Foi uma estadia maravilhosa. O lugar é muito bem localizado, super limpo e bem decorado.

É necessário subir de escadas. Não foi um grande problema, mas a chegada e saída cheio de malas foi um pouco difícil.

Zimmer war leider nicht fertig gereinigt wegen eines Defektes, Lösung wurde zwar gefunden, aber nur auf meine Nachfrage hin und leider hat man sich nicht entschuldigt für meine Unannehmlichkeiten.

A beautiful apartment located joust around the corner of the Tromso main walking street. If needed there’s also a nice kitchenette facility… who actually (if used) is required from property to set and clean before leaving the flat.

The apartment is not for 4 people as advertised, asking for a help we had no reply to our messages up to the next day. …after realising that the only chance to sleep for the fourth person was to take place on the couch, we had immediately to seek for the store-room (check photo) to get the pillow, sheets and blanket to set the couch (check photo). We also received a nice and detailed instruction on how to separate waste properly to not risk a fine (from owner) mixing the organic, plastics, glass… of course we hadn’t touched anything in the kitchen nor the dishwasher where still there was inside the things used by the previous people (check photo). A bit disappointing!

Location was excellent and it was a beautiful apartment.

Child's bed was quite a steep and high ladder so my 6 year old ended up sleeping with me which was fine. No lift which as a single mum on this occasion was difficult with a heavy suitcase. Nov tea towels in the kitchen or I couldn't find any if there were.

Centraal gelegen ruim, heel schoon en comfortabel appartement. Vanuit het appartement kan je lopend naar restaurants, bars en de vetrekpunten voor excursies. Mocht je vroeg in tromso aankomen dan kan je je kleine handbagage koffer kwijt bij de kluisjes bij het busterminal. Als je een groter formaat koffer hebt (ruimbagage) dan kan je je koffer ook tijdelijk stallen bij de tromso tourist shop vlak bij het appartement.

Het appartement ligt op de bovenste verdieping, hiervoor moet je een aantal trappen op. Als je dit bent is dit geen probleem. We hadden dit al gelezen in de reviews voordat we boekten.

Very nice location, flexible check-in and checkout. Instructions are very clear. Nice and clean apartment. Very good for a family. Everything you want to see in Tromso is in walking distance.

Appartamento situato all'ultimo piano di una centralissima palazzina, appena ristrutturato con finiture molto piacevoli. Noi vi abbiamo soggiornato in 3 per tre notti e abbiamo sempre pranzato a casa perché la cucina è fornita di forno, forno a microonde, frigorifero e stoviglie varie e il supermercato è vicinissimo. L'appartamento è anche molto silenzioso. Buono il rapporto qualità -prezzo se si considerano gli hotel del centro. Consigliatissimo!

L' ingresso situato tra i bidoni della spazzatura all' angolo di un vicolo sempre sporco e puzzolente. Peccato, perché è l'unica pecca di quel bell'appartamento.

整体布置非常有北欧风格适合适合一个小家庭两到三人居住，设施相对完善，空间很大。就在市中心，走到哪里都很近。就在步行街大道上，去麦当劳就三分钟，去最近集合点也就5，6分钟。厨房设施非常完善，完全可以自己做饭。

这个房间在三楼，而且没有电梯，是旋转楼梯，拿大行李可能没那么方便。

Tv fungerte ikke. Litt lavere kvalitet på møbler og interiør ellers, men kan forsvares med tanke på pris.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the centre of Tromsø, with restaurants, shops and all the main tour meeting points just a short walk away. It made exploring the city incredibly easy. The apartment itself was beautiful, spotless and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for our stay. Everything felt modern, cosy and well cared for. Communication with the host was excellent — quick, friendly and helpful throughout.

Tolle Wohnung, top Ausstattung, alles da, was man braucht. Vom Tee, Kaffee, Spültabs, Waschmittel, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Wohnung war warm und sauber. Der Kontakt war super nett.

Leider waren wir in dem Gebäude ganz oben, war ein bisschen ne Schlepperei mit den Koffern. Wir wussten das aber vorher, von daher war es keine Überraschung. Ferner war die Duschtüre nicht ganz dicht, so dass immer etwas Wasser aus der Dusche Richtung Waschmaschine gelaufen ist. Hier wäre ein extra Handtuch zum Aufwischen toll gewesen.

Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral, alle Ausflugsanbieter werden super erreicht. Leicht zu finden, gute Beschreibung. Wlan funktioniert einwandfrei, der Smart TV funktioniert auch.

Die Küche ist nur minimals ausgestattet. Kein Pfeffer, kein Öl. Die Wohnung war nicht richtig sauber. Die Treppen zur Wohnung sind unglaublich steil, sehr anstrengend mit Koffer. Das Bett auf der Empore kann nicht genutzt werden, die Treppe ist zu steil.

Super Lage, saubere Unterkunft, liebevoll eingerichtet! Alles wichtige in der Nähe.

Nice little apartment. Nice remodel in an old building.

Please tell people about the 3 flights of very narrow stairs leading up to the apt. There is no elevator. Also the extra single bed is a loft with a ladder. Let people know the entrance is at the back side of the building in the alley so they can locate the door.

Location was perfect, not having to walk far or travel for amenities was priceless in the snowy weather. The room was extremely cozy and warm with everything we could need provided.

We were unable to leave our luggage at the property and check-in wasn't until 4pm so we had to find and pay for a luggage facility which caught us off guard, however, we should have looked into this prior to arriving. Not enough pillows.

