SleepWell Apartments Itäkeskus, direct metro to city center and bus to airport

El apartamento estaba ubicado con buenas conexiones con transporte publico, supermercados y tiendas. Nosotros alquilamos coche y se conectaba bien con la carretera para salir de la ciudad. El apartamento tenia todo lo necesario para cocinar y espacio para toda la familia.

La apertura de la puerta del edificio no nos funcionaba, pero con la llave que nos dejo el anfitrion lo resolvimos. La cama del sofá era muy pequeño. Faltaba detergente para la lavadora y solo teníamos 4 cucharitas. Realmente son cosas que no impidieron que estuviéramos bien.

La proximité du métro et du centre commerciale. Appartement fonctionnel. Lit confortable.

La difficulté pour avoir la clé. Il faut utiliser une application, mais qui ne marchait pas bien, heureusement la contact de l'établissement m'a pu aider. La propreté de la cuisine n'était pas au top, mais rien de flagrant. Il faut sortir les poubelles au départ, mais aucune indication où est le local.

Ulko-oven avaus ei toiminut, pelasti samaan rappukäytävään tullut henkilö. Käytävä pimeä , ei valaistusta. Asunto oli hyvin huonosti siivottu,pöydät tahroja täynnä , suihkussa hiustuppoja .

Lokalizacja (bardzo blisko metro, autobusy - bezpośredni dojazd z lotniska + 5 min dojście), blisko sklepy w tym supermarkety 24h. Klimatyzacja, wyposażenie kuchni, wygodne łóżka.

En pitänyt siitä, että tila oli kliinisesti muka puhdas joillain hajustetuilla aineilla siivottuna.

Geras susisiekimas. Pakankamai vietos su trimis vaikais. Viskas yra, ko reikia ilgesniam apsistojimui.

Nėra aplink nemokamo stovėjimo. Kasdien už parkingą nakčiai atsieina 26€. Ne pats maloniausias rajonas, nemažai narkomanų, neaiškių asmenų. Dušo trapas vos surenka vandenį. Po savęs reikia susitvarkyti taip kad jiems nereikėtų. Galima už tai sumokėti 29eurus. Pirmą kartą po apsistojimo kažkur teko pačiam visą butą dulkių siurbliu valyt.

Ihanan pehmeät lakanat, isot sängyt joissa oli hyvä nukkua. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi ruuan laittoon ja pyykin pesuun. (Paitsi kuorimaveistä olisi kaivattu). Oli kiva että astiat sai laittaa aamulla astianpesukoneeseen ja jättää koneen päälle, eikä tarvinnut enää aamulla huolehtia astioita kaappiin asti. Asunto oli sopivan viileä, eikä liian kuuma, ulkona +27. Mahtava sijainti, Itäkeskus ihan vieressä, kaikki palvelut lähellä. Metrolla helppo liikkua keskustaan.

Harmillista oli että tarjolla ei ole ilmaista parkkipaikkaa. Oltiin kolme yötä ja tultiin kauempaa autolla joten jouduttiin etsiä parkkipaikkaa, alue ei meille ennestään tuttu. Lähellä on metro parkkipaikka 12h kiekolla, mutta jouduttiin sitten aina yöksi siirtää auto maksulliseen parkkiin.

Natürlich klaffen hier die Bewertung des Appartements und unsere Gesamtbewertung extrem auseinander! Das liegt daran, dass wir leider gar keinen normalen Zugang zum gebuchten Appartement hatten. Wir haben nämlich in den drei Tagen unseres Aufenthalts KEINEN Code für den Zugang zum Gebäude erhalten und waren bis zur Abreise darauf angewiesen, dass uns mitleidige reguläre Bewohner des Hochhauses mit hineinließen bzw. uns ihren Klingelcode gaben, damit wir sie um Einlass ins Gebäude bitten konnten. Im Appartement lag übrigens KEIN Schlüssel, obwohl angekündigt. Auf unsere Hilferufe per Mail reagierte der Vermieter mehrmals mit der Zusendung der unbrauchbaren Anweisungen und dann gar nicht mehr. Also KATASTROPHAL, obwohl das Appartement an sich eine gute Bewertung verdienen würde.

