromso unforgettable. Great view from the terrace. It is enclosed with a heater, Full facilities. Spacious living room, dinning room and toilet. Helpful host. He made an effort to make sure we got the key when we arrived late at night at the airport. Drove us to to get groceries. He also helped us to rent a car and offered his garage parking space for us to use.

One of the bedroom is a bit tight for a double bed. One person has to sleep next to the wall. Getting on and off the bed is difficult.

Eurico was very friendly and attentive. We had no problems or need to contact him during our stay. The apartment is within walking distance to the grocery store and several attractions, as well as being on the bus route. The patio and view are great for watching northern lights.

1, Host: Eurico is so nice and caring! he offered us a brief tour around the city and drove us to a few locations, saved us a lot of trouble. He lives nearby, will respond rapidly to any issues in the apartment, and is very kind and caring to guests. He even brought us some chopsticks to use after finding that we are Chinese. 2, infrastructure: not much to say, has everything nice and furnished like a cozy house. The highlight is that it has a balcony that has a direct sea view and if you are lucky, can see the aurora in it!

This is a beautiful apartment, very modern, warm and cozy, great location, clean and has more than you could ever need. Eurico who is the owner goes above and beyond for his guests, collected us from the airport, stopped at the supermarket and even drove us to our next accommodation.

Well what can we say, WOW. I travelled with my wife for her 50th Birthday for a long weekend break. Eurico the owner/host was kind enough to say he would pick us up from the airport well in advance of our travel date and he was there bang on time to do so. We were met with gifts for the 50th! A really nice gesture. The apartment was a 10 min drive from the airport. There is secure parking also available below the apartments if required. Upon arrival the 2 bed apartment was outstanding. Clean, spacious and even has a heated balcony. All the home comforts you would require and all the cooking utensils you would need. The Wi-Fi was better than at most UK homes and 5G available on mobile devices. Eurico recommended the restaurant Fiskekompaniet for a meal and took us there to have them book us a sea view table! We arrived the next day for the meal and he had arranged for champagne for us! The food was excellent, but be advised this is a top class restaurant with prices to match. The only thing we had to ask Eurico to support with was turning down the heating at the flat, which he resolved immediately. The icing on the cake was Eurio taking us to the airport to return to the UK at 4am, what a true host. You will not be disappointed, if you are lucky enough to get a booking vacancy.

Amazing view from a fantastic apartment on the 5th floor

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. It is absolutely quiet and has a fantastic coffee machine and the coffee is free. Eurico is one of the nicest host you can think of. He picks you up at the airport - even late night if he has time - and is always available for all the questions you have. It is not far to the next supermarket and a nice 15min walk to the town center. Also the walk to the South End with the local beach is nice. The highlight of the apartment is the balcony with the unique magnificient view to sea and mountains.

Nice and spacious , impeccably clean and absolutely everything you need … host was so nice and helpful even collected us from the airport, heated balcony and the views were amazing. just a short stroll into town.

The apartment was ready to move into- it had literally everything you could need and was spotless with plenty of storage space. We ate in a few nights and had a full kitchen with all the equipment needed, and appreciated little touches such as all the lighting having a dimmer option so you could control the mood. We also managed to see the northern lights twice right outside the apartment building whilst walking home late at night which was just incredible. The host was super helpful and punctual and we'd gladly stay again. PS: If staying here you'll find it near impossible to tear yourself away from that view- it's got to be one of the best views in Tromso!!

Walking distance to the centre, but if you have to come back at 2 pm after hunting for lights, it woukd be a bit tiring. But it's totally worth the walk.

Eurico was an excellent host, so friendly and helpful and he gave us a lot of great information about the area. The flat was incredible and so spacious ,way better than I imagined, and what an amazing view. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Perfect accommodation, definitely recommend. Not being in the centre of town we had a lovely walk along the water every day and also got a better feel of the area. And I have to mention the views again as they were just stunning from every room in the apartment.

If you are lucky enough to see this gem available in Tromsø during your dates, do not hesitate to book! Eurico’s flat is a dream, spacious, home-like, with all the facilities and comforts needed for a relaxing and unforgettable stay. The view is absolutely incredible from the balcony, even when the weather is not great. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the city centre. For us being outside the centre was well worth it for this beautiful flat. It is also affordable compared to many of the hotels in Tromsø. Eurico is the perfect host. He very kindly offered to collect us from the airport, which on a rainy day with suitcases we were incredibly grateful for. As a chef, he also knows his food and had great recommendations for places to eat. At the end of our stay he even took us to our next meeting point. Thank you Eurico!

Fabulous place to stay. It exceded our expectations. It was comfortable and had all the amenities one could want, fast internet , TV and great kitchen. The views of the water and mountains wee fantastic. Our host met us at the bus stop to take us to the apartment and then was kind enough to drive us to the airport when we left. It was a short 10 min walk to downtown Tromso. I highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back.

One of the best apartments we have stayed so far anywhere in the world. I traveled with my wife and 2 friends(couple) and we stayed for 4 nights in the apartment. Host is friendly and supportive. The apartment has everything that you need to make your stay relaxing. The view from apartment is breathtaking. It has a big covered balcony so that you can enjoy the lake and mountain view without going out in the cold. On a good night, you will be able to see Northern lights from the apartment. Kitchen has more than enough cutlery for you to cook your favourite meal. 18 mins walk from the town centre(where all tour starts) alternative you can take bus if you are tired.

There is nothing in the apartment that you won't like.

We stayed at Royal Skir apartment for 3 nights. It was one of the best decisions we took. The house is fully equipped with excellent facilities. The kitchen had everything you need for making breakfast or cooking. The bathroom was super clean and had all amenities in it including a washing machine. The bed was super comfortable and the house was very spacious. We enjoyed having breakfast in the balcony which had amazing views of Barents Sea and mountains. We were also fortunate to spot northern lights from the apartments on one of the nights. If you are going to Tromso, don't give a second thought and just book this place for a great experience. Special thanks to Eurico for being so kind and making our stay so comfortable.

And all super modern, good choice of cable TV, or streaming, a wonderful heated terrace. A haven of peace in Tromso. Best of all, Eurico the owner. So amenable, friendly and super helpful, while being discreet. Eurico was waiting for me, and saved me from a dead phone who could not join him. The apartment is very new. Very clean. Eurico is very friendly and helpful. Brought us to the supermarket on the first day. On our last day, he helped us call a cab to the airport. Everything is provided in the apartment. You just need to buy your groceries and cook your meals. Location is great. 5 minutes walk to the supermarket. About 15 minutes walk to town. Most attractions are within walking distance. Eurico is a great host.

The rooms were cold at night. Eurico was informed and he immediately rectified that. The last guests calibrated the winds to the rooms. He was able to adjust to our comfort.

We loved the beautiful location fronting the Tromso sound, the fact that the balcony is closed and heated, the wonderful coffee (gratis) each morning, the nicely equipped kitchen (owner is a chef) and most of all our kind and lovely hosts.

The apartment complex is very new and the property is very nice. All essentials that one needs are present. The apartment is modern and has beautiful views of a park below and the sea and mountains. The owner Eurico was super nice and helpful, he was there to hand us the keys and show us around the property. He also made sure all toiletries were there. The location is also perfect and one can easily walk to the center of Tromso. Would definitely recommend this property when visiting Tromso.

The parking was at an extra cost, I would recommend Eurico to include it in the cost of the apartment.
