Comfy beds very good water pressure, good sized shower cubicles. People comment on not being able to see the sea, but there is a limited view from the so called “city view” apartments.
Noisy at night , mainly from empty buildings to the right of the property with your back to the sea.

Apartment little small, others next door seemed lot more spacious. TV has no English channels at all. Toilet was broken for first two days, however kind friendly guy on reception sorted it out and ordered new part. Kettle did not turn itself out, little dangerous.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Excellent location close to the beach , restaurants and shops near by. Local restaurant Spasso opposite was really good food, hot tasty and reasonably priced.
The level of noise outside of the building ( RHS as you look at the apartments with your back to the sea, was at times unacceptable. There appeared to be groups shouting loudly throughout the night, as well as a noisy motorbike.

Por poner un pero, le falta lavavajillas y lavadora para que sea un apartamento completo, y aun siendo apartamento amplio, el baño es muy pequeño.

Primera línea de playa, en playa de levante y junto al casco antiguo, muy cerca de supermercados importantes y locales de restauración y ocio. Totalmente recomendable.

Todo nos pareció perfecto si acaso el único fallo que vimos es que la barandilla de la terraza podría tener algo que tapase ya que desde la calle se pueden ver cosas que no se deben en algún descuido jeje pero todo perfecto

- A/C was not working properly, during the warmest hours / days the room was quite hot also if the A/C was on at max power level. Anyhow, the situation was totally manageable and okay to enjoy our holiday in Benidorm.

Tavaly a szomszád épületben voltunk, ugyanaz a csillag és ár. Volt viszonyítási alapunk. Kicsi volt a szoba, a teraszon nem fértünk el. Nem volt ruhaszárító, mindenhova aggatuk a vizes dolgokat. Nem volt egy seprű, amivel lehetett volna a homokot takarítani. Szappan nem volt, A konnektorok kijártak a helyükről, a fürdő beázott. Légkondi csak a nappaliban volt. A feleségem várandós és alig fért be fizikailag a zuhanykabin ajtaján. Ja és nem beszéltek a recepción angolul.

Faltaria una escoba para quitar la arena del suelo cuando subes de la playa.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Eravamo già stati in questa struttura è come allora siamo stati benissimo, dalla posizione ( centro e mare a due passi ) alla gentilezza di tutto lo staff ,( ci hanno dato la possibilità di una doccia prima di partire ..grazie )locali ordinati e puliti , con il necessario per la preparazione dei pasti in casa . Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura per che volesse vivere Benidorm al meglio !!!!

We had a very small balcony - but other rooms had bigger ones. Other than that there was nothing much else. The rooms could do with a dustpan & brush as although the rooms were serviced daily the bathroom needed more of a sweep

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Desde el primer momento que llegamos el señor de recepción muy amable y nos aclaró todo lo que necesitamos en cuanto al alojamiento, restaurantes, zona de aparcamiento,.... muy profesionales. La ubicación es perfecta. Repetiría sin dudarlo y lo recomiendo.
Hay obras al lado, pero es un factor que no se puede controlar por parte del alojamiento.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Apartment was perfect for couples stay for a few nights. Very central in old town and only approx 15 min walk to new town. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and we had side sea view which was amazing
Beds were a bit on the hard side but I wouldn’t let it exclude from staying

The fact that there was construction works to the building adjacent to the apartments. We paid to upgrade our apartment but due to the works and noise we were unable to use the upgrade of the balcony. We couldn't even have the balcony doors open. The noise went on daily for 10 - 12 hrs. We wouldn't have booked these particular apartments. The kitchen lacked an oven and the cupboards were that high up i couldn't reach them.

Mijn favoriete appartement, helaas wordt het pand ernaast nu zwaar gerestaureerd Daardoor elke dag een enorm lawaai van drilboren e.d Dus rustig in je appartement blijven kon nu helaas niet door het lawaai Veel geld betaald voor een appartement waar je overdag niet kunt zijn op dit moment !!!!

No hay nada que no me gustase. Quizas por comentar algo, el ruido de las obras del hotel de al lado resultó un poco molesto, pero logicamente finalizara cuando terminen de renovarlo.
