Sauber, gemütlich und eine großartige Lage. Man ist mitten drin - Restaurants, Geschäfte, Supermarkt - alles fußläufig erreichbar. Deshalb abends/nachts etwas laut. Für uns aber kein Problem! Auch der "Strand" ist direkt um die Ecke mit sehr klarem Wasser. Zu beachten ist, dass es kein Sandstrand ist sondern Felsen! Wasserschuhe mitnehmen-auch für andere Meerzugänge in Monopoli. Der Ausblick vom (Mini) Balkon ist wunderschön (keine Sitzmöglichkeit). In der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht. Das Bad ist mit ausreichend Handtüchern, Bademantel🤩, Duschgel und Shampoo ausgestattet.

The location is perfect. The views from the balcony and terrace are stunning. The beach towels and chairs were great to have. The contact with the owner was very clear and helpful.

Fantastisk udsigt og perfekt beliggenhed i “Old town” i Monopoli, som er det mest charmerende og hyggeligste område i Monopoli. Mange restauranter og barer og god stemning om aftenen. Værten var hjælpsom og svarede tilbage hurtigt. Du modtager en sms med praktisk information og kode til nøgleboks på ankomstdagen.

Stejle trapper. Mindre kuffert er en fordel. Låsen er lidt vanskelig at åbne både på hoveddøren og døren til lejligheden. Meget lille altan (man kan ikke sidde 2 personer derude). Sengen er hård og puder ikke de bedste. Problemer med vand tryg og varmt vand (vi kunne ikke tage bad 2 personer lige efter hinanden. Der var ikke varmt vand nok til bad nr. 2). Korrekt som mange skriver, at der er en lugt fra wc som varierer i løbet af dagen, men hvis man kan have åben altan dør, så generer det ikke meget. Kun ét stort dobbelt lagen at sove (vi havde foretrukket at der var et lagen til hvert person). Kunne være en fordel med flere knager til tøj i lejligheden og at tøj stang til bøjler i skabet blev flyttet ned i normal højde (i stedet for at den hænger i loftshøjde).

There is stairs but worth it get the views and getting fit.

The location and views were amazing. The property was beautiful and clean, had great a/c, block out shutters and our host Maria Teresa was so lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. There were chairs and umbrella we could use for the beach. It had a fully equipped kitchen. Will definitely stay here again on our return.

I would advise you pack light as there are three flights of stairs that are narrow. We had a large suitcase and it was tight but still so worth it.

Sympathiek compact appartementje met instant vakantiegevoel en mooi uitzicht op de zee ! De ligging was TOP in Monopoli ! Er was een praktisch keukentje om een klein hapje te bereiden. Leuk gedeeld dakterrasje.

The ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed all the facilities in the apartment. It is so close to restaurants and bars, tourist attractions and the sea. We walked the streets and loved the feel of the area.

La vue sue la mer époustouflante ! L’emplacement: idéalement situé dans le Centre Historique.

L’accessibilité : difficile de se rapprocher en véhicule près de l’appartement. L’odeur d’égout présente dans l’appartement, dommage … pas de note spéciale au personnel nous n’avons vu personne ni à l’accueil, ni au départ, contact téléphonique uniquement. Peu de rangement et penderie inaccessible..à 1,70/1,80 m et donc non utilisée.

Leilighet i 3.etg med utsikt til sjøen. En takterasse vi kunne bruke. Personalet traff vi ikke, men hun skrev en del før vi ankom, og svarte fort hvis vi hadde spørsmål.

Die Ferienwohnung Casa San Vito liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Monopoli – besser geht es kaum. Die Dachterrasse und der Blick vom Balkon sind wirklich einzigartig. Bei der Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Maria Teresa über Booking und WhatsApp lief jederzeit einwandfrei, ebenso Ein- und Auschecken. Auch bei kühlerem Wetter war die Wohnung angenehm warm.

Die Treppe ist recht eng und steil – typisch für historische Gebäude, aber mit großen Koffern etwas herausfordernd. Der Weg vom Parkplatz ist relativ weit. Beides wird durch die tolle Lage relativiert.

The apartment was fantastic. We loved the seaview from the balcony and especially the use of the roof top terrace. A great location in the old town close to cafes and restaurants. Maria Theresa was very helpful and quick to respond to requests.

Having to carry suitcases up 3 flights of stairs! But the roof top terrace made up for that (said the husband!) You would not get a LARGE suitcase up the stairs!

La pulizia e la posizione sono elementi positivi

L'atteggiamento dello staff non molto cordiale( si una componente dello staff) le scale per raggiungere l'appartamento alquanto complesse con un bagaglio ma soprattutto la puzza di fogna ed il rumore assordante della caldaia durante la notte. Una notte 110 euro ... Per sentire puzza e fogna e non dormire per la caldaia... onestamente non lo trovo un prezzo onesto.

La vue incroyable, la déco et l'aménagement exceptionnels de l appartement qui malgré sa modeste taille est parfait 🙏. C'est je crois le plus beau, pour moi, dans lequel j'ai séjourné. Pour la première fois nous n'avons pas envie de le quitter.

Fantasztikus kilátás, jó elhelyezkedés, nagyon tiszta. Egyszerű bejutás. Maria Terezia nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A fűtést is bekapcsolta, mire oda értünk, nagyon jól esett. Csodás panoráma a tető teraszról.

Csodálatos élmény volt a tenger látványára ébredni. A szálláson minden volt amire csak szükség lehet. Ugyan mi szezonon kívül voltunk de szezonban is szívesen foglalnánk itt. A szállás makulátlanul tiszta volt.

