Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung in Emmetten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Ein absolutes Highlight war die große Terrasse mit Sonne den ganzen Tag und einem herrlichen Ausblick. Die Lage am Hang ist perfekt ruhig und gleichzeitig ideal, da man direkten Zugang zur Gondel und zu zahlreichen Wanderrouten hat. Zusätzlich bietet das Objekt tolle Extras: Ein Indoor-Pool, den man kostenfrei nutzen kann, sowie ein Tennisplatz, der ebenfalls kostenlos zur Verfügung steht sowie einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Im Ort selbst gibt es einige Restaurants und mit dem Auto erreicht man in wenigen Minuten die nächstgelegene Stadt mit weiteren Möglichkeiten. Für einen entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub ist die Lage wirklich ideal. Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem Hund unterwegs und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist auch für Reisen mit Hund absolut empfehlenswert. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und alles lief von der Buchung bis zur Abreise völlig reibungslos. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Super clean apartment, great amenities like a swimming pool and sauna, which you can use, and a wonderfully large balcony. The apartment lacked nothing. Beautiful surroundings and very nice owners.

Joli appartement, très fonctionnel pour une famille avec enfants, grande et belle terrasse avec vue sur montagne, au calme. L’emplacement est exceptionnel pour visiter le lac des 4 cantons, très central entre lucerne, et de très belles randonnées à faire (seelisberg, fronalpstock…), et situé en prime dans un joli petit village avec supérette restaurant et grande aire de jeux pour enfants, le tout à moins de 100 m ! Je recommande vivement !

Il y a des poêles en inox avec lesquelles c’est difficile de gérer la cuisson sans que ça accroche la nourriture, j’aurais également souhaité quelques ustensiles en plus pour cuisiner, et surtout qu’il y ait un four micro-ondes, mais tout ça ne sont que des petits détails..

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Auch unsere beiden Hunde durften mit. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber mit toller Terasse. Das Schwimmbad lädt zum baden ein und die Umgebung ist sehr schön, mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Die Besitzer sind sehr herzlich. Herzlichen Dank für alles. .

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich nette Leute. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Die Terasse ist groß, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Das Schwimmbad und Sauna haben alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Netter Empfang, gemütliche und saubere Wohnung, in der Küche alles nötige vorhanden, Sauna und Schwimmbad im Haus, sehr gute Lage, Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe, Garagenstellplatz sehr praktisch

Ein sehr großer Pool, den wir fast immer für uns hatten! Ein super großer Balkon, der im Sommer bestimmt herrlich ist. Leider war es bei uns schon zu kalt. An der Wohnung gab es nichts auszusetzen, der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend!

It was very conveniently located right next to the bus stop and supermarket. The swimming pool and sauna were also nice.

The advertised accommodation is misleading. It says 2 bedrooms but there is only one bedroom. The other is an uncomfortable sofa bed in the living room with no doors for privacy. It was a big problem for us as we were looking for something more private.

Uredan i prostran apartman, ogromna terasa, sve potrebno za boravak dostupno, trgovina u neposrednoj blizini. Bazen nismo koristili zbog naseg psa da ne bude sam, ali vjerujemo da je i to jedan veliki plus kod smjestaja. Postaja zicare u blizini, mi smo ju iskoristili za prijepodnevni izlet u prirodu, na vrhu postoji restoran u kojem ima u ponudi nekoliko vrsta jela.

L'appartement est très bien placé, bien équipé, super terrasse et piscine. Attention il ne s'agit pas de 2 chambres fermées mais d'une chambre et d'un lit gigogne dans le salon. Le téléphérique à côté amène à un superbe point de vue où il est possible de piquer niquer et se balader en forêt.

Il manque un lave linge.

L’emplacement, les équipements et services proposés. Rene a vraiment été très accueillant et son logement est parfait, une belle terrasse avec tout ce qu’il faut, cuisine avec toute la vaisselle nécessaires, et un accès à la piscine commune. Le petit plus : un petit supermarché devant l’immeuble.

Located in a beautiful part of Lake Lucerne above the lake. For the key thing was access to the gondola to get to the higher slopes for walking. All within a 100 metres or so are restaurants and grocery store bus terminal ATM point. There is private underground parking a fitness room with various machines and a swimming pool. Meeting host was easy and access to building simple. The apartment was comfortable and warm with a big patio.

The bed and pillows were a bit hard for me. The swimming pool area was very warm but the water was too cold for me.

The appartment is situated in a location which is excellent for making various trips and beautiful walks. It is equipped with a very comfortable bed and a new bathroom. The window blinds, the secluded parking space and the (shared) swimming pool are very nice perks. We and our dog also liked the spacious balcony very much. The hosts are super friendly and welcoming.

The only small thing I can think of is that the elevator of the building can be a bit noisy for light sleepers.

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 12 yr old and 10 yr old) had a wonderful time here in Emmetten. The balcony is huge, the underground parking was very handy, the shower pressure is great and the views around the area are spectacular. Thanks for having us Rene!

Location is great for seeing the area. Very close to convince shop. Parking is very easy and free. Pool, gym and sauna at the property that is very clean and quiet.

Location, facilities. It's close to everything a tourist needs.

The apartment has some shared facilities like swimming pool, sauna, gym room. Location is ok but it may be far from tourist attractions like Lauterbrunnen (1 hour+ drive), Engelberg and Luzern (40 mins drive). Not too convenient without car. The house is clean with kitchen. VOLG market is in walking distance.

Self check-in is not available, so need to communicate with the host on the exact time of arrival. Though the host will hand over the key to you and walk you through the facilities, which is nice.