Parkeringsplats fanns inte vilket försvårade vår familjs hela vistelse.

Siisteys. Sänkyvaatteet likaiset. Tuolit rikki,vaaralliset istua. Uunipellit likaiset,jäi käyttämättä. Uuni myös. Imuri haisi,ehkä pussin vaihto. Wc paperit loppu,mutta saimme kyllä lisää.

Asukoht väga hea, kauplused, söögikohad ja metroo lähedal.

Nice location near metro station. Easy to travel to train station and Helsinki city. And next to Itäkeskus shopping mall.

Key did not fit any lock. Should bring dust bags to containers. But the key did not open the lock.

First time been Itäkeskus, everything is close by. Metro, bus, biggest K market in Finland. Super convenient. The apartment is very spacious, illuminated by continuous windows. Great view from the windows. Everything is functional. Beds and sofa are comfortable. Recommended for families.

Nothing. Paid cleaning, not expensive according to Finland. Suggest the host to include this fee into room rate. Guest just need to put dishes into machine and collect the trash.

Liked the proximity to shopping centers

When booking the apartment, I indicated the number of people (two children and three adults), but when we checked in it turned out that only four sets of bed linen were ready (we found extra sheets in the closet), but not only that, the sofa bed was broken and did not fold out completely, upon my request to provide information about the waste disposal site, I was sent a link to an additional cleaning option for 30 euros, in general, I can't say that the apartments are bad, but looking for an extra set of linen at night (we checked in at night after the airport) and sleeping on a faulty sofa for several days was not part of my plans!

Upea näköala asunnolla! Erittäin hyvät sängyt nukkumiseen ja kattavat keittiövälineeet. Ihanan rauhallinen taloyhtiö. Äänieristys ilmeisesti tehty kunnolla kun ei kuule naapureita ollenkaan, hyvä niin :)

Näköala todella hieno, mutta näkymää häiritsi lasten lääppimät ikkunat kauttaaltaan. Keittiön kaapeissa näkyvissä myös rasvaisia kädenjälkiä jokapaikassa. Sekä vessaan oli jätetty pesukoneen vesihana auki jostain valui vettä koko ajan. Siivous tarvikkeet jätettylevälleen vessaan.

Viihtyisä ja rauhallinen

I like everything about the apartment. I will be there next time I visit Finland and I will request for the same room. I love ❤️ the room ,it has a good view.

Le calme, l’emplacement et la propriété 👌🏽👌🏽

Location

Apartment wasnt clean (some things got cleaned after letting them know), electronic front door and apartment door opening via webpage not convenient, there had to be key in the apartment but wasn't there, finally got cleaners key, all the bed wasn't done when arrived. Bit of a hit and miss with this one..

Уборка в номере была плохая, был один ключ на две комнаты. Стулья в плохом состоянии, на них опасно сидеть.

Saimme ensin väärän huoneiston koodin. Toisella kerralla ovikoodi oli virheellinen.

Huoneistossa oli käytetty liian voimakkaita pesuaineita. Silti huoneisto oli erittäin epäsiisti. Lattiassa ja pöydässä oli jälkiä, uuni ei toiminut.

Location is perfect. Facilites in the kitchen are excellent. Views from the windows are amazing.

Upon our entry to the apartment there was a very bad smell like a dead animal or sth like that. Another thing was the pillows in the wardrobes, some are stained and without covers. These are the main two negative things we noticed.

Spacious apartment with a lot of halal food options nearby. Plus you get a big grocery/retail store with access to metro.

Błędna instrukcja dot. kodu w windzie. Nie sugeruj sie informacja o kodzie do windy z aplikacji ktorej uzywasz do otwierania drzwi wejsciowych. Uzyj kodu z instrukcji przeslanej przez Booking.

vuodevaatteita ei oltu vaihdettu. Eikä ollut mitään siivous tai pesuaineita, ei myöskään mitään rättejä pesemiseen. TV mahdoton saada näkymään.

Die Betten sind wirklich unfassbar bequem, man sleept tatsächlich sehr well, Es ist genug Platz, die Lage ist Top, Metro und Shoppingcenter direkt in der Nähe. Es hat alles was man braucht. Es ist Hell, ruhig und gemütlich und war weitestgehend sauber vorzufinden.

