Lovely little apartment in a central location. Had everything we needed for a night stay. Enjoy the courtyard .

Shame an alarm was going off for hours, although nothing to do with the property, which unfortunately spoiled relaxing in the evening.

This cozy mini-house is located within the shared courtyard of the De Fabriek restaurant on the southern side of Nijmegan, 10-15 walk from the town center, and 5 minutes from the closest parking lot (Wedren). There are tons of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance including the De Fabriek itself. Check-in was conducted in person at the restaurant counter, and early checkout was easy by just leaving the key in the mailbox. The well-maintained, clean apartment has a small living room and kitchen downstairs and a loft bedroom. It was large enough to lay out luggage without tripping over things, although there’s very little area around the sink area to layout your toiletries. There were plenty of accessible electrical outlets. Small bathroom was clean with strong water pressure and consistent hot water. Wi-Fi was exceptionally fast and consistent enabling easy upload of pictures and video chats. The bed was comfortable, and I could crack the window to let cool air in for a comfotable night’s sleep. Communication was proactive and responsive.

Did not affect me, but stairs to the bedroom are steep – be prepared! There’s no USB for charging – bring an adapter. The bedroom window has mesh blinds that let in a lot of light from outside making it a little difficult to get to sleep. Worse, there was loud talking outside until just past midnight, so sleep was a bit impaired.

Was er op vrijdagavond, was heel erg gehorig tot laat met uitgaanspubliek. Bed vond ik heel zacht, maar dat is persoonlijke voorkeur.

Het appartement ligt naast het terras en de doorloop naar de keuken van De Fabriek. Het is klein, maar volledig. Slapen op de zolder. Grote ventilator aanwezig, geen airco. Midden in het centrum, veel terrassen, winkels en restaurants in de buurt, maar daar merk je in het appartement verder niets van. Binnen zeer rustig. Leuke buurt, prachtige omgeving. Goed contact met eigenaar en personeel. Zeer tevreden.

Het 'terras' van het appartement was tevens de doorloop naar de keuken en vrij krap. Maar na 17.00 uur, is de Fabriek gesloten en heb je nergens meer last van.

De ligging was fantastisch en de winkel/restaurant er naast was leuk en dynamisch. Het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het was erg warm in de zomer bij het bed op zolder.

Was toch wel klein.

Fijn mini-huisje op afgesloten binnenplaats. Midden in de stad. Keurig ingericht.

Het bed voelde een beetje 'lumpy'. Verder wel prima. Eigenaren hebben het maximale gehaald uit de bescheiden omvang van het huisje: alles is er. De trap is een beetje krap / steil.

Tolles kleines Häuschen im Zentrum. Alles fussläufig erreichbar. Parken im öffentlichen Raum kein Problem.10 min Fusswg vom Bahnhof. Die Fabriek schliesst am späten Nachmittag, so dass man Abends absolute Ruhe hat. Freundliches Team... bequemes Bett, wirklich alles voll zu empfehlen! Gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Super leuke en gezellige plek middenin het centrum van Nijmegen. De lunch, koffie en versnapering in de aangrenzende lunchroom waren top en ook de bediening was heel vriendelijk.

Mooi centraal gelegen, maar toch een beetje verstopt. Een klein stadsparadijsje. Echt heerlijk geluncht in naastgelegen Fabriek. Het mini-appartement is knus en warm ingericht. Van alle gemakken voorzien met een superfijne douche.

Lokatie is uitstekend en t apartementje is schattig en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Persoonlijk liever comfortabel bankje dan stoelen.

Wat een knus en schattig appartement. Wij noemden het ons 'micro-appartement'. Het bevat precies wat je nodig hebt qua ruimte en ook niet meer dan dat. Ik voelde mij er zeer thuis.

De pannen waren niet geweldig om mee te koken en het zou handig zijn als er een spatel en een kaasschaaf aanwezig zou zijn.

The stairs are really steep (from bedroom to downstairs and bathroom).

De comfort van een heel eigen huisje, dat perfect is voor 2 personen. En ook nog heel gezellig en knus is ingericht en schoon is.

