Santa Maria 24 was a fantastic experience from the moment we were pick up with Rocco in their little blue car from Monopoli train station to our spacious room, breakfast each morning and romantic dinner was wonderful and their staff are exceptional with personal help from storage of bags and organising trusted Taxi services.

Nothing 🤗 we throughly enjoyed our stay and would loved to have stayed longer.

The property has a great location right next to the sea. The staff were extremely helpful. Arriving in their gorgeous CV2 was a wonderful experience.

Lots of stairs as there is no lift.

The property was great and the management and staff were the best in the business. My daughter needed medical help and management personally drove us to a doctor to be seen. They make sure your rooms are to your liking, meals taste good and cleanliness is of most importance. I would 100% stay here again.!

If I had to be critical of one thing, was that if you have a rental car their parking garage is offsite and about a 13 min walk. Not ideal when you’re making day trips.

This property was absolutely magical. From the moment we arrived and were picked up in the cutest little vintage Citroën, everything felt special. We arrived after hours, when the historic center was already closed to traffic, and the wonderful receptionist actually met us at the port and helped us get settled. Don’t be intimidated by the idea of staying in the historic center—it was incredibly easy to access, and everything we needed was right there. And don’t skip dinner at the hotel restaurant! One of our favorite dinners of the entire trip was right there. Breakfast was just as amazing—and definitely not what you think of when you hear “continental breakfast.” The variety and number of options were almost overwhelming, in the best possible way. The location, the hospitality, the food, and the entire experience were unforgettable. We will absolutely stay here again next time and will be recommending it to all of our family and friends.

Fabulous location with amazing views in the centre of the old town. Really friendly and accommodating staff. Great restaurants and shops all within 1 min of the hotel. Gorgeous buffet breakfast in the most beautiful location. Really well stocked room and kitchenette. Great terrace on roof for sunbathing or relaxing.

Would have liked to be able to go out on the balcony but this is not possible. There was a lovely terrace area on the roof that staff were more than helpful with.

Being picked up by Rocco at the train station in the fancy car was so cool. Convenience to old town and water sites. Breakfast was always a great way to start our day.

Breakfast and location. But it is not worth how uncomfortable you will be.

We booked a room with a terrace, but the room had a French balcony. Meaning it had zero floor space, it is just a huge window. This is in my opinion fraudulent advertisement as a terrace by definition means it has an area with floor space. The most outrage’s part about this stay however is the air condition situation. One very important thing to know, guests can not regulate the temperature of the AC in their own rooms, this can only be done from the reception is staffed from 08.00 - 23.00. If you need your AC temperatures adjusted outside of these hours, too bad, nothing can be done about it. The AC they have can barely be called more than a fan, it was so bad we needed to have a giant floor fan in addition and still our room was at times completely unbearable. We asked repeatedly to have someone have a look at our AC because we thought it had to be broken. Even at the lowest temperature, 16 degrees, the room was nowhere close to comfortable. Instead, the hotel TURNED UP our AC to 18 degrees while we were out to dinner, despite our numerous complaints about the temperature. We only figured it out at 23.20 when we came home from dinner, and since the AC could not be adjusted from our rooms there was not a damn thing we could do about it. We slept 3,5 hours that night and when we called the reception at 8 in the morning when they opened up, they could see that our room held 24 degrees while the AC said 18 degrees. Wanna guess what they tried to offer us as compensation for all of this? A god damn drink voucher for the bar!! The audacity of that place was insane.

Nossa estada durou 5 incríveis noites! O quarto era todo reformado, grande, amplo e fresco. Camas boas e excelente ar condicionado para enfrentar o verão europeu. A localização era fantástica: em frente ao mar (embora não tenha faixa de praia) e no centro histórico, perto de todas as atrações e restaurantes. O hotel oferece um charmoso transfer de/para o estacionamento que fica fora do centro histórico. O café da manhã é farto e com produtos de excelente qualidade. Jantamos no restaurante do hotel que dispõe de mesas externas em uma agradável mini praça. Ótima comida. Amamos e voltaríamos.

A cama, embora muito boa, era firme e prefiro camas mais macias.

