指定の場所に鍵がなかったが、こちらから連絡を取ると、スタッフが鍵を持ってきた。 また、もうひとつテンキーで鍵を開ける場面があったが、こちらもテンキーが認証されずに困った。 スタッフに再度連絡をして入ることができたが、トラブルが2回も続いた。 こちらからの連絡の対応は、比較的はやかったです。

Likte alt egentlig , fin leilighet med det meste av fasiliteter. Hjelpsom og hyggelig personale. Pluss for vifte og enklere aircondition på de varme dagene vi var der .fin utsikt i 12 etasje. Kjøpesenteret er oppe alle dager og her kan man lade elbil også.

En stekepanne var defekt . Bil parkering er ikke så rett frem som det synes . Det er mange parkeringsplasser men du kan ikke stå mere en 3 timer der. Så ta kontakt med huseier som ordner en fast parkeringsplass 2-300 meter unna ellers risikerer du bot 60 Euro pr dag. I Finland er det viktig med parkeringskive , parking disc ,Parkscheibe, Disque de stationnement, Disco de estacionamiento .Sørg for at du har det i bilen til en hver tid . Ved inn og utsjekking påleiligheten trenger du og stå nærmere for inn og utpakking og da må du ha en slik parkeringskive.

Asunnon kunto oli heikompi kuin mitä kuvista ja hintatasosta saattoi olettaa.

Sijainti hyvä, Itis ja metroasema vieressä, liikkuminen sujuvaa. Yhden makuuhuoneen asunto tilava ja valoisa. Keittiötarvikkeita hyvin. Naapurit ystävällisiä. Yhteydenpito majoittajien sujuvaa ja pahoittelivat puutteita siisteydestä.

Suihkun pidike oli rikki, veden paineen avulla suihku pysyi ylhäällä oikeassa asennossa. Kuluneet kaapit. Lattialla jalanjälkiä. Pyykkikoneen luukku laitettu kosteana kiinni-> pyykkikone haisi ummehtuneelle. Asunnossa alkuun outo haju. Tiskiluutu myös pahanhajuinen, eikö vaihdeta joka kerta? Sohvassa ja vuoteen päädyssä tahroja. Pyykinkuivausteline olisi plussaa, vaikka pyykkikone onkin kuivaava versio, mutta kaikki vaatteet eivät rumpukuivausta kestä ja kuvausohjelma on melko pitkä. Vessan hyllyillä edellisten majoittujien hammasharjan pää sekä muutakin tavaraa peilikaapin päällä, peilikaapin päällinen todella pölyinen. Olohuoneen sänkyjen patjoissa ja makuuhuonern sängynpäädyssä isot tahrat, samoin olohuoneen matossa. Myös tyynyt kellastuneet. Mikron lämpötilansäädin rikki, mutta lämmitti kuotenkin ruoan. Uunin luukku likainen. Pienillä korjauksilla ja kunnon siivouksella asunnosta saisi oikein viihtyisän.

Asukoht, mugav sisenemine, auto saab jätta üsna lähedale ööbimiskohale. Võimalus näha naabreid, poed ja söögikohad on lähedal. Lisaks on seal ka hea ühistranspordi ühendus. Lastele meeldis. Täiskasvanutele meeldis ka :)

Sijainti on erittäin hyvä. Lähellä on suuri ostoskeskus, rautatieasema ja linja-autoasema. Näkymä ikkunasta on erittäin vaikuttava. Sisäänkirjautumisohjeet annettiin erittäin selkeästi.

Erittäin epäsiistiä. Pölyä oli kaikkialla. Sohva oli yksi suuri pölypallo. Jo viiden minuutin istumisen jälkeen kurkku alkoi ärsyyntyä, ja nuorin lapsi alkoi yskiä. Vuodevaatteissa ei ollut vastavaihdettujen lakanoiden tuoksua. Jouduimme käyttämään omia mukanamme tuotuja pyyhkeitä vuoteiden päällä. Emme purkaneet tavaroitamme kaappeihin, koska pölyä oli kaikkialla. Myös keittiön kaapeissa oli pölyä sekä roskien ja pussien jäänteitä. En uskaltanut mennä suihkuun paljain jaloin, vaan ainoastaan tohveleilla. Arvioimme siisteyden arvosanalla 1/10

En pitänyt huoneistosta sen puutteellisen siivouksen vuoksi

Huoneisto oli likainen, pakastimessa oli likainen pesusieni, lattiassa veritahroja ja keittiönkaapista löytyi 8 pakettia viagraa. Lähdin pois aiemmin.

