Habitació molt ample, molt lluminosa, amb una dutxa que funciona molt bé. Els llits, hi havia un molt còmode però l'altre estava molt desgastat i era incòmode. La ubicació és perfecte per dormir a prop de l'aeroport

Location was great, easy parking around the neighborhood. 3rd floor with a nice view.

Apparently this used to be a larger apartment but was separated in two smaller ones with a paper thin wall. The outcome was that you can hear EVERYTHING from the 'apartment' next door which is nerve-wracking.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, πάνω σε κεντρικό δρόμο, με καφέ και φούρνους ακριβώς δίπλα. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενέστατος και πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Μάλιστα, ξεχάσαμε κάτι στο κατάλυμα και φρόντισε αμέσως να μας το στείλει στον τοπο κατοικιας μας. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι!

La stanza é pulita ma si limita a questo.

C´é stata una pubblicitá ingannevole alla base della prenotazione. Risultava infatti che ci fosse un parcheggio privato che in realtá non c´era. Io avevo scelto questa struttuta rispetto alle altre proprio perché sul sito era garantito il parcheggio privato senza prenotazione. É un semplice posto su strada davanti al portone , non privato e non garantito visto che é riservato ai clienti della palestra sottostante e quando siamo arrivati era tutto pieno. Qunado l´ho fatto presente allo staff (via email ovviamente perché é il classico luogo gestito da remoto) mi é stato risposto che avrei potuto parcheggiare l´auto nel parcheggio di un grande magazzino di fronte. Peccato che la strada sia molto trafficata ed é difficile da attraversare e che del famoso parcheggio privato non ci sia stata nemmeno l´ombra. Basta questo per deludere le aspettative di un cliente che si sente ingannato. La stanza era pulita ma spoglia e lo sportello del freezer era rotto (altro problema visto che necessitavo dei ghiacciolini per trasportare medicine che necessitano i basse temperature). A completare il quadro abbiamo trovato sotto la porta un biglietto di presunti altri ospiti che ci accusavano di aver preso le chiavi della stanza assegnata a loro e di stare attenti. Cosa impossibile visto che le chiavi si possono ritirare da una cassetta che necessita di un codice di apertura che ci aveva fornito lo staff via email. Nella email di istruzione era indicata esattamente quella stanza che ci era stata assegnata e poteva essere aperta con le chiavi che potevano essere prese con quel codice. Sorvolo sulla stupiditá di chi ha scritto questo bilgietto anonimo che prescinde da tutto il resto.

Невозможность выспаться из за постоянного шума из ванной. Номер подходит только , чтобы переночевать. Но в ванной постоянно что то гудело, так что и это не очень удалось. В номере нет никакой посуды и чайника. Кровать для одного человека скрипит и неудобная.

Sicuramente la vicinanza del bar dall'altro lato della strada. Considerata la posizione decisamente isolata dell'hotel e la totale assenza di servizi nei dintorni, la sua presenza si è rivelata l'unico vero salvagente per poter fare colazione prima della partenza per l'aeroporto.

Esperienza decisamente no. Prezzo troppo alto per dove si trova. Purtroppo non mi è piaciuto quasi nulla. L'unica nota positiva è il bar di fronte, comodo per fare colazione la mattina. Per il resto, la struttura è completamente isolata, in piena zona industriale e lungo uno stradone al buio: arrivarci la sera fa quasi inquietudine. La camera in sé era anche fatta bene e pulita, ma a mio parere resta un soggiorno eccessivamente costoso per essere letteralmente nel nulla più totale. Non lo consiglio neanche per soggiorni brevi considerando l'aeroporto diciamo vicino. Poi altra cosa i trasporti sono costosissimi per arrivare in aeroporto.

The apartment was perfectly placed with a beautiful bakery across the road, a supermarket and access to public transport nearby. 15 mins to airport 30 mins to Athens 30 mins to local beaches

Unfortunately there was no kettle and as a Brit we love a coffee in the morning, went and bought one locally but this would be a great addition to a fabulous 4 day stay

Clean, convenient location close to the airport, also close to Paiania square if you want to enjoy a last nice dinner at one of the local tavernas before flying home. Good communication with host. Easy check in/out

Posizione ottima per la vicinanza all'aeroporto. Camera pulita. In frigo è stata lasciata dell'acqua. In zona ci sono diversi locali aperti anche a tarda sera se si ha necessità di prendere qualcosa da mangiare

L'unica nota dolente è il divano letto... Non proprio comodo... Comodi i letti. Ma per una notte si può fare

trop de bruit, couloir mal isolée ( bruit dans le couloir et on entend l'assenceur) et conduite d'eau mal isolée ( enttend la douche du voisin

The balcony, the spaceous room, very quiet, clean, renovated bathroom, easy check-in and out.