El apartamento es muy amplio, cómodo y cuenta con unas vistas magníficas al mar. Además, su ubicación es perfecta, justo al lado del casco antiguo e ideal para pasear y perderte por sus calles. El desayuno es estupendo, muy rico, variado y excelentemente atendido. Pero lo que verdaderamente marca la diferencia es la atención, ya que están muy pendientes de todo. El servicio es de diez: te recogen y te llevan de vuelta con el equipaje en un coche antiguo. Como detalle definitivo de su amabilidad y hospitalidad, teníamos una boda allí y nos llevaron en el vehículo hasta la catedral. Han sido súper atentos y serviciales en todo momento. ¡Un alojamiento absolutamente recomendable al que volveríamos sin dudarlo!

Great location, warm and friendly staff.

The experience was amazing from the start, they picked us up at the garage on a Citroen 2CV, which was such a fun, unique and memorable way to enter the centro storico. We LOVED the breakfast, the variety, quality and service were exceptional. We would happily stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Monopoli.

We loved our stay here, our only regret is that we wish we could have stayed longer! We took a train from Bari to Monopoli and were picked up by the hotel staff at the station. It was great to get picked up with our luggage, it made the whole process hassle free for us. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. There's also a nice breakfast every morning. We were traveling from Monopoli to Alberobello on Easter Day and the hotel was able to arrange a car for us. Overall, the room, location and staff were all exceptional. I hope we can come back some day!

This is a wonderful quirky hotel in the heart of the old town close to all the main points of interest especially the port. The staff were all very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Our room was spacious and comfortable overlooking the square where the hotel had its restaurant every night. We parked our car in the garage off site and transferred to the hotel in their 2CV

Tive uma dificuldade com a temperatura do quarto, pois o ar condicionado é central e a partir de determinado horário não havia quem pudesse ajustar para uma temperatura mais alta. Nada que comprometesse, mas pode ser corrigido.

Bizi geç check in yapmamıza rağmen mağdur etmeyip arabayla aldılar. Çalışanların hepsi çok yardımcı oldu ve çok güleryüzlüydü. Kahvaltısı mükemmeldi. Gördüğüm en iyi otel kahvaltısıydı. Restoranında canlı müzik eşliğinde yemek yemek çok güzel bir deneyimdi. Herkes ve her şey çok profesyoneldi. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum ve bir daha monopoli ye gidersem kesinlikle aynı yerde kalacağım.

Our stay at N 24 was wonderful. The room was clean and quiet despite being street level on a fairly trafficked footpath. The room was spacious and incredibly clean, with a comfortable bed and powerful air conditioning. The breakfast was my favorite part - a truly generous and diverse spread!!! The staff were wonderful, helpful and courteous. Francesco especially!! We also really appreciated the rides from and to the train station, even early in the morning. Thank you so much!

The room became damp during our second day, not sure if it was due to showering a few times or the ocean air from the window being open but the tile floor got slippery and sheets felt damp on day 2 and never dried out. This made it harder to be comfortable at night.

L’emplacement est parfait, près de la mer dans une petite rue charmante. On nous a proposé un parking privé à 30€ où l’on est venu nous chercher à l’heure qu’on voulait. Accueil exceptionnel !

All of the staff at reception and the wonderful restaurant (breakfast and dinner) were very helpful and friendly. The food was great. The location is superb, right on the Adriatic Sea. It was really fun to ride in the vintage Citroen from the parking area to and from the hotel! It's an easy walk to all attractions in the Old Town.

Easily one of the best places we have stayed in all of Italy. We were picked up in the Citroen and taken through the streets of Monopoli which was a fantastic experience. The staff were really friendly and the room was perfect. You can’t beat the location either. When we do return to Monopoli we would definitely stay here again.

We liked being met at the train station and taken to the property by car and friendly driver Rocco. The reception staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and and staff very helpful. We enjoyed two delicious meals in the restaurant. The location is close to the sea and perfect for a stroll after dinner.

My daughter and I could find no fault with the accommodation, staff or meals. As there is no lift I would not recommend this particular accommodation to anyone with mobility issues, there are many steps.

The location was great, close to the water but centrally located to explore Monopoli! The room was modern, clean, and spacious and had a nice balcony. We loved that they had an offsite parking garage and that a shuttle could be arranged to take you back and forth. Their shuttle was the cutest turquoise citron driven by Rocco, who was such a nice guy. This made it very convenient to explore other nearby places. We also loved the breakfast. It was plentiful and a great mix of meats, cheeses, pastries, fresh fruit, breads and juices. The on site restaurant was also very good. We enjoyed dinner there on our first night. The food was delicious, and the staff could not have been nicer and attentive. They truly enhanced our overall experience

The only compliant was the 3 flight of stairs to get back to our room after a full day of walking. Small price to pay for a room with a view!

