Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Overall very comfy and relaxing. Only half a block from Main St, close to many restaurants and shopping. Surprisingly quiet both day and night.
My main reason for selecting this property was for the washing machine so I could do my laundry between tours. The machine washed ok but did not dry as it waa supposed to do. A couple other issues with water pressure but owner says they will address those problems. Nothing that seriously impacted my stay.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Das Apartment hat alles was es braucht. Der Vermieter war bei Fragen immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Parkplatz direkt am Apartment. Innenstadt fußläufig.
Man muss bei dem Preisniveau natürlich realistisch sein. Die Unterkunft ist für Irland sehr günstig und dementsprechend muss auch die Erwartungshaltung sein. Dafür war die Unterkunft solide. Wer weiche Betten nicht verträgt ist hier falsch. Das Schlafsofa ist uE auch nur für Kinder geeignet.

Wasserdruck im Bad Handwaschbecken war sehr schlecht, nur ein Rinnsal. Keine Möglichkeit Handtücher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Keine Möglichkeit nasse Kleidung aufzuhängen.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026Cosy one bed apartment in a great location in Wexford town. I came home for Christmas for a few days, and this was perfect for my boyfriend and I. The hosts were super responsive, accommodating with early check in, I really felt at home here. It was so convenient to have the kitchen when travelling! They offered free toiletries (nothing fancy!), free bottle of water and a white wine, which was perfect for us. Fresh bedding and towels with extras available.
Nothing we didn't like as such, just some improvements that could enhance the overall experience.. We used the pull out bed in the living room to chill out one of the evenings but found it uncomfortable, so suggest changing the mattress here. Also, it was a little musty. We couldn't figure out how to turn the heater on in the bedroom, but to be honest, the heater in the lounge was sufficient to heat the whole apartment.. and I like to be cosy! Also, the plug to the left-hand side of the bed seemed to be blocked as we couldn't plug anything into one side of the plug socket.. I think someone must have broken their plug prior!

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025Besonders gute Lage zum Hafen von Wexford. Bars und Restaurants direkt nebenan. Der Vermieter hatte das Doppelbett und das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer bereits bezogen bei Anreise. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Für ein Wochenende genau die richtige Wohnung.
Durch ein Parkhaus, direkt gegenüber! wurde man regelmäßig um den Schlaf gebracht. Der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer hat kaum Druck aufgebaut. Händewaschen und Zähneputzen war deshalb etwas umständlich.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025Apartment is a very convenient short walk to the high street and harbour front. Nice touch to leave a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. Owner was very helpful in giving us advice about the confusing toll system coming from Northern Ireland through Dublin. He was also very kind in extending our check-out time, due to our late ferry home from Rosslare.
The water pressure in the bathroom was very very low, so it was frustrating trying to wash your hands or worse, to brush your teeth! The freezer door would not open due to the intense build-up of ice, thus causing the door to not close fully. We chipped away tons of ice in order to make the freezer usable again. To his credit, the owner did offer to help when told, but we thought it wasn't worth the effort.

Couldn't open the window or curtain and a bit dusty on the floor due to being close to the street.

The water pressure in the bathroom tap is really weak. Could do with a simple information booklet/folder in addition to the videos, particularly in terms of how the oven works. Not as clean as we’d have liked (eg - behind the TV). Quite expensive for what it is.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2024Everything was fine. I parked and did not move my car until I left days later. The owner was most helpful on the one issue that arose, was easy to contact on Whatsapp and on the phone when we needed to sort out a problem not of his or my making.
I'd like a cafetiere to make coffee for breakfast. The huge mirror in the bathroom was great, until it steamed up. I have an electric heated mirror at home. Towels were plentiful and professionally cleaned. They were a bit hard, maybe needing fabric conditioner or new soft towels for the coming season. Otherwise, an excellent stay in a warm centrally located ground floor apartment.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2024Perfectly situated for walking around Wexford town and sea front. Easy access and great service. Host was in constant contact and available for any questions. Great wee spot all round.
Shower area could do with a deep stain clean especially around the shower glass edges. A wee soak with some spray clean would sort it. Deffo not a criticism just a personal observation. Other than that, it’s a top spot and a great wee place.