De ruimte was fijn. Ook Het gebruik van de parkeergarage , ook al waren de halletjes bij de toegangsdeuren heel vies.

De omgeving. Het appartement was niet schoon. Vloeren woonkamer en slaapkamer vies. Het appartement heeft onderhoud nodig. Keukenblad rand. Keukenkastje. Badkamerkastje helemaal afgebladderd. Vies sponsje op aanrecht. Geen andere. Voordeur bedrijfsnaam met ducktape aan de deur geplakt. Geen leuke binnenkomer.

Ägarna verkar inte bry sig i att fixa saker som gått sönder tidigare. En skåpdörr var slarvigt fasttejpad med silvertejp, en söndrig stol var gömd i en skrubb. Ok-knappen på tv;ns fjärkontroll fungerade inte. Instruktionerna för att hitta till parkeringen och för att hantera sopor var delvis felaktiga. Inget allvarligt, men många små saker som tyder på en likgiltighet från ägarna.

Prasītos nodrošinātu privātu auto stāvlaukumu. Divi krēsli pie galda bija ar vizuāliem bojājumiem, dīvāna virsma bija ar pleķīšiem. Gultas veļa... pēc saburzījuma liek domāt, ka nav pirmā svaiguma. Visā visumā laba vieta, lai pārlaistu atpūtu pirms došanās ceļojumā tālāk.

Asunnon sijainti oli loistava, autolla pääsi helposti paikalle ja metrolla sitten tutustumaan pääkaupunkiseudun ihmeisiin. Näköalat asunnosta olivat huikean hienot, sängyt olivat hyvät ja keittiössä pystyi valmistamaan ruokaa. Asunto on valoisa ja tilava.

Kylpyhuone kaipaa perusteellista pesua, verhot repsottavat, kalusteet ovat osittain kuluneita ja tahraisia ja esimerkiksi ruokapöydän tuolit ovat pelottavan huteria. Asunnossa oli aika kuuma.

Siisteys, huonekalut ei kovin laadukkaat. Kuiva ja pölyinen huoneilma.

The location of the appartement.

The apartment was spacious and reasonably priced, which we appreciated. However, it was not properly cleaned upon arrival. We found a fake nail under one of the beds, a cigarette butt under the couch, as well as dust, crumbs, and hair on the floor. The oven was very dirty, and several kitchen utensils still had food residue on them. During the week, we messaged the hostess to ask what we should do with the trash, but we never received a response. When our stay was coming to an end, she suddenly replied—only to accuse us of stealing a duvet and to inform us that we would be fined. This was very disappointing and left us with a negative overall impression of the stay.

Perusteellinen siivous pitäisi tehdä huolellisest, petivaatteet pestä extrahyvin hajusteettomilla aineilla, kylppärin pesuallas aivan tukossa, pikkuvalo/yövalo olisi tarpeellinen.

Asunto oli huonosti siivottu, lattiat likaiset ja keittiön tasot myös.Vaatis myös perusteellisen siivouksen koko asuntoon. Näytti ettei kylpyhuoneen kaapin päällystä olis koskaan pyhitty. Kahvinkeittimen pannu ilmeisesti vaihdettu joskus mutta liian pieni ei valuttanut kahvia muutenkuin vippaskonstilla. Tv:n normaalikanavat ei näkynyt ,antennijohto rikki. Mikron tehosäätö nuppi rikki, ei voinut säätää. Olohuoneen sohvapöytä "löysä" heilui joka suuntaan.

Olohuoneessa liian paljon sänkyjä, tilaa tuntui ahdas siinä kohta, mutta muuten oli kiva asunto. Kahvikeittimen kannu oli vääränlainen, kahvi tekeminen ei onnistunut.

The apartment was very spacious and exceeded our expectations. Some things looked like they had gotten a lot of use, but what do you expect from a guest apartment! Loved the central location, that allowed us to go shopping 24/7. Great view to the city, enjoyed the nighttime city lights.

Although I had exact instructions, I still had to search for the codes that were in different messages. I understand it was not common cause one code had been changed after I had received the information. The front door is really heavy.

The pillows used for sleeping on beds were awful, they should be changed. Whole family had similar experiences as it impacted our sleep. Please replace them with some good standard or decent pillows.

Spacious, comfortable, located near shops and transport. Everything we needed for a week stay. Washing machine was handy. Good view. Response from online reception was fast.

