De locatie is echt top!

Het plafond zit echt vol spinnenwebben in de hoeken. De ramen sluiten niet goed waardoor ze gingen klapperen s nachts en we werden echt de hele nacht wakker van de koelkast die echt een heel hard geluid telkens begint te maken. Er zijn echt stille koelkasten en dat zou een stuk fijner zijn in zon kleine ruimte.

Paulina was a gem.She helped me with my chk in and chk out timings without even a single thought.I havent come across many who are so helpfull.Had a very nice & comfortable stay.Would love to see her again in my next stay.

Ontzettend leuk plek! Vriendelijke personeel, schoon kamer, extra zacht bed. Rustige omgeving en een leuke authentieke kroeg aan de overkant. Perfecte plek om te overnachten in de binnenstad)

Schönes kleines Zimmer mit TV, bequemes Bett in super zentraler Lage. Perfekt für ein oder zwei Tage. Nette Gastgeberin, kann gegenüber in der Mood Bar mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre was trinken

Small appt with two beds. Nothing fancy but practical. Beds and pillows good to sleep on. Huuge terrace but we did not use it. Good if you want to smoke outside i can imagine. Very nice owner who is also managing the bar next door:)

Хозяйка очень дружественая все рассказала и показала даже с моим плохим английским и немецким я все поняла спасибо за терпение 😉 номер чистый уютный😊 место расположение прекрасное все рядом👍 удобный матрас и подушка у меня всегда проблемы с этим в гостиница а тут просто замечательно 😊

В номере слишком плохая шумо изоляция все что происходит на улице слышно, напротив находиться бар и всю ночь слышали пьяных людей до 3 ночи это очень большой минус😔

Schönes Zimmer liebevoll eingerichtet mit TV. Große Fenster zum öffnen. Empfang sehr herzlich... Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft jeder Zeit wieder buchen !

Locatie was top. Midden in t centrum met een parkeergarage op 1 min loopafstand.

Stoeltje op t balkon was kapot. Daardoor was er maar voor één persoon een zitplek. Helaas geen airco.

Nice and well decorated room, with all commodities for a 1-3 day stay. The owner Paulina is lovely and helpful. Well-equipped with fridge, cutlery, dishes, and wifi. Perfect location to visit the city center and go to the best places in town.

Tolles Zimmer in einer super Lage. Perfekt zum shoppen und um abends raus zugehen. Kleine Gasse. Typisch hellhörig für die Bauweise der Niederlande 😉

Camera e bagno puliti, comoda la posizione centrale, gentilissimi gli host nell organizzazione del check in e molto disponibili per il check out. Disponibili in camera caffè con capsule e bollitore per il tè, piatti, bicchieri e posate. Ci siamo trovate molto bene!

Prezzo su booking 260, prezzo pagato in loco 280, mi sono accorta troppo tardi per segnalarlo, magari è stato un errore o forse io non ho tenuto conto di qualcosa.

Alles was prima, fles wijn hebben we in het café aan de overkant (zelfde eigenaar) laten openen, was geen enkel punt. Konden zelfs wijnglazen meekrijgen.

Verbeterpuntje, de ventilator in de badkamer maakt mega veel lawaai. Dus 's nachts in het donker naar het toilet was wel even een dingetje. Kan simpel opgelost door een spiegel met verlichting. Zeker die moderne, het blauwe licht van de schakelaar geeft al voldoende licht om je weg te vinden. En de schuifdeur van de badkamer zit er scheef voor, daarom kan hij maar voor de helft open. Ach ik kan me er eigenlijk niet druk over maken. Was gewoon goed verblijf.

Decent room at a reasonable price, in the very center of Enschede. I don’t think the common areas of the B&B were operational, but I didn’t have a need for that. My room at the back of the building was quiet even on Saturday.

The apartment is spacious, very clean and in a convenient position in the city center. Paulina, the host, is very friendly.