Die Matratzentopper haben keinen wasserdichten Schonbezug, wer damit Mühe hat müsste einen eigenen mitbringen. Weiterhin gibt es kein wirkliches Fenster was man öffnen kann (vermutlich aus Sicherheitsgründen (?). Die Gesamte Wohnung ist an ein Lüftungssystem angeschlossen. Grundsätzlich ist Luftzirkulation gut und auch im Badezimmer wird die Luft hinreichend schnell ausgetauscht. Wer aber auf Stosslüften nicht verzichten kann oder richtige Frischluft zum Schlafen braucht könnte damit ggf. Mühe haben. Der Wäscheständer könnte grösser sein. Hinweis: Die Anleitung um in die Wohnung zu kommen könnte besser sein. Es steht halt ein Name an der Wohnungstür, wodurch man erstmal denkt man wäre falsch, in der Anleitung steht man solle NACH der Wohnungstür einen code eingeben, aber keine Erklärung wie man denn rein kommt. Tatsächlich muss man den VOR der Wohnungstür diesen Code ins Smartphone (auf dieser sleep well home page) eingeben. Es gibt an der Wohnungstür nichts, was den Anschein macht, dass sich dahinter ein elektronisches Schloss verbirgt, und die Tür aufgeht, sobald man den code eingibt (Für Deutsche war das zu viel moderne Technologie und wir hatten Glück dass die Reinigungs-Lady noch da war, sonst hätten wir da vermutlich Panik bekommen. Das war etwas mühsam.

Lakanat olivat puhtaat, talon oli hiljainen, parkkipaikka löytyi päivittäin vaivattomasti

Varasin huoneen koska sitä mainostettiin raikkaana ja puhtaana ja toivottiin vuokraajan jättävän sen yhtä puhtaaksi. Maksoin 29 euroa siivousmaksuna, koska kuvittelin asunnon olevan todella puhdas ja ajattelin etten ehdi lähtöaamuna siivoamaan. Mennessämme asuntoon siellä haisi selvästi hielle. Likaiset pyyhkeet vessassa, vessan pesukoneen ympäristö epäsiisti, pölyä sohvan alla ja lampuissa, ikkunoissa sormien jälkiä runsaasti, lakanan alta paljastui likainen patjan suojus, samoin tyynyn alta.

Ein helles, geräumiges Appartement, gut ausgestattet, bequeme Betten, Metro und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis, schnelle und freundliche Reaktion des Kundenservices. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Apartment wirkte schon leicht „abgenutzt“. Teppich und Couch könnten eine Auffrischung vertragen.

Die Lage, die Größe des Apartments, es war eigentlich im Großen und Ganzen alles da was man brauchte

Wir hagten Probleme einzuchecken. Weder booking noch swa.fi hat bis heute auf unsere Mail geantwortet. Die angegebene Telefonnummer war falsch, die Wohnung war nicht fertig beim Einchecken-wir mussten uns zuerst woanders aufhalten, beim Auschecken ging der Staubsauger kaputt, es gab bei einer Woche Aufenthalt kein "Küchenpaket", also auch keinen Lappen, der Unterschrank im Bad war unschön aufgequollen, beim Betten Abziehen fanden wir einige alte, braune Flecken (es gab nicht überall Matratzenschoner), viele Lichtschalter ohne Funktion. Zu unserem Pech gab es an einem späten Abend einen Feueralarm (ohne Brand) und wir mussten 1 Stunde in der Kälte stehen. Niemand hat uns später dazu etwas ernlärt oder so. Meine Tochter hatte Angst!

The location is very good, connection to all destination by bus, metro, tram . All shopping and 24 hrs open supermarket. Flat was clean and neat.

Building security is questionable. Sometimes trespasser come inside building when someone open the main building door and wait for lift. This incident happens 2 times, we encountered and asked unknown people's in lift and they don't have any lift code and they don't know any flat number but they said they want to meet their friends. We politely asked them to go out from lift and call your friends to receive you. It's very dangerous. Regarding waste bin collection information shall be in the package instruction.

