Beautiful location, we came by car so it was a good base for travel in Luzern region. View over the lake is amazing, especially for sunset. Well equipped, we stayed on 3rd floor, two bathrooms were great for our family of 5.

دخلت الشقه لقيت مفارش الاسره والمطبخ نظيفة، لكن للامانه الارضيه ماكانت نظيفه والجدران كانت منتشره فيها خيوط عناكب .

The apartment had an exceptional view of Lake Lucerne, with a great location that wasn’t difficult to get to by car. Along with this, there was a great parking spot included which made it easy to bring luggage to the flat. Bedding was comfortable and substantial with two single beds, a bunk bed and a double bed, with spacious rooms that allowed for easy storage of luggage, along with quite a large bathroom that was well cleaned. In the hall there were great cooking facilities and, in a side room, a washing machine and dryer. There was a wide variety of silverware and kitchenware including cups, bowls, plates and glasses, making it perfect for cooking and eating meals. Overall, it was a cosy, clean apartment well suited for a family to stay with panoramic views adding to the experience.

Der Vermieter und seine Familie sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und stehen bei Fragen und für Tipps jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Lage und die Aussicht aus der Wohnung und von der Terrasse sind traumhaft. In der Wohnung gibt es Bettwäsche und Handtücher, aber auch Seife, Toilettenpapier etc.

Es könnte ein wenig mehr Besteck da sein und die Deckel haben z.T. nicht auf den Kochtopf gepasst - aber jammern auf hohem Niveau. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit ☺️

Nous avons loué l'appartement du rez-de-chaussée, l'appartement est super bien situé, dans un zone assez calme sur les hauteur de la ville, la vue est splendide et l'appartement est très bien équipé. Le propriétaire nous a accueilli et a prit le temps de nous expliquer les activités à faire dans la région.

Das Bad hat sehr aus dem Abfluss gemuffelt, trotz lüften.

Die Aussicht war Phänomenal einfach Atemberaubend, wunderschön, tolle Terrasse mit See und Bergblick, kann es sehr weiter empfehlen, sehr netter Gastgeber, alles hat gestimmt

Die Lage war perfekt; besonders die Aussicht auf den Vierwaldstättersee, die nähe zur Stadt Luzern und den Bergen, wo man Skifahren, wandern oder Schlitten fahren konnte :) Ein Ausflug zum Verkehrsmuseum lohnt sich ebenfalls. Wir waren über die Weihnachtstage dort, absolut empfehlenswert. Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, alles super. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, immer erreichbar, sie haben alles erklärt und Ausflugtipps gegeben. Sogar ein kleines Weihnachtsgeschenk wurde uns überreicht :)

Die Aussicht auf den See und die umliegenden Berge war wunderschön. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns sehr hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Alles wunderbar!!!

Big apartment, well equipped, beautiful view, very nice and responsive owner.

There was a small problem with heating in a bedroom. The digital receiver to regulate a temperature wasn’t very precise. I put 19 degrees and it was really hot. So I switched it off completely.

Posizione che domina il lago, vista stupenda. Casa molto ben tenuta, posto tranquillo. Parcheggio comodo e gratuito. Proprietari gentilissimi e premurosi. Chalet di montagna perlinato, caldo al punto giusto, davvero confortevole, con tutti i servizi richiesti. Lo consiglio vivamente. Se si è in 4 o più l'appartemento Alp_Enzian ha 3 posti nel locale principale e altri 3 posti nella stanza separata sullo stesso pianerottolo ma non comunicante, per cui noi abbiamo fatto dormire le ragazzine nella stanza separata lasciando le porte chiuse ma non a chiave poichè in questi giorni eravamo gli unici ospiti della struttura ed eravamo tranquilli. (tutte le stanze sono comunque chiudibili a chiave, volendo).

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Vierwaldstättersee unbezahlbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten gleich ein super Gefühl. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Great view from the apartment and all facilities were provided.

The location and views are superb. Our host visited to advise on local amenities and places to visit. Bed was very comfortable. And we were able to store our bikes in the garage, which was very helpful.

الموقع جميل جدا مطل على البحيرة حسن تعامل صاحب الشقة الاخ pietro على حسن تعامله ؟ الشقة التي انا فيها في الدور الثاني ولا يوجد غسالة ملابس طلبت منه اوصلني الى منزله الاخر فيها غسالة ملابس وخلانا نغسل مجانا فشكرا له اي طلب اطلبه منه كان يعطينا ايها حتى الحليب الطبيعي كان في الصباح يجيب لنا فشكر له اشكره من كل قلبي ؟ سكنت عنده في عام 2023 وايضا في هذا العام وان شاء الله كل مااسافر الى سويسرا سوف اسكن عنده فشكرا له

اتمنى ان يضع شبك على النوافذ لكي يمنع دخول الحشرات لان المنطقة حولها اشجار كثيرة ؟؟؟

Cucina un po’ malandata, ma con tutti gli elettrodomestici. Pulizia/ordine migliorabile.

Best scenic views , apartment is large enough for a family of 4-adults and kids. Best ever hospitality from Pietro and Monika we could have asked for. They both were very kind, helpful and great. Appreciate for all the support you provided us to pick up and drop off at Emmetten Post. We would love to come back soon. Thank you again.

Location location. Amazing lake views. Beds were comfy. Very close dog walk. Big balcony for breakfast and evening meals, with those views. Super location overlooking one of the lakes many piers for the local boat service. BUY a tele pass…very expensive made my eyes water but reduced the cost of our adventures by over 50%. Good communication with host.