The self check in instructions were thorough, however the outside lock box was tricky to open.

The kitchen was fully equipped and there is a big supermarket right outside. The building is very secure with a code even for the elevador. It is very luminous and has blackout curtains.

The bathroom has no protection in the shower so there will be water everywhere after you use it (and there is no ventilador to help with humidity). The bedroom does not have any window openable (?), not sure how it is supposed to get air in and out. There is no parking spot, so you have to leave the car at the street (it is paid and there is a time-limit). The mattresses are not super clean (there are stains), but the linen were fresh. The host has very strict rules with a 9 page document, it’s kind of weird. You are even responsible to take the trash out and take the linen from the beds or you are warned about a fine LOL.

The apartment is located a bit out of the way, but that was exactly what we were looking for, so it suited us well. Free parking is a great advantage – you just need to notify the host in advance and make a reservation, which was very easy. There are grocery stores nearby, which made our stay convenient. Overall, it’s a perfect option for a short stopover in Helsinki, especially if you’re traveling by car.

Lady who was responsibly was very nice!! We came in the period when in Finland was very hot, so lady arranged for us air conditioner! Thank for that a lot!!!

In the picture it looked more new , than it was. And it wasn’t so clean… Under the couch ( when we moved to take a card which felt down ) it was very dirty!

Beautiful view, many shops nearby, spacious and well-furnished apartment.

The cleanliness was not up to our expectations. The bathroom needs a deep cleaning. The towels are hard and don't smell clean. There was also dirt inside on the windows, which was visible after removing the curtains.

Public transport is excellent from this place but it recommended more detailed information for foreign tourists to be more convient journey. The great look from window. The great place - near many shops.

about parking - there were some problems and with our opened mind it could be solved. Also there was problem with functioning oven. The microwave oven did not work at the same time.

Windows were nice but were not clean. There was no wifi, and the washing mashine did not work properly. also, there is no good air in the apartment as you can't open the windows.

Everything is pretty good, we stay with kids one night, lot of space in rooms and have all equipment what you need for staying.

There was nothing to mention

The apartment was as pictured, great views and the beds were comfortable. Walking distance from shops and metro station. A couple doors had been damaged, but it was clean enough for a pleasant stay. Excellent value for money. Getting to and from the apartment is easy with the key and door code.

The drain in the main bathroom was clogged and smelt bad. Also, the shower makes a high-pitched loud noise when being used. Kitchen is equipped with a few things, but is missing some essentials. For example, a couple of knives and mixing bowls more would have made cooking easier.

The host fixed the broken sofa the second day I stayed in the apartment. There is a shopping mall nearby, and the metro station too.

Big, nice, clean apartment on 13th floor, with nice view. Near (5 min walk) the big Itis shopping mall. The subway is also there, 15-20 min travel to the city centre. Helsinki is really nice. Easy to get around by public transport. 24h day card very easy, you can also use it for the ferry to Suomenlinna (from Old Port market square). Nice apartment to stay in helsinki!

Parking the car was very difficult! Everywhere around the apartment is parking space, but only up to 3 hours (sometimes little longer). We mailed the hosts for advise but unfortunately we did not get a reply from them (maybe the email didn't work, but we did not have their telephone number). Eventually we ended up parking in the EuroPark parking near Liikuntamylly, where you can park for 8 euro/24 h. 1 underground stop away (Myllypuro), it worked out fine. There are only 2 small ventilation panels to open for fresh air. Because of the big windows it got a bit hot in the apartment.

Amazing views, apartment was clean, modern and fairly well equipped. Access to 24h shopping and metro are excellent. Responsive staff.

The immediate neighborhood is not very pleasant - while the shopping center next door is 24h and convenient, the plaza on which the apartment building sits (and its buildings) are decrepit. If you’re not familiar with Helsinki, just be aware that this is NOT typical Helsinki and one of the less pleasant neighborhoods, although compared to most countries it’s still pretty safe. We stayed with kids and walking in the area was ok — just not the nicest.

The view was amazing. The curtains darkened the room well. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Enough detergent for washing dishes in the dishwasher and laundry detergent. Great washer dryer. The beds were very comfortable, the room was not too hot.

There were drunk people in the vicinity, over which the host has no control.

It is at very convenient location...close to ITIS and metro station....when we reached there, a bit confusing as a new person...but all instructions were in advance...following them very easy-to-use...thanks for making our stay good...

No name on the building ...we were going around the building 3 times...and don't know where to park our car...but later manage...some people were saying it is sleepwell apartments...
