Excellent stay! The location is perfect—right in the city center, allowing you to explore everything easily and experience the city like a local. Really safe and everything close. Coming back next holidays.

I like the location very much and the response from staff has been very good. Also the basic things required for kitchen like kitchenette and basic things for kitchen were given and bathroom stuffs like shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, etc have been included. Kitchen items were sufficient and met my expectations.That's great. The internet services was very good. Also the cold and hot water availability was good too. Bed was comfortable .

It was abit hot and difficult to stay for last 3-4 days may be due to hot weather but if there was at least a stand fan it could have helped something. It was really difficult to sleep for last 3-4 days. I don't like pillows, blanket and bed sheets too. In my opinion, there need to be at least one mat outside bathroom, one mat inside room (these basic things needed even in a simple room). One wiper (even small is ok) is needed in the bathroom. And I don't see stuff for cleaning the rooms like sweeper, brush or vacuum cleaner etc anything else.

Laut, weil viele Clubs und Bars in dieser Strasse gibt. Das Zimmer bei der Ankunft war kalt und schmutzig. Nach mehreren hin und her schreiben mit dem Eigentümer, hat man das einigermassen in Ordnung gebracht.

The host was really helpful and flexibel. I asked him whether I can take over sooner the key. If I missed something he reacted fast and kind. The appartement is located in the centrum, you can reach everything by walking.

It's very minimal and sometimes the noise was a little bit too loud coming from the pubs (but if you check the map where the appartement is located you can expect it) you need to take it into consideration

The studio it s very cozy and clean . Even if it s in the center it s very very quiet. The owner was very fast at helping me with the easy check in and very friendly . The bed was great . I had a very good sleep there . It s just perfect . Thanks you so much for the acomodation ! See you again

Bon emplacement - dans le centre de ville, à proximité de tous les facilités. Propre et fonctionnel. Francesco est très gentil et prêt d’aider avec toutes les questions.

Il y avait beaucoup de bruits de la rue. Deux fois à 6h du matin un bâtiment était démoli. Mais rien spécifique pour l’établissement même.

Vreselijk, er beviel me niks, alleen de wc ziet er goed uit. In het donker naar de straat van het appartement gegaan, maar daar was het appartement niet alleen een deur met een sleutelkastje. Was niet bekend, toen naar het appartement gelopen, boven een supermarkt. Moest in het donker zoeken naar een blauwe deur met sleutelgat, maar ik zag die niet, gelukkig kwam een medewerker van de Spar eruit en wees me op de andere deur. Daar via een gribus poort naar een stel ijzeren trappen, ik moest op de 1e verdieping zijn. Kwam binnen, maar het licht ging niet aan. Later zag ik dat er ook geen lamp aangesloten was! Geen dekbed, alleen een hoeslaken, moest mijn jas over me heen leggen. Geen borden, bestek enz, de vaatwasser was vol, toen ik een glas pakte viel er een sloot water uit, snel weer dicht gedaan. Geen TV of radio, in de kamer alleen een peertje aan een electr. draad.. ook de douche is klein, water liep langs het gordijn onder de wastafel. Er stonden daar plastic schoenen, en ook in de keukenkastjes helemaal niks, wel rode uien in de koelkast en schoonmaakmiddelen. Ik wil dat iemand anders niet zo’n nare belevenis moet meemaken. De volgende morgen moest ik weer terug lopen naar het eerste sleutelkastje om daar weer de sleutels in te doen. Ik ga geen gebruik meer van jullie maken want dit is vast niet gecontroleerd, vorige week was ik in de Pijpenstraat appartement, dat was de hemel hierbij vergeleken. Jammergenoeg waren ze bezet want ik wilde daar weer naar toe.

Ietsje koud en geluid van studenten. Maar host had verwarming goed verhoogt en dat helpte.

The apartment is in a very good location, in the middle of the city center.

No kitchen equipments to made even simple food (pot, frying pan, etc). Windows are not closing properly, the big noise from the stree and the cold comming inside. The freezing door in the fridge broken, freezing all food inside. Cabinet broken.

De locatie, en het was er schoon

Het bed was keihard en stuk, het keuken inventaris was bij elkaar geraapt, zou niet misstaan in een studentenkamer. We misten voor de prijs die je betaald wat meer aankleding van het geheel zodat het allemaal wat gezelliger aanvoelt.

La posizione, la camera è spaziosa

L’ingresso è angusto, con scale scivolose e buie. Al bagno mancavano alcuni servizi, tipo il tappetino della doccia e il sapone. Un unico asciugamano per viso e doccia. In cucina non c’erano stoviglie nè pentole/padelle, nonostante la presenza del piano cottura. Una finestra non si chiudeva completamente, con spiffero d’aria da fuori. È un appartamento che ha potenzialità, basterebbe curare alcuni dettagli per renderlo completo.