We had the top flat. It consisted of two separate lockable room areas, one being the main bedroom. We found this a little bit awkward and would have liked to have known before booking. The flat was very clean, however it did feel tired. The kitchen was not well equipped for full self catering which we always do when booking a property with a kitchen, else what’s the point.

Die Fenster, das Bad und die Küche sind neu und gut. Die Türen in der Wohnung sind allerdings schäbig und das Schlafzimmer ist alt und wirklich nicht schön.

De locatie! Prachtig uitzicht over het meer! De tip van Pietro opgevolgd: zell pass gekocht. Daarmee kun je enorm veel doen in de omgeving! (Boot, bus, kabelbanen… ) Wij hebben hierdoor echt heel veel gedaan voor een bedrag wat vooraf bekend is. (Alles los opgeteld waren we ruim 1400 frank meer kwijt geweest dan we nu voor de passen hebben betaald!)

Clean, quite and spacious and at a great location if you are looking for a balance of isolation and being close to a village with at least one shop, a gas station and a few places to eat. Let's not forget the cable cars in walking distance that can lift you up in the mountains! So comfortable that a family of four could stay there for weeks. With a view that you believe it only if you see it!

Would be useful to have some window nets. It will help to keep the windows open during summer as it is within nature. But really just a minor thing that cannot spoil a perfect experience

Location, location, location!! The views were simply sensational with a deck to enjoy them with table, chairs and unbrellas. No need to rush off anywhere. Parking on site. Views from every room. Fans available for warm weather were really appreciated. Coffee pods and orange juice provided and some Swiss Chocolates. The apartment had everything we needed and was nice and spacious. There were views from every window.

The overflow plug for the kitchen sink had tape on it that was not very hygienic. Dishwasher didn’t seem able to complete its cycle. It would not drain for us. We had to remove the draw under the fridge as it was preventing the fridge from opening and closing smoothly. The property is up a long hill, there is public transport up some of the hill. It is well situated if you have a car.

The oven was not heating up enough, so we had to prepare pizza and french fries on the microwave with the grill function. It was ok for the pizza, but we had to throw away the french fries. It would be better to have single-dose sugar sachets instead of the sugar jar (less hygenic).

The place had everything we needed. The view was amazing!

I spent 4 nights with my wife and our 3 kids (12, 10 and 7). We were in the apartment at the first floor (only few steps to get there). The location is amazing with a very nice view on the lake. The flat is renovated, very clean and fully furnished. We found everything we needed including coffee, thee, water, orange juice and some chocolate. The owner (Pietro) is very kind and provided a lot of useful information via message or in person. We will consider to come to the same place again in the future.

One thing that was not clear when we booked is that the double room is on the same floor but separated from the rest of the apartment. For us it was not a big problem because our kids are used to sleep alone, so they used the 3 beds in the apartment and we slept in the double room, but families with younger kids might need to know about this. The apartment is completely renovated, but some other areas of the building look a bit old and might benefit from some renovation.

Everything was just wonderful😄 Thank you very much for the hospitality.

The stay has great views right outside the windows and the sit out area. The house has all the equipment for comfortable stay and to cook whole meals. The host Pietro is really warm and welcoming. We will be coming back again to this stay.

On the first day we felt the road up to the mountain was little tricky but that was the first impression only

The scenery from the apartment was stunning and there was plenty of space, and it was well equipped inside. The village was nice and the hotel across the road was very convenient for a meal.

It's a shared accommodation so there's only one hall door and guests are on their own floors. This can be a bit noisy with people coming and going.

Fantastic view. Pleasant hosts. The apartments have everything. A spacious living room and a terrace with a view of the lake and the mountains. The kitchen has everything for convenience. The apartment is warm, but there are also batteries. We really liked it, we recommend it to everyone.

Location of the accomodation was great

COCKROCH in the property everywhere! When I sent texted to the host I need an immediate solution he try to full us is just the insect! They are coming from outside as all doors and windows are open! When I made it clear that is not a fact, that was the point when the host stoped pretending doesn’t know anything about the exiting situation! The kitchen is outdated, can be much better! You cant enjoy the view properly as the weed is too high and not well mentained

Awesome and breathtaking view from the terrace :-) Fully equipped flat and newly renovated bathroom. We really appreciated the socket/plug adapter available for guests as in Switzerland they have different sockets comparing to other EU countries (and we were not aware about it). There are some mosquitoes outside in warm summer nights however we found the insect socket repellent in the drawer. The owners are very nice, friendly and helpful, they are trying to do all to make your stay amazing and comfortable. On the top of it the delicious coffee capsules were provided to us for free. Enough space for parking even if all flats are booked.

The kitchen is a bit old, but well equipped. Some other parts of the flat are a bit older too, but we did not mind. One day we had troubles with Wi-Fi but it was resolved.

The apartment has an adjacent and convenient parking. The advantages of the accommodation are the amazing views to the lake of the 4 cantons, and the super nice owners who try to help with everything. The disadvantage are the separation described and the required upgrade to the kitchen and also to most of the equipment in the apartment. In terms of cost-benefit ratio, the apartment is definitely satisfactory.

The view from the balcony overlooking the Vierwaldstättesee was marvellous. There was very easy access to the mountains from the village. The property was well situated for car trips in central Switzerland with ready access to the highway. The property itself was well equipped.

The wifi coverage was a little shaky