The kitchen didn't have anything except for the fridge and two glasses, but no cooking devices, not one plate, spoon or fork, or we didn't see it, very strange. The location is not very interesting, we choose it only for being closer than Athens to Rafina port for our next day trip. A bit expensive for that location.

Que estaba cerca del aeropuerto, era nuestra prioridad

No nos gustó el sofá cama, ya que era muy incómodo y prácticamente era imposible dormir en él. Además, la nevera hacía mucho ruido durante la noche, lo que dificultaba aún más el descanso. Por estos motivos, nuestra experiencia no fue satisfactoria y, sinceramente, no volveríamos a alojarnos en este hotel.

Estaba cerca del aeropuerto que es lo que necesitábamos.

Me gustaría que Booking especificará en su página, del modo más claro posible, que tipo de alojamiento son hoteles, hostales o Airbnb. No queremos pagar este tipo de alojamiento. Nadie nos atendió en la llegada y tuvimos que gestionar nuestras dudas con el personal del gimnasio que estaba al lado. Por otro lado, el sofá-cama fue muy incómodo. No está preparado para dormir.

This was a good place for us to stay not too far from the airport. The host was extremely helpful with places to eat and sorting out phone numbers to call for an early morning taxi to pick us up. Within a 10 minute walk we were in the town centre that had a number of tavernas. For a yiro wrap go to Mega Souvlaki. They were terrific. The town square had a beautiful feel to it too.

We would have appreciated a kettle and tea/coffee available.

Το δωμάτιο και το μπάνιο πολύ καθαρά αλλά μικρά και στο μπάνιο μύριζε λίγο η αποχέτευση. Ακουγόταν ο θόρυβος από αυτοκίνητα και μηχανές από τη Λ. Λαυρίου και επίσης διαρκώς ακουγόταν ένας θόρυβος σαν κάπου στο κτήριο να δουλεύει ένα κάποιο μοτεράκι με μικροδιακοπές

Dichtbij het vliegveld, en tegenover de accommodatie zit een bakkerij. Heel handig voor in de ochtend. En de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is heel goed.

In de badkamer ging niets voor het raam. Nu zaten we wel op de 3e verdieping dus men kan niet zomaar alles zien, maar ik vind toch dat er iets voor het raam hoort te hangen.

Ótimo custo benefício para passar uma noite e ir para o porto pegar os ferries. Nós chegamos a noite, é um pouquinho longe do aeroporto, e o trajeto é meio deserto. É do lado de uma academia e tem uma padaria na frente, o que torna bem mais seguro. Gostei muito da acomodação, tudo novinho.

Raportul calitate-pret foarte bun. Aveam nevoie de o cazare pentru 4 pers (2 adulți si 2 copii) a fost perfecta. Locuri de parcare chiar in fata clădirii. Curățenie, spatios si confortabil.

Totul a fost foarte ok

Loved the lift not having to drag luggage up stairs! Very clean, great sized balcony with a cool breeze. Close to AB supermarket. Problem with bathroom sink was fixed immediately so that was good.

Didn't have a jug, coffee cups, spoon and glasses. Need the basics for a wine or coffee when you arrive.

-Η κλειδαριά δεν ήταν ασφαλείας (Δεν έγινε κάτι αλλά μια πιο ενισχυμένη θα έδινε την αίσθηση μεγαλύτερης ασφάλειας)

Ubicación ideal para el uso que queríamos. Buscábamos algo cerca del aeropuerto para una noche y hacer de puente en Atenas dentro de nuestro periplo por Grecia y ha sido perfecto. Barrio tranquilo y fácil aparcamiento. Instalaciones limpias y facilidad en el check in y check out.

Location to the airport. Easy to park.

They don’t really have any control over what people do. One time, the careless couple next door actually walked into our room. A second time, people coming back at 2 a.m. were trying to open our door as well (luckily, we had locked it that time). The entrance door to the building is always left open, so there’s very little security.

יש הטעיה בפרסום! אין כלל מטבח אלא רק מקרר ושולחן עם שתי כיסאות!. גלאי האש צפצף ולמרות הנחיות טלפוניות של בעלת הדירה, המשיך לצפצף לסרוגין גם בלילה.

Super nah am Flughafen, ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Einfach Abwicklung mit der Vermieterin. Alles sehr sauber 👍

Was booked at short notice as flight was diverted was quick and easy to book. There was cold water in the fridge and it was clean and tidy.

The sofa bed wasnt very comfortable.

Dat er geen incheck uur is: met sleutelkastje. Mail met info werd op tijd verstuurd. Alles heel proper en netjes. Grote kamer met balkon. Mooie badkamer. Zeer grote/lekkere bakker + koffie aan de overkant.

Geen koffie of thee op de kamer, ook geen waterkoker. Wel fris water in de ijskast, waarvoor dank. Geen verwarming in de badkamer.

Location was adequate for our needs. Bakery situated opposite was a decided bonus.