Me gusto todo!! Excelente ubicación, tal cual las fotos!! Maria Teresa fue explendida, la azotea no defraudo para disfrutar de las vistas !! Y si bien es cierto que las escaleras son estrechas..... nosotros como tenias mochilas grandes ( bagpack) no tuvimos inconvenientes en subir o bajar... las vistas y comodidad lo valieron!!

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, le scale strette per arrivare al 3 piano.

Hébergement de charme, bien situé et bien équipé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Ideale .miejsce na nocleg w Monopoli na starym mieście. Piękny widok z balkonu , dodatkowo dostęp do wspaniałego tarasu. Dobry kontakt z właścicielką, bardzo pomocna osoba, poleciła.nam restauracje AL Vicoletto gdzie można zjeść pyszne owoce morza i makarony.. Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone, czyste i wygodne.

Excelente vista, pleno centro, hermoso lugar!!

Lo más destacable de nuestra estadía fue, en primer lugar, la amabilidad del personal a cargo, siempre atentos y cordiales. También merece una mención especial la hermosa vista que ofrece el departamento, tanto desde su interior como desde la terraza. Un detalle muy positivo es que ponen a disposición de los huéspedes una sombrilla con dos reposeras de uso gratuito, lo cual resulta muy práctico.

Como aspectos negativos, en nuestro caso el departamento se encontraba en el cuarto piso, al que solo se accede por una escalera muy angosta, lo que hace bastante incómodo subir el equipaje. Durante toda la estadía hubo un olor intenso a cloaca que, por momentos, hacía difícil permanecer dentro. La puerta de entrada no cierra correctamente y es complicada de trabar con llave. La ducha tiene un caudal de agua muy reducido y sin presión, lo que afecta la comodidad. En nuestro caso el aire acondicionado no funcionó el primer día, aunque a partir del segundo sí lo hizo sin inconvenientes.

De accommodatie was top, mooi ingericht, schoon en midden in het centrum.

Wij hadden de accommodatie op de bovenste verdieping, de trappen op met de koffers viel even tegen.

A most beautiful apartment perfectly located in Monopoli old town, close to restaurants and shops, with a stunning ocean view. The owners attention to detail was much appreciated - beach chairs and umbrellas and beach towels too.

En plein centre historique, donc difficile d'accès et peu de renseignement pour savoir où se garer. L'accueil se fait par message Wattsapp, ce qui le rent beaucoup moins chaleureux. Rien à dire sur l'appartement, propre avec tout le confort

Franca and Maria Theresa were wonderful and welcoming to us. It was so nice of them to allow us to check in early on the day of our arrival. The interior design was top notch and efficient. The view and location was spectacular. Close to everything in old town Monopli. The roof top deck was a great suprise.

The location was incredible and the view was also amazing

The stairs were incredibly difficult to bring bags up, the AC was only okay, wasn't as strong as I would like. The flat smelled incredibly badly the entire time of sewage so we left early. Overall I absolutely would not stay again due to the smell and the stairs. I would stay somewhere else in honesty until they can fix the bad smell

Door was a bit hard to lock and yes, there was a smell but it really didn’t impact us.

Lovely apartment with cooking facilities if you wish to use them. Wonderful seas and comfortable beds and lovely hot showers and a bath tub. The host was amazing and went above and beyond for us cannot recommend it enough.

Great location with a beautiful view from the bedroom. Rooftop terrace also has a great view. We loved our stay in the unit and Monopoli!

As others have noted, the stairs are challenging. Being an old building they were narrow, without hand rails at times and steps were irregular heights. Even in good shape, fitting a 20kg medium sized suit case wasn't the easiest but doable. If you're older or travel with large luggage, be warned if this is a good fit for you.

The location was fantastic in the centre of the old down in a beautiful street. The view from the balcony and roof terrace was lovely and the perfect place for breakfast and an evening glass of wine. Communication with Maria Theresa was excellent and check in and out was smooth. A lovely stay!

Only 2 bath towels for a 5 night stay was not enough - only a minor complaint which did not spoil our stay!

The room has a great view overlooking the water and is location is excellent in the old town - within walking distance to the beach/swimming areas and various bars, cafes and restaurants. The room has access to a rooftop terrace - good for sunset drinks. Communication with the host was excellent - no issues and very helpful. We had a car and the host helped us with directing where it was best to park and walk into the old city (very easy flat walk - 10 mins). We loved our stay in Monopoli.

A couple of extra pillows on the bed would have been great. The shower head was not working the best. As with most old buildings the apartment is a walk up a narrow set of stairs.; just to be aware of if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage.

Super narrow staircase to get up to the room so quite challenging with big suitcases. The room also developed a weird smell while we were there - I suspect an air conditioning issue

Loved the location and view. Monopoli is a beautiful place and staying in the old town is a must. Also the helpfulness of the owner Marie who was so ready to help .

The location is perfect on the cutest street with a gorgeous sea view. Communication with the host before and during was excellent.

The stairs are steep and narrow, this was not an issue for us but good to know for those less mobile.

It would be nice to put some light on the upper room's corridor, its a bit dangerous. I would not recommend upper rooms for older people because of many small steps..

The location is great.

However they charge you with a late check in fee which booking.com are not aware of. Nothing about this in confirmation and they told me the day before I arrived. They charged me 70 pounds on arrival for late check in. The booking does not tell you about additional expenses, so was a surprise. I paid reluctantly as I was lone female traveller. I got in touch with booking.com upon return. They haven’t refunded and refused to help.

The layout was very functional. We loved the rooftop terrace. The apartment was immaculately kept. MT, our contact was thoughtful, responsive, and thorough.

The stairs are a challenge and not for anyone who is not fairly fit and has good balance. For most of us the effort is well worth the lovely place and the views.
