Sahibi çok güzel karşıladı ve ilgilendi. Tüm isteklerimi karşiladı. Bútceye ĝöre çok tavsiye ederim. Lokasyonda iyidi

Sayed l'hôte est une personne très gentille ! Le lit est confortable et l'appartement est assez propre ! Très bon rapport qualité prix si vous voulez économiser de l'argent !

Le wifi est quasi inexistant dans la chambre car le routeur est de l'autre coté de l'appartement donc c'est impossible de profiter d'internet dans les chambres ce qui est un gros problème. La douche n'est pas très pratique et l'eau est souvent coupé durant les journées (bien que ce ne soit pas du tout de la faute de Sayed). Cuisine un peu sale et équipements vieux donc je n'ai pas cuisiné. L'emplacement n'est pas optimal car situé dans un coin de Hurghada peu intéressant (les uber ne coutent pas cher et vous permettent d'accéder au reste de la ville sans souci). Si le probleme de wifi est réglé j'aurais mis 7/10 ! Mais vu que je devais travailler sur mon ordinateur ca a été très embêtant

Really good value for money if it’s just for a night or two. Good communication with the host. Apartment was ok. They picked us up from the airport, and let us check in early to sleep which was appreciated.

Didn’t get dropped off at the correct address as show on booking, so when trying to return to the apartment we got lost and had to go to the hosts shop to find the place. Flies in the room, bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen wasn’t very clean. No towels or soap so bring your own.

Området var svårt för Ubern att hitta. Väl framme möts vi av att utanför byggnaden gick lösa hundar. sopkontainer står ,men Skräp och sopor placerad på marken. Ett jättestort hål grävd i marken precis utanför byggnaden. Väl inne i lägenheten är det två sovrum och vardagsrum , toa och kök. Vi fick tillgång till det ena sovrummet, sängkläderna var ofräscha, rummet är fyllt med damm, golvet är fläckigt. ingen vattenkokare/kaffeapparat finns som nämns. Rummet är inte det samma som på bilden. Toaletten saknar hygienartiklar så som toapapper och tvål, den är inte ren, vi kunde inte använda den fast vi behövde tvätta oss och besöka toaletten, toan är inte samma som på bilden. I köket är allting trasigt spisen är helt kaput, ostadig och rör sig nästan så den ramlar ihop och den är smutsig/fettfläckar , vi bad värden att visa oss hur vi skulle starta den vilket tog honom länge att försöka starta den. köksskåpen sitter lösa, enligt värden så skulle nån komma och fixa de någon gång. golvet är smutsigt överallt så man inte vill gå utan skor. vardagsrummet är inte samma visas på bild. Enligt värden ville vi ha tillgång till annan bättre lägenhet så skulle vi kunna få en annan men till högre pris. (den andra lägenheten måste vara den som visas på bilder här på booking hemsida). När vi frågade efter rena handdukar och toapapper samt tvål så gick han och hämtade handduk, medan det andra skulle vi gå köpa själva dagen på morgonen. Vi stannade på rummet i ca 3 timmar och jag som är dammallergiker fick ett allergiskreaktion under natten. Vi tog vårt pack och lämnade lägenheten för att leta efter ett ställe att checka in på !! Falsk marknadsföring att visa en lägenhet medan man får checka in i en helt annan!!! Ett minus och minskad förtroende för Booking. Tyvärr gick det inte att ladda upp video inspelningar som visar bristerna på. Lägenheten. Får återkomma med de via eventuellt mejl till Booking!

Close to beautiful beaches, quite.

On my first day, I arrived late at night. The staff were kind enough to accept my late check-in, but I was shocked to find a very filthy bathroom, clearly left in an unacceptable state by a previous male guest. I was trying to figure out how to answer the call of nature under these circumstances The next day, I contacted the owner to address the issue and requested a refund for the coming night's stay so I could leave and find another stay. Unfortunately, he refused to take any responsibility, dismissing my concerns by saying it was "only a $7 room." Insisted that none of it was his problem. Later, he made a remark about Turkish customers, as myself, saying they always make problems. Later in the afternoon, he offered to transfer me to a better apartment, which turned out to be way better. And he was kind enough to send his nephew to help me locate the apartment

nice flat ! near the beach, markets, atm even though is a share flat, you really feel like you have your intimacy. The owners come every day to clean and ask you if you need anything. We loved our time there!

Exceptionally quick response to any and all issues while staying at the flat, which we greatly appreciated. The location is also excellent considering the price. The owner of the apartment is very friendly and helpful.

The host Sayed was always available, for example when the lock was stuck he came 5 min later to open the door and then about an hour later the entire lock was changed and we were given new keys. The room was clean and the apartment looks just like shown in the photos.

The windows do not block any sound, there is no rubber/isolation so you will hear everything from outside.

Check-in was very complicated (we had problems finding accommodation and even though it is in the information that arrival is possible from 0:00 to 00:00, it was a problem. Sometimes we had problems with wifi.

This place is really p/p (price/performance). I really enjoyed there. There's minibus on the road so you don't need to use taxi everytime to go city center. Thanks to Sayed for everything:))

The locals are very friendly. The landlord is such a great guy. So helpful and friendly. I travelled with my daughter and knew I felt very safe. The local beach is a 2 minute walk and local shops also. Anything you needed the landlord would quickly accommodate. Good internet.

Great host, very friendly, hospitable and always look after his guests. Centrally located budget accommodation not far from beach and town centre, walkable distance. I really enjoyed my stay and hopefully will stay again. Highly recommended for budget travellers.

The location is near some diving centers, that's all.

The owner will appear at any hour without telling you and start shouting and turning lights on to tell the new guests how everything "works". The washing machine doesn't work, the air conditioner makes noise, the cleaning personal stays in the flat talking with the phone.

Whole 2-bedrooms appartment for that price was excellent. The owner was very nice.

The apartment is really nice and clean. You have everything to live there in this apartment and the area is quiet. It's also close to markets and caffees. The owner is helpful if any problem. But I didn't have any. I will come back to this place everytime I'm traveling to Hurghada.
