علي منحدر قوي لا يوافق السواقين للتوصيل الي المكان احطاء عند الطاقم فلايعرفون كم عدد الزوار القادمون ولا يعرفون وقت المغادرة فيقلقون الزبائن. لا يتم التسكين فور الوصول فعليك الانتظار وهذا غير مريح. بالنسبه لي انا لا ارغب في تكرار التجربه وربما يكون مريحا للاخرين. الطاقم غير معني باي مشكله وربما كل دة السلبيات يحصل عن غير قصد. مفيش غلايه كهربائيه كاتر للشاي

There was nothing to like.

The property was in a kind of empty area with a lot of street dogs outside. There was almost no people outside, so it felt unsafe. Actually I was refused entry, so I didn't stay there. The property manager told me rudely on the phone, when I just had arrived and was outside the problem, that he refused because my male friend was Egyptian. This didn't make sense, since this is a flat, not hotel. I was very disappointed and I felt mistreated and exposed to harassment. I then left and booked another apartment somewhere else in the city, and I had no problems with that. This property doesn't deserve to be on Booking.com in my opinion. The behaviour of the property manager was completely unacceptable.

I liked the size of the accommodation and Abraham was very helpful

I didn't like the confusion about how much I had to pay. I had asked to pay in euros and was given a price however when I arrived the price had gone up and only I had proof of the money owed I would have either had to pay that amount or feel awkward saying "no it's this amount".

Это полноценная двухкомнатная квартира, 4 человека легко поместятся. Находится в старом городе, там относительно не шумно по сравнению с центром. Для Египта я бы даже сказал - спокойно. Квартира чистая, подъезд чистый, постельное бельё чистое, но посуда почему-то грязная. Ее необходимо обновить. И душевую можно подремонтировать, бывают перебои с водой. Специфический запах также присутствует (может это и норма, незнаю как объяснить), но в Египте это частое явление. Владелец был всегда на связи, помогает, подсказывает. До пляжа метров 500, пляж платный 200-300 рублей. До большого супермаркета 10 минут пешком, там же можно и деньги обменять. Прямо возле дома маленький магазинчик, допоздна работает. Во дворе бывают собаки, они вроде спокойные)

The owner is very helpful and the room is pretty large, I love the balcony the view is good and also you can dry cloth. And also I love the living room and sofa and kitchen and all the Stuff they offer. By the way the WiFi here is the most fast WiFi I ever have in Egypt.

Ich war hier für Sonne, Strand und eigenes Zimmer. Ich habe kein Problem, wenn etwas nicht europäisch ist. Preis/Leistung super. Sehr nah zum Strand Einige Europäer wohnen im Haus.(Deutsch)

Уже не первый раз останавливаюсь здесь. Проблемы те же. Не хватает элементарных мелочей: соль, перец. Я сам купил соль, масло, кофе, всё оставил для будущих гостей. В ванной комнате нет мыла. На кухне нет полотенца. Посуда на кухне вся старая и малопригодна для использования. Кухонные шкафы разваливаются и забиты всяким старым и ненужным хламом, зачем столько кастрюль в одной квартире? Фото прилагаю. Нужна одна хорошая сковородка и одна кастрюля.

Booking üzerinden belirtilen fiyattan yüksek fiyat verdim. Anahtarı getiren şahıs 100EGP vergi bahanesiyle ekstra para aldı. Banyo pis ve sabun yoktu. Çarşaflar daha önce kullanılmıştı. Mutfak gereçleri kirliydi.

Уютные апартаменты в тихом месте недалеко от моря. В квартире очень чисто, хорошая бытовая техника, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания на длительный срок, очень хороший wi-fi. Хозяин всегда на связи по всем вопросам. Рядом много магазинов, ресторанов и торговый центр. Спасибо за гостеприимство, все понравилось, рекомендую!