The whole building has had very little maintenance over the years, and it shows. The shower smelled really bad, it was like showering in the sewer. Not all beds are comfortable and one of the single beds is really squeaky. Considering all these issues the apartment is a bit too overpriced for what you get. The Oekepoek apartments on the other side of the street are much better.

Midden in het centrum goed bereikbaar en een fantastisch appartement. Super aardige en gezellige gastvrouw. Fijne mensen, gastvrij.

The room is very comfortable and the location is very close to the city centre. The shower had excellent pressure. It's a good place to stay!

Der Check-in war super nett und unkompliziert. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist natürlich unschlagbar. Wir hatten 2 schöne Zimmer im Haus gegenüber der tollen Bar. Da ist man also mittendrin statt nur dabei. Ein Zimmer direkt mit Sicht und Ohr auf die Bar und das andere nach hinten raus mit Balkon. Entweder man trinkt noch einen mit oder steckt sich Stöpsel in die Ohren. Aber "Wer nicht schlafen kann ist auch nicht müde".😁 Das andere Zimmer mit Balkon zum Innenhof war entsprechend ruhiger. Beide Zimmer auf der 1. Etage (Achtung! Steile Treppe, 🍺🍷🍹🫣) gegenüberliegend mit einem eigenen gemeinsamen Flur. Perfekt für bis zu 4 befreundete Reisende. Gute Ausstattung! Betten waren für uns gut, ist jedoch eine persönliche Sache, Hand-, Badetücher, Bettwäsche strahlend weiß, Kühlschrank, Kaffee (Kapselmaschine), Ventilator, Duschseife... Parken im öffentlichen Parkhaus (ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß) Die scheinbar irgendwie dazugehörige Bar ist toll! Wir wurden vom Besitzer/Pächter zu den Zimmern gebracht und am Abend versorgte er uns ebenfalls mit leckeren Getränken. Super sympathisch! Auf jeden Fall wieder! Wenn's passt wird das unsere Stammunterkunft in Enschede! Vielen Dank an das Team auch hinter der Kulisse!

Beim Duschen läuft das Wasser Richtung Toilette, aber das ist inzwischen ja alles nicht so wichtig. Ein Vorhang würde zwar etwas Abhilfe schaffen, ist jedoch nicht jederfraus Sache... Aber Leute: die Kopfkissen (alle 4) sind einfach zu dick... Da würde ich beim nächsten Mal das Eigene mitbringen... Macht wahrscheinlich inzwischen sowieso jeder...

It is on a strategic place if you don’t use a car. In a center of a city , just few minutes from a railway and bus station . Restaurants and shops are so close that you can see them from your window.

Very responsive and friendly staff, Paulina. The room was centrally located and had a terrace. It was a bit hot during our stay, but a fan was provided at our request, which was great.

It was good to have a kettle and a coffee machine in the room. Bedding was fresh and clean, and the beds were quite OK.

Unlike the bedding, towels had dirty stains on them... We couldn't sleep a minute during the night - first, because of the outside noise (street life and the bar downstairs) and secondly, because of the malfunctioning fridge in the room, which sounded like a nuclear reactor 🤯 Check-in and key transfering were something...not very pleasant. Also, there were no instructions as to wifi connection, which is supposed to be available. Another misleading point is "bed and breakfast" in the name of the place, while no breakfast is served. Definitely overpriced.

The room was very clean and quiet. Even if it is in the city centre it is located in a quiet street. If you want to be quiet, ask for the room with a view to the backyard. The owner is very polite

There is no wardrobe in the room. I suggest to restructure the closet to be able to hang clothes and equipping the rooms with cloth hangers

it was a last minute reservation right before the Nations League football game. it is conveniently located in the city center right next to all the key locations.

aside from the stairs being a little tall for climbing late in the evening everything was great.

Check-in and check-out was very easy and smooth. Location is right in the center close by restaurants and train station. Easy to find and clean facilities.