De kamer zit tegen de keuken van "de Fabriek" aan, dus max. tussen 10.00 en 18.00 kan het voor wat geluidsoverlast zorgen.

Schattig huisje midden in de stad, gezellig ingericht en ik zou zeker nog een keer komen.

Had wel iets schoner gekund; stof hier en daar en spinnerag in de slaapkamer. Een bankje ipv 2 stoelen beneden zou chiller zijn. En een goede pan! En: er staat een bakje in de magnetron dat je absoluut niet daarin kunt gebruiken, dan ontstaat er brand.

Ligging op een binnenhofje, zodat het er 's nachts heel stil is.

Jammer dat het niet mogelijk was om de bagage achter te laten.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr gut, man ging auch auf meinen Wunsch ein, dass man für die Kommunikation den Booking-Chat verwendet. Die Unterkunft liegt im hinteren Teil eines Innenhofs, der auch als Cafe genutzt wird. Während meines Aufenthalts waren Betriebsferien, ich traf am nächsten Morgen den sehr netten Mitinhaber. Das war natürlich traumhaft, den gesamten Hof für sich zu haben. Die Unterkunft selbst ist gemütlich klein, hier kann man es 2-3 Tage sicher sehr gut aushalten. Der Aufstieg zum Bett war weniger gefährlich als ich dachte. Man sollte halt einige seiner Sinne zusammenhalten. :-) Die Gegend ist sehr belebt, es gibt einige Party-Kneipen der aktiven Studentenszene rund um die Unterkunft. Ich habe, als ich noch im Hof saß, die Spyder Murphy Gang gehört, aber im Zimmer habe ich nichts mitbekommen.

Ein Schrank, um seine Kleidung zu verstauen befindet sich im Schlafzimmer/Dachgeschoss, da sollte man nicht versuchen mit einem großen Koffer aufzusteigen. Da ich allein reiste, konnte ich mich auch im Erdgeschoss ausbreiten.

Location was excellent and there were numerous cafes, restaurants and an Albert Heijn store close by. Enjoyed having the quiet patio area just to myself when the cafe closed.

Stairs to the bedroom were steep so it wouldn't be suitable for people with mobility issues .

A great stay in this tiny appartement with a clever layout. Service and cleanliness were impeccable. It’s in the middle of the city centre, so it’ not fully quiet before 2 am.

We were not informed where we could find the WIFI password didn’t think about it until all staff was gone. An extra set of keys would have been helpful when we weren’t together for the day. The stairs were a challenge I’m sure you have heard that before😆

The apartment is in the courtyard of the cafe, which opens for lunch only, so beautiful quiet from 5pm. Close to a supermarket and the center of town and a short walk from the train station. It was perfectly located for us.

There was only 1 set of keys, but we could manage. I'd taken my own knife for cooking which was a good idea, but I hadn't taken any wooden spoons, which were needed. The street leading to the cafe could be littered.

A very comfortable apartment in a wonderfully central location. Our host was extraordinarily kind - very welcoming and thoughtful.

For us - everything was perfect. If you have mobility issues, the spiral staircase to the bedroom may be a challenge.

The location was perfect, being in the centre of Nijmegen there was access to great restaurants, cafes, etc. The apartment itself was incredibly cozy! The hosts were also very nice and efficient during checkin and checkout.

The foldout bed was only a little bit hard, but honestly this didn't matter considering how much we enjoyed the rest of our stay!

The apartment is well equiped and very clean. Very quiet at night. A supermarket is really close, where you can buy all the food you need.

There are no clothes hangers. Where can I hang my shirts and pants?

We loved the location and the apartment, the hosts were amazing - so friendly and helpful and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place very clean. The cafe attached was superb for breakfast or lunch. It is ideal for a two person visit to Nijmegen

I would say that we booked for three people and it is not really big enough for three as the main bed is upstairs and lovely but the single is a pull out single chair downstairs and in a very tight area next to the bathroom making it very disturbing when someone uses the bathroom in the night so I think this property should really be just for two