Everything - from our arrival at Monopoli train station and we were picked up and taken to No 24, to when we were dropped off again at the end of our stay. We loved everything and all the team who looked after us and our apartment. Breakfast and dinner excellent.

Beautiful property, excellent location and fabulous restaurant. Loved being picked up in the cute little turquoise car from the parking garage. The host was lovely and the whole team was friendly, helpful and had many suggestions for our stay. The Saturday Market is worth a visit. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Monopoli. If you can't stay in one of their lovely rooms .... the N24 Restaurant is amazing!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in the town view studio. The room was more spacious than I expected, nicely decorated, very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was quite extensive and delicious every morning with a welcoming staff. The location is ideal and the roof top patio had wonderful ocean views and breezes.

Santa Maria 24 was the best. We were met from the train station and taken back at the end of our stay in their memorable Citron. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Their restaurant is wonderful. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated in a beach theme. Perfect location.

De locatie is geweldig, op een topplek middenin Monopoli. De medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk. Fijn dat Rocco je ophaalt bij de parkeergarage. De garage is wel duur (€30 per nacht).

Op het balkon lagen bij aankomst afgeknipte nagels. Dit was niet goed schoongemaakt. We hebben dit gemeld en dit werd opgelost. We kregen een gratis drankje. De airco werkte niet. Ook hier werd aan gewerkt maar de airco bleef onvoldoende werken. Hierdoor zeer warm. Met ramen open slapen helpt maar doordat er geen horren zijn, kregen we muggen binnen en daarnaast is het door de locatie ook erg gehorig. Het sofabed is zeer slecht. Zakt door, veren die eruit steken. De gebrachte topper gaf onvoldoende resultaat. Dit is geen bed waar je een gast drie nachten op kunt laten slapen. Ondanks de toplocatie zouden wij een volgende keer een ander hotel zoeken.

We wanted a two bed, two room place, which we got, but the toilet was an en suite off one of the rooms. We are good friends, so it was ok, but might be worth checking in future.

Kein Balkon, keine Terrasse, obwohl auf booking com anders vermittelt. Es dürfte im Nebenhaus Zimmer mit Terassenzugang geben, ich würde empfehlen bei Buchung nachzufragen.

Super Lage in der Altstadt, schönes modernes Studio mit allem, was man braucht, fantastisches Frühstück und sehr schönes Restaurant.

Central location in old town, right by the water. Room tastefully decorated with all the amenities one ever needs. Breakfast has a fabulous spread, and they provide transfers from/to train station, driven by friendly Rocco in the cute vintage Mini Cooper.

There was a rather faint smell like a mix of vinegar & basil in the room. I detected it right away when I stepped in the room, and it wouldn’t go away not matter how much I kept the balcony door open to air it out. Not sure where it came from. Minor issue though compared to how nice everything else was.

Avevo prenotato al B&b santa Maria il 28 marzo ma purtroppo quella mattina mio figlio non stava bene e non potemmo più partire , ovviamente avvisai la struttura per il mio imprevisto consapevole di aver perso la prenotazione , ma in quel momento , sorpreso mi dissero che eccezionalmente potevano farmela recuperare l’undici Aprile , e così è stato . Quando con la mia famiglia siamo arrivati sabato 11 sono venuti a prenderci dal parcheggio con la loro caratteristica Citroen 2Cv del ‘82 ,tutto lo staff è stato eccellente , disponibile e premuroso , la stanza pulitissima con tutti i servizi efficienti ma la vera chicca è stata la colazione super abbondante e di ottima qualità , peccato che le stelle sono solo 5 ne merita ❤️24… Grazie di tutto Nicola Simone

The location was amazing with great views. The property was very well maintained and fully replenished with daily use items. Rocco was the best and he helped getting us and our luggage back and forth from the parking garage. the vintage car ride was also the highlight of our trip. The property was constantly in contact with us over WhatsApp and were very helpful during the check-in process. The breakfast was amazing and that itself was worth it. The property is one of the best locations in Monopoli with great shopping area, sightseeing, walking paths and restaurants in close proximity. The team helped us with suggestions around local places to visit and restaurant options. The property was well maintained, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It even had enough umbrellas to venture out even when it rained towards the end of our trip.
