Would have appreciated instructions on accessing the car park ahead of arrival to save 20 minutes driving in circles around Wexford. The property emailed twice with a pointless pre-arrival questionnaire so there is an opportunity to explain how the parking works. Apartment was stuffy as only the balcony door opened so difficult to get airflow. There’s an airlock in the pipes so every time you flush the toilet there’s an almighty noise. And the lights in the apartment’s hallway occasionally start flashing.

One of the bedrooms had a little traffic passing outside of the window. Not a big problem though.

Have stayed many times before and as usual the apartments are just a bit tired looking now. Mouldy bath seal and leaky seal on shower.

Clean and handy

The car park barrier wouldn't let us out and we were on the 9am ferry from Rosslare. Luckily a member of staff was passing, saw that there were cars and motorbikes stuck behind the barrier and called the maintenance guy to let us all out.

Bright is modern clean and well located. I actually enjoyed staying there better than the Talbot Hotel, which is also extremely good.

Nice apartments easy to get to

The receptionist was welcoming and efficient . Our 2 bedroom apartment was spaciious and the kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment and crockery. Decor was coloutful and pleasant .

I had booked a seaview room which had a great view, but it was exceptionally noisy . The double glazing waa not doing a great job at cutting out the noise . The room was a good size so a larger bed would have been a bonus .

I didn't like that the bathroom was full of silverfish, that needs to be addressed immediately. Also I left my keys behind and they refused to post them back to me, said I could pick them up, when I was already home!! 😞

The Talbot suites were exceptional and superb value for money, albeit in an adjacent building to the main hotel and a short walk away which as a less able person was a slight struggle. However that was my fault as I didn’t mention it when I booked.

2nd stay, and we were just as happy the second time! This was our second stay at The Talbot Suite Apartments, and once again, we couldn’t fault it. This year, we requested a ground-floor apartment because we have autistic children who are prone to bolting, and the team were incredibly accommodating. We were given a ground-floor apartment with an additional lock, conveniently located right beside the car park, which gave us that extra bit of peace of mind. The apartment was the perfect size for us and our twin boys, but it’s the kitchen and living room layout that really makes the space shine. The kitchen has more mod cons than you could possibly need, and the living room TV allowed us to log into all the boys’ favourite streaming services, which was a lifesaver when travelling with kids! The bedrooms are bright and airy, but the near-blackout curtains meant bedtime in a new place was much easier than it has been in other locations. Anyone who has travelled with children will know what a win that is! The location is fantastic too. Everything from coffee shops to shopping is right on your doorstep, and Tesco, Aldi and Lidl are all just a short drive away for groceries. Another fantastic stay, and we will definitely be back again!

The location

The stain on the bedroom carpet, the broken phone, the kitchen cupboard that wouldn’t open properly, the bathroom door that wouldn’t lock & the wardrobe that collapsed whilst I was putting clothes in it. Luckily enough, I was able to move quickly out of the way but had it have been my 94 year old father, it would have been a very different outcome. It took 2 days for the phone to be replaced and the wardrobe to be fixed.

We rented a two bedroom apartment for a short (3 night) stay. Our apartment (#46) was huge, fully equipped with modern appliances, it included 2 bathrooms and overlooked the harbour. As the block has it's own multi story car park, (including 4 EV charging points), parking is available for each floor. The room card/key accesses the car park, the apartment level and the room. It is so convenient. A large Tesco is located about 700 mtrs away.

The shower mat in the en-suite needed replacing. We tried, but failed, to find any other negatives...

A lovely property in the centre of the town, just across the road from the seafront. Fabulously decorated and every conceivable amenity. We loved everything about it.

It was very central and the suite was spotless and spacious.

The only complaint was the doors were very heavy to open and close. I know they were fire doors but as an older person we found them hard. That was our only complaint and it wasn’t a biggie

We hadden twee appartementen het 2 persoonsappartement was super en een geweldig bed vergeleken bij het 4 persoons appartement dat kleiner was en te kleine bedden voor 2 volwassenen !

Astonishing views of the city. Very clean and spacious rooms.

For some reason they tried charging bottle of fizzy water that we certainly didn't touch. But they didn´t charge it at the end.

This property is a great location, and the suites have everything you could need.

It’s starting to feel run down, needs some TLC. Also if you get a courtyard room, it can get very noisy at night when people decide to have conversations in the open corridor at 2am