The apartment is downtown which is a good location to see the city (not the aurora borealis however). Wifi was good.

The apartment was not cleaned properly, you could see stains on the sofa, the carpet and the tables. In the kitchen there were leftovers from previous guests (pasta, sauces etc.). This was the biggest minus, as for the price we paid we would expect a super clean flat. It was not easy to find the entrance of the building as it is in a parking lot behind the main street. The windows of the apartment don't open properly. There is no elevator, so you have to take the stairs to the 3rd floor.

Beautiful and well located flat in Tromsø. Nice and warm for a winter trip, the bed was super comfortable.

We had issues with the shower leaking under the glass door, meaning we have to clean out the water leaks after our shower everyday which was a pain. Also, there were no small shower gel and shampoos when we arrived which is always a nice touch at least for the first day before we get time to buy some.

Location

The first night the hot water for shower ran out when it’s the turn for the 3rd person, i.e. me. I had to take a cold shower in the winter night. We asked the owner about this issue the next day and it took him almost 2 days to reply. Of course we had already figured out what to do before getting his reply. But the fact that it took him so long to reply seems a bit irresponsible to me. Another issue is: I know the apartment is on the 3rd floor. But I didn’t know that the staircase is narrow and the steps are high. We have 3 big suitcases and so it’s a bit frustrated to have to carry the luggage up and down along those staircases.

The location is unbeatable. I really enjoyed being surrounded by shopping, restaurants, and convenience stores. I was able to walk to my pick up spots for various tours. The apartment is clean, too. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The customer service was excellent, too.

I understood that the property had no elevator, and I was okay with that. However, the stairs are very narrow and it’s a winding stair case, which makes it very difficult to take luggage up. Additionally, it’s actually four flight of stairs when you count the ground level. The apartment itself is in the back of the building, which I did not like. At first, I had trouble finding the apartment because my Uber dropped me off near an alley close to the front of the building, which is a hair salon.

Overall stay is good except the need to walk up the stairs to third level to our unit with big luggage. Would suggest to mention this in the property photo. Also to re locate those garbage bins right in front of at the apartment entrance elsewhere.

Perfect location to stay in Tromso. All the restaurants are at walking distance, and the bus stops are available within 1-6 mins walking distance. If you've booked tours with companies, the pickup point is the bus terminal which will be 8 mins from this place. The room is great for 3 people to stay. The large TV was really nice, had all the facilities for washing and drying clothes and the kitchen was well-equippes. The living room is very well designed.

The stairs were extremely narrow and we had luggages. It was very tiring to go up and down, one luggage at a time for 3 floors. Elevators or wider stairs would have been nice. The second bed is kept at an attic type of area which will require to climb the ladder. May not be suitable for an elderly person.

Well appointed, clean and very comfortable stay. Location was excellent within a very short walking distance from the harbor, good restaurants, and shopping.

One item to consider are the three flights of stairs- not a negative, but a potential consideration for those who find it difficult to climb stairs.

The location is great, it's in the center of the city. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.

There are no curtains to cover the windows. The shower cabin leaks water on the floor. We only had 2 dishwasher tabs for one week.

Everything, exactly like the photos, so spacious! It’s such an ideal location, in town and walking distance to everything. Really lovely hosts!

Everything and more! Best place you can possibly stay in Tromsø. Right in the middle of everything to the point to where everything is in walkable distance.. me and the fiancé want to come back here and we definitely want to stay in this place again!! 5 star place indeed

Big place in the city centrum

The property was great. Very clean, neat and tidy. We loved the pictures on the wall. The Office picture was our favorite as we instantly recongnised it. Everything was great. A few stairs to climb to get to the 3rd floor but really can not complain about it. The only thing that can be looked at is the couch. There was quite alot of hair on it and there are stains. Was still super comfy. The instructions to find the property was very clear and also on how to access it. Grocery store is 1 min walk from the front door. Note - they dont sell alcohol after 8pm in the week and 6pm on Saturdays. Thanks for the excellent service.

We’re athletic so didn’t mind walking up 3 flights of stairs, but that may be difficult for others, particularly with luggage.

Great location and a very stylish, comfortable apartment. Nils was a fantastic host and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. Clear entry instructions and communication throughout. The bed was super comfortable and the high ceilings, open plan living and overall decoration was fab. There is a bit of a climb up but really nothing to worry about and the outside appearance of the flat belies its top-notch interior. Incredibly convenient location and great local shop to stock up on. Highly recommend the pizzas from Casa Inferno.

The location was fantastic. The apartment was modern and warm, close to lots of amenities. Including a Co-op supermarket 2 minutes walk away. Nils was a fabulous host. Our flight was cancelled and he texted to check if we were ok and if we needed to stay an extra night. After the chaos of the airport, it was fantastic to get back to the tranquility of the apartment. Super helpful host, stunning homely apartment.

Great location (very central), all main amenities present and very comfortable flat to live in - it was very spacious for 2 and had enough character to give it a homely vibe. Easy to cook oneself a fresh meal (or microwave one ;) if you don't want to spend time cooking). Also very quiet area. Great option if you're staying in Tromsø! We very much enjoyed our week there!

no elevator: it is quite a challenge climbing to the 2nd floor (39 high steps) with lagguages; no window blinds (would be helpful for Summer months) for those who travel by car: the address provided (Storgata 91) is on a pedestrian street; the GPS of your car gets confused, I had to leave the car in the vicinity and explore the area on foot to understand the topography and find an alternative route to reach the back of the building, where in fact the main door and stairs are and where you can park