Our experience at this apartment was extremely disappointing, and we definitely would not recommend it to anyone. 1. The pictures shown by the owner were completely fake and did not reflect the real condition of the apartment. 2. The location was unsafe — the street was dark and felt dangerous, especially at night. 3. The flat is not suitable for couples at all; it might be more appropriate for a large family, but even then, the conditions are unacceptable. 4. The building itself was damaged, and the furniture was very old and worn out. 5. There were insects in almost every corner, especially bed bugs, which made it impossible to stay comfortably. 6. Although the pictures showed a washing machine, there wasn’t one in reality. 7. The tap water was dark brown, unfit for human use, and sometimes stopped completely. 8. The cupboard was full of garbage, old items, and even a big bottle of extinguisher stored inside. 9. The lighting was very weak, making the whole place look even more depressing and tiring for the eyes. 10. There were many cameras inside and outside the flat, and we even suspected there might be hidden cameras. Because of all these problems, we decided to leave the apartment on the first day and did not stay for a second night. We contacted the owner however he took the money for that first night. Overall, the experience was terrible and nothing like what was promised. I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

The flat is very big, clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet neighbourhood. Mohamed is very friendly and always ready to help. He also offers tours and pick-ups in different locations.

Spacious apartment with everything you need including balcony. Good value for money at a nice location, not too much in the hustle of town. But the highlight was definitely the host who went above and beyond for us, organizing our trips and driving us to where we wanted to go or picking us up after the restaurant. I'd definitely stay here again. Also loved the little garden to sit and relax.

The water pressure was not too great but showering was still no issue.

مكان الاقامه هذا أسوء مكان إقامه نزلت به ع الأطلاق أولا وصلت في ميعادي ولم يتم تسكيني الا بعد ساعتين من وصولي وتم تسكيني في مكان اقامه غير المتعاقد عليه لمده ليله ثم انتقلت الى مكان الاقامه الرئيسي ونسيت شيئا في مكان الاقامه الاول ولم استرده الا قبل مغادرتي وكانوا يريدون ان يسرقوه ومكان الاقامه الرئيسي لم يكن جيدا كان التكييف لا يعمل بشكل جيد وكان هناك اشياء ناقصه في الشقه كانت تجربه سيئه للغايه ولن تتكرر أبدا

Quite affordable and located close to a beach. The property is a regular house converted to a short-term rental with all its trappings.

One has to reach the owner by phone to inform him to collect the keys upon arrival; this is not clear in the initial communication. The area is infested with stray dogs and a short stretch next to the guest house is unlit. It does not entirely feel safe to walk over. The water flowing from the pipes was visibly dirty. Not all the lights worked.

The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. Staff was welcoming. It was great staying in an ordinary neighborhood in Hurghada away from the hectic tourist areas and this is perfect for anyone who is not keen on resort hotels. There was a nice family beach nearby, too and numerous cafes.

I just hope the number of apartments like this stays limited to not drive up rent prices and push out locals.

Nice host willing to help, location is great but keep in mind that local beaches have shallow sea, regular (not touristic) shops nearby.

The apartment was great, the owner was very helpful. He picked us at 4 AM from the bus stop, gave us a lot of information about the property surrounding and available activities and helped us a lot with a few problems we faced during our stay We were also very pleased with the diving experience that we booked with Mohammad. I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks a lot!

The location was perfect for me. Close to the diving center, markets and for those who like, the beach. The owner is really helpful and responding. The apartment is pretty big. And the kitchen well equipped.

No washing machine (the owner did my laundry for free but I personally like do it myself). A lot of little things were broken or not in the good shape.

The appartment was very nice and great value for money. Mohmed was the perfect host and we would highly recommend this place to friends.