Check In ist kompliziert und man muss gut Englisch sprechen Keine Seife oder Duschgel vorhanden Wenn man doch mal 3-4 Tage mit 2 Per. übernachten möchte und mal selbst kochen möchte, ist schon ein wenig Geschirr vorhanden.

Location was very central - easy walk from the station, bars and restaurants next door. Very clean and spacious. Lovely shower room. Plenty of storage for clothes etc. Kitchen has essentials - kettle, microwave, fridge.

Access via steep metal staircase and wooden terrace was tricky in the rain with luggage. Not for anyone with mobility issues. The apartment overlooked the street and Saturday night was party night - very loud until the early hours. Other nights were much quieter.

It was really good. The landlord was very nice and friendly, and whenever I had questions, he answered me quickly. The space was small but cozy. Everything was clean when we arrived. 😊

Francesco was very kind to us troughout our stay. The location was great and the place was very clean.

Good location: right in the center, close to the station. Well facilitated, with bathroom, kitchen, entertainment and wifi. Late checkout, and nice contact with owner.

Loud night life until late. Place feels bare and heavily used, could use some sprucing up and some coziness. Very specifically our stay: towels seemed new but not washed, which meant poor water absorption and lots of fluff. For future reference: new towels should be washed first.

I loved It. It was very clean, comfortable and in the perfect location. It was my third time in Enschede but my first time in this guest house. I would definitely go back, and would definitely recommend it.

The location is nicely in the centre, and the host was very friendly and communicative.

Upon arriving at the entrance, the corridor and stairs lack maintenance and serious cleaning. Plus the rooms were not cleaned at all. There was dust everywhere from the bed to the kitchen and the floors. There is also no secure inside door lock or door peek. There are also no room numbers or any room indication on the doors, guests do not know in the begin which room is theirs which causes confusion. Furthermore, the ventilation system is super dusted, which is a huge fire risk. The kitchen was also far from complete with many things missing to cook most meals. Last the walls of both apartments are paper-thin which means that you can hear latterly everything.

Noise from the hallway and light from the hallway coming under the door.

The location is great in the middle of the city.

The car can not enter the street and it is on the second floor, only outdoor stairs available. The room was cold in the first night until the host provide additional portable heater. The TV does not work.

almost no kitchen utensils. water either boiling or ice cold. Its very hard to take the shower. the window does not close.

The location is good, 5 minutes from the train station. But if you are not used to drunk people in the night it might surprise you in the night. This is in the night club area and there is always someone shouting at night (it doesn't matter it is a weekday)

The shower seemed to have only one temperature: 40 degress. It was impossible for me to shower. Also, I knew it was clean, but it didn't feel like it. The bed sheets were so old and used that felt disgusting, there is a fur-like rug that seemed very dirty. Go only if you have a discount, if you have something else for the same price, don't go.

1 —The steep stairs going up to the room 2..The place was extremely hard to find Maybe a name on the door would help 3 Continued loud goings on every night from a pub just bellow the unit till at least 2am 3,there was no information of how to get onto wifi plus forget the tv it only works on itbe no actual normal programs plus it only showed showed a foreign language

Extremely cold apartment, the heating didn’t look to work properly and not under control - no thermostat in the room. Club close by, one car hear and feel the music at night. Windows are not well-isolated, hence all the accumulated warmth goes away and one can hear partying people for the whole night. At night was not possible to sleep because of these two. Not all appliances were on place (e.g. toaster) and overall the kitchenware was very old.

Terrible communication with the property. Neighbors were smoking weet all the time, the smell got into my apartment which caused everything smelling bad. Partying neighbors with loud music till late at night. Accommodation did not take any action. Cheap and uncomfortable furniture and bed, pillow were really thin. When I wanted to leave the apartment for a different accommodation the property did not take any responsibility and did not compensate. Terrible experience.

The guest house is located in the centre and is very clean. The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated.

Easy access. Spacious room, clean, WiFi and TV working properly. Nice bathroom, with shower, towels provided. Located right in the middle of the town (but see bellow).

The chairs can be a tad more comfortable. Something that cannot be controlled by the owners, there are pubs and clubs on the street, Friday and Saturday nights were very noisy parties outside that could be clearly herd inside the room.

Francesco was very helpful, he was always available on WhatsApp, and he even lent me his bike, so I didn't have to worry about how to travel which I had to do for work. The place is at the heart of the city, so if you enjoy the nightlife a little too much, you wouldn't worry about how to find your hotel. The place had everything I needed, and I really had a comfortable stay.

I would not recommend this place to families with children. The city can be quite noisy, and if you are sensitive to noise you should pick a place that's located further away from the center.