Siivoojat kävivät lainaamssa jotain avainta siivouskaapista ? En tällaisesta ollut mitään mainintaa etukäteen. Peitteet olivat likaiset !

The apartment had good facilities. The location was fairly acceptable. It was fairly clean and tidy. It was close to the City Market.

When entering the building, unfortunately the door code did not work at all and we waited for someone to leave the apartment before we entered. There was no keypad behind the apartment door to enter the code and open the apartment door and we had to call the owner of the apartment in the middle of the night and he opened the door remotely. The only serious problem with the apartment was the bathroom, which unfortunately seemed to have a sewage system and when taking a shower the entire bathroom and toilet area would fill with water and it would take a long time for the water to drain out.

Lägenheten är fint, stort och rent med jätte bekväma sängar speciellt till barn familj. Det finns nästan alla hem grejer som man behöver i en vistelse. Jag kan rekommendera det här boendet.

Men bara saknade soppåsar och fanns ingen information om sopporna. Det var krångligt när man skulle checka ut vistelsen. Eller åtminstone kunde jag inte hitta dem.

El confort y localización (detrás el parque y poco lejos más una playa)

For tourists, these are excellent apartments. Right in front of the building, there is a huge shopping center with cafés and stores. The metro entrance is nearby. It’s a 5-minute walk to the metro station, and in 20 minutes you’re in the center of Helsinki. The apartment has plenty of kitchenware. The check-in instructions are easy to follow. At first, they may seem a bit inconvenient, but you get used to them and everything works out well. This is a great value for money.

Please note that the windows in the apartment do not open and there is no balcony. During the summer season, this may be uncomfortable. The room has only a floor air conditioner. Cleanliness is acceptable, though not perfectly spotless. Please, add a lid to the large frying pan.

Los otros comentarios negativos de los anteriores clientes se han confirmado y sigue sin ponerse solución: Ducha inundando de agua el suelo. No hay aire acondicionado y las ventanas son fijas, por tanto, calor. El lavavajillas no funcionaba. Tapicerías y alfombras con manchas. Almohadas y edredones amarillos del sudor de otros. Muebles de cocina pringosos. El acceso a la propiedad dificultoso hasta más no poder. El barrio, aunque bien conectado por metro, daba percepción de inseguridad (No apetecía volver a casa al anochecer). El barrio no tenía aliciente alguno para el turista. Poco mantenimiento del mobiliario.

Pikku asiat kaipaisivat uusimista. Oven lukko ei meinannut aika ajoin toimia.

Sijainti oli hyvä, parkkeeraus viikonloppuna sujuvaa, Itäkeskus ja 24h Citymarket vieressä. Sovelluksella kirjautuminen ja lukkosysteemi näppärä.

Huoneisto oli vähän epäsiisti ja roskainen. Tyynyissä ja peitoissa tahroja. Varattiin viidelle, neljälle oli pedattu. Etsittiin itse kaapeista viidennelle petivaatteet, tyyny ja pyyhe.

Comfortable and clean apartment, quiet building 5 minute walk to metro, large supermarket across the road. Beautiful Marjaniemi area with swimming spots is a 15 minute walk through park. OK value for money in Helsinki area.

Neighbourhood around metro area seems a little rough but still safe. Apartment was quite small for 5 people but would be spacious for 2.

Complicated instructions for everything. No air circulation - extremely hot and humid all of the time Shower drainage was subpar - flooded bathroom every time we took a shower

It was not very clean. There were food? spots on the eating table and hair on the towel. The bed sheets and towels seemed to be of a poor quality. Pillows and mattresses with stains.

The flat looked nothing like the photos. It is run down, for example the sink unit was falling apart and had water damage. The check in system was less than ideal, we needed to wait until someone opened the main door to get into the building and then mess around for 20 minutes to get the lift and door to open.

The apartment is conveniently located close to the subway station and shopping centers, making daily life and commuting very convenient.

However, prior to check-in, I did not receive any check-in instructions. This resulted in me enduring the freezing cold and bitter wind outside the apartment door at 7 AM after landing at the airport, unable to access the apartment. Additionally, the kitchen range hood was broken. Although a maintenance worker came to inspect it once, it remained unrepaired for over a month, and subsequent emails regarding the issue went unanswered.