We stayed for 5 nights in Mohamed's apartment, which was very clean and good value. Perfect location to greenish-blueish amazing beaches - just 2 minutes waling (from 50-100 pounds entrance) and affordable restaurants. Also very close to Bazar where you can find everything. The area is very quiet, with cheap supermarket and local restaurants where they don't push products on you. With very cheap Uber we reached more popular places in Hurghada but more expensive for restaurants and more crowded. Mohamed was very friendly and accommodated us with everything we wanted. He recommended some good places around the apartment which were handy to know, and he picked us from the bus station when we arrived later than expected because the bus was delayed! The apartment was equipped with everything, we even cooked some meals and washed some clothes. The hot water pressure was fine and non stop because we had a boiler. The apartment had a living room and a bedroom, and also a nice terrace with plants and small palm trees to relax in for coffee or drinks!

The apartment is near downtown and all facilities It's only 5 mins walking from the main road and the Beach 10 mins walking to hurgada City center

It's not super clean Not gd towels there It's horrible location especially at night strating from 7 pm cuz the apartment at the end of the street and have private gate so u will feel ur staying at the top of desert only that's the big weakness point

Mohamed is a very courteous and knowledgeable gentleman. He helped us with taxis, changing money, trips etc Our apartment was comfortable and clean. It was a nice, quiet base to explore nearby beaches and within walking distance of the market. Nice places to get a drink or food just down the road on the sea front too.

Booked 90m2 nice apartment, got 75m2 very shady dark, delapidated old apartment which was filled with old furniture. All windows were covered so that you do not see outside. Windows from the outside filled with dirt from last 5 years. There was a TV but not to watch TV. There is Internet if one was told that there is a hidden network and what its name is. Owner only interested in selling his overpriced tours. Better to go elsewhere.

It is very basic accommodation but it is what you expect for the price. Probably one or 2 star accommodation. It is set back from the main road and quite dirty on the roads.

the apartment is very nice, clean and in a good location. The owner welcomed us and showed us around, he was very friendly and helpful. My girlfriend forgot her earrings there and when we texted him a few days later he responded very nicely and we were able to get them back.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very relaxed to have an appartment and the environment was authentic and quiet. Also it worked very well to communicate over whatsapp with the owner and he arranged a trip for us for diving and snorkeling.

The host Mohamed was very friendly and he gave us some tips of what to visit around, he also has his agency so he proposes some excursions. The flat is very big and well located in a very quiet area of Hurghada

We stayed for 3 night in Porto Hill, we felt super confortable and the place was very quiet. The rooms, kitchen and bathroom were very clean and had all the services to cook yourself and living. The WiFi was working very well and we felt like at home. Mohamed was super heplfull everytime we needed something. We recomend It at all.we Will return back here for sure.

Mohamed has made us feel at home, the location is fantastic and the neighborhood is very cozy, the house has all the comforts and Mohamed helps you with anything you may need, I recommend it and I would come back again!!!

We got what we were looking for. Everything was fine - very friendly host and other tenants in the building, quite and clean, with a garden to sit in the evening. When we had a question or if we need something Mohamed was helping us immediately. Beaches are around (2 min by walk) - e.g. Star Beach with 30 Pound and Sea Horse beach for 100 Pound entrance. We walked to the Souk market in 15 min (with a car maybe 5-7 mm), Carrefour for food or household goods in City Center in 10 min, small shops in 1 min. We come back for sure! And next time we book more nights. Also the tours we booked with him were amazing - diving in Hurghada, sightseeing in Cairo like the Pyramids, Sakara and Khan el-Khalili. Thank you!!

This was just what I needed for my short stay in Hurghada! The host was very hospitable and I felt very welcomed! I wish I could've stayed longer! I'll be sure to stay here again and I highly recommend it!

Property has fully equipped kitchen and so we were able to cook some fresh food. Nice big open lounge to relax in and we were able to wash our clothes in the washing machine! Great location, close to the centre and beach. Great communication with the host who was very helpful and made our stay amazing! He organised our onwards trip to Luxor and Aswan with all the sites and activities we wanted to do. Thank you Mohammed!
