Reviewed Sep 9, 2026There wasn't anything I didn't like, the apartments were exceptional 👌 spotlessly clean and tidy, for a studio it was very spacious, staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly, thank you for everything we definitely be staying again soon x
Only thing I can say wasn't great which I dont suppose the Mayal had any control over was there was a large family staying and claimed the pool as their own and layed their towels and belongings on and beside the sun loungers even when they left the pool area which was slightly frustrating.

El ruido. Es muy complicado dormir pq las ventas no aíslan nada y parece que estás en medio de la calle y, considerando que en la habitación. 05 las ventanas dan a la calle Mayor es muy complicado descasar bien

Sonó la alarma de incendios porque alguien enchufo una tostadora sin encender el extractor a la siete y media de la mañana. Menudo susto....

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026La posizione e' stategica tutto a portata di mano e immerso nella movida, le spiagge poi..c'e' solo da scegliere perche sono tutte a meno di 100 metri, comodo in tutto cio che puo' soddiafarti.pulizia e servizi eccezionali, appartamento nuovissimo e arredato con tutto cio' che serve e anche di piu' .
La piscina e' un di piu' ma ha il suo perche' , pero' un po troppo piccolina per soddisfare le esigenze di tutti, ma questa piu' che una nota stonata per la atruttura e' demandato all'educazione di chi praticamente resta a bivaccare in acqua dalla mattina alla sera per ore e ore , e spesso con tutta la famiglia , non lasciando spazio un po a tutti ; inoltre sarebbe da essere un po piu' vigili perche' sopratutto i bambini ma non solo con tuffi e quant'altro oltre essere un pericolo per la propria incolumita' arrecano disturbo con schizzi d'acqua ripetuti , chi e' sulle sdraio; poi se vogliamo andrebbe fatto qualcosa per limitare i volatili non tanto per il fastdio in se per se ma per cio' che "rilasciano".Abdrebbero create delle zone d'onmbra perche' quando il sole picchia...picchia forte.

We stayed for a week and there was no clean or maid visit . The clean was fine but not to have fresh towels for a week wasn’t ideal we messaged and was told towels were in a Cupboard by reception which by the time we realised there was no maid was nearly to late.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026We booked two studios(rooms 101 and 106) for five people for a five day stay, both studios were modern, clean and comfortable with air-con a laundry room (not used) a small well equipped kitchen, a table and four chairs and twin beds and a double bed settee all of which were very comfortable with enough cupboard space and hangers We had a noon arrival time and the very helpful lady on reception (Noa) informed us that the rooms were ready and we were allowed to check in and go straight up, the pool and sunbeds are small but adequate and as we had a late flight home we paid 30 euros to keep the room until 6pm. The location could not be better for the old town as tapas alley and gin and tonic street are seconds away and a two minute stroll to Levante beach, even with all this close by the apartment was very quiet. my only word of caution is about taxis/ airport transfers, as the apartments are twenty metres up a pedestrianised alley they do not seem to like to go but that is not the apartments fault

Am avut o experiență absolut minunată la Apartamentos Mayal con Piscina și îl recomand din tot sufletul oricui caută cazarea perfectă! Este extrem de convenabilă, aproape de punctele de interes, restaurante și magazine. Raportul calitate-preț este foarte bun. Pentru tot ceea ce oferă – de la curățenia impecabilă din apartament, dotările moderne și confortul paturilor, până la piscina curată și bine întreținută – prețul a fost mai mult decât corect. Apartamentul este spațios, luminos, extrem de curat și echipat cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur fără griji. Gazdele sunt extrem de amabile, atente la detalii și dornice să ajute cu orice informație. Cu siguranță vom reveni aici la următoarea vizită.
In doua seri a fost putin mai mare galagia pe straduta din fata apartamentului, dar am avut camera si la parter, poate de aia se auzea putin mai tare, dar asta nu a fost un inconvenient neaparat, deoarece stiam ca am luat cazarea in centru vechi deci era de asteptat.

It was a wee bit of noise at night time from outside but as theres looks of pubs etc around this cant be helped. Mattresses weren't the comfiest either but not the worst.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Perfect location for old town. Minutes to beach and tapas alley etc. Very modern, brand new and very clean. Well equipped. Staff were fabulous. Very helpful. The receptionist went out of her way to help us locate a missing bag (and succeeded).
It was quite noisy overnight unfortunately although perhaps worse because we were on the first floor.

Aerul condiționat ar trebui igienizat ,deoarece după pornire nu mai poți sta de mirosul greoi emanat . Resturile menajere nu au fost ridicate din camera,practic nu te deranjează nimeni nici cu schimbatul prosoapelor și nici cu curățenia. Te gospodărești singur,cum poți!

Apartment was directly above restaurant/bar so loud noise till morning. Stag do arrived creating chaos and disturbances all night.Apartment was dark and not a lot of natural light. Swimming pool was nice size but used by the local wildlife as a bird bath with bird faeces around the pool. Worst nights sleep throughout our stay.
