Breezy Tagaytay Condo

The location is perfect, it’s conveniently close to restaurants and offers a stunning Taal view. The place is spacious and stylish. The Aircon is well functioning and kitchen tools are working. We managed to have free Parking space infront of the condo.

1. As someone who enjoys movie marathons, I was disappointed to find that Netflix was not available. I had expected to be able to watch movies with my partner and spend quality time together, rather than both of us ending up on our phones throughout the stay. I reached out to both the host and the caretaker regarding this concern, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response until check-out. Since we couldn’t enjoy a movie night as planned, we opted for outdoor activities the following morning instead. 2. The comforter is a bit overused. I suggest to change na po.

We stayed there for our 1st year anniversary last March 2026. We were checked in 30 min. Late due to whatever reason by the caretaker. In the evening when we try to cook dinner the exhaust fan in the kitchen is not working. The room is filled with smoke and smell. It’s really hard contacting the caretaker. Kame pa inutusan makipag coordinate sa maintenance. Imagine that we do that for 4 days straight. Very exhausting. We ended up asking for a discount for the whole inconvenience. We paid almost 10k and they gave us 500 pesos discount. Never again.

Responsive and accommodating staff (Ms. Grace). The location is near all the spots we wanted to go to. High floor with a perfect view of Taal. Cooking is allowed in the unit. There's proper ventilation.

No rags in the toilet. The comforter is kind of worn out, but that's bearable. It would be nice if the couch has a cover that would be replaced after several guests have stayed in the unit. But in general, our stay was comfortable! These are just minor concerns that could be improved.

Overlooking the lake and plenty of restaurants around. SM supermarket is in the next building and it has McDonald in that building.

I like how the unit has the Taal view and all amenities posted is available in the unit. Stores available at the ground floor and restaurants are just across WIND.

Everything was ok. We will book again.

The host and the caretaker are both responsive, hospitable, and very accommodating. The view! I’ve stayed in a number of accommodations overlooking the Taal Volcano but this room got the best looking view there is! We stayed in the room the whole stay and cooked our food because we couldn’t get enough of the view. PLUS we got to experience the fog/clouds in the balcony—up close!

The noise from the vehicles below are noticeable even if the windows/door are closed—to no fault of the host.

Of course the view. It is very convenient to restaurants and Robinson mall. It's walking distance. Its almost across Rosario restaurant. Very convenient to the attractions using bokyo for the whole day. 2k pesos. You can hail a bokyo (like tricycle) in front if you do not have a private vehicle or sometimes taxi is waiting for passengers in the front parking. The owner was very kind to answer the call right away and Grace did a good job in checking us in and out.

The shower can be cleaner and a little thicker/ wider blanket. Or maybe extra 1 blanket available. Maybe also n extra toilet paper. I kept forgetting to buy! We started with half a roll. So. We have to "save". Lol! I thought there would be an extra one, but none. So, bring your toilet paper. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. It's the Philippines. Vehicles are almost constant and with horns blowing...you want to enjoy your vacation. Would i stay again? Definitely!

The location in perfect and with a balcony overlooking taal lake the view was amazing, the room was very clean and tidy and all amenities to cook on was available in the room,, all made for a perfect vacation

The balcony view is true to its photos and reviews, allowing you to witness the breathtaking beauty of Taal.

It’s not that I didn’t like it, but more of a suggestion—to have an accessible outlet beside the bed. There is one, but it’s hidden since the bed is pushed against the wall. A smart lock would also be a great addition, so I wouldn’t have to think about the clacking sound from outside or other units’ door locks.

It was such an amazing experience. My partner and I thought of it as our own home and it has a beautiful view totally worth its value.

The mattress leaves a fluff on clothing it was so hard to remove.

It's still a good place to stay since parking is free.

The door to the balcony is damaged. It's a bit frustrating because we didn't fully see the view to Taal.

The view from the balcony is what made me book this room, and experiencing it in person is so much better! I never been blown away how I did when I first walked into the room and seeing that view from the balcony!! The host was very accomadating and care taker Flor helped us with the check in process. Everything went smoothly, room was big and spacious, feels like home. Restaurants, stores, ATM are all near by. Great staycation and will definitely will book again!!!

The noise from the Jeepneys passing by were pretty loud and can be heard from the room, which can disrupt the peace and quiet, but not a deal breaker for me, with that view you get it was worth it!

The view from the balcony

The place stinks really bad of sewage all the time. The staff or the owner do not even reply when you complain to them about it. When you ask them for checkout there is an instant response but they ignore the issues faced by the guest. Parking is also not free and very inconvenient. You have to park over night in a paid parking which adds up to at least 400 pesos. So if you are staying a few nights it will be as much as an additional night booking. The location of parking is also far from the apartment.

No netflix on tv. We bought xiaomi stick to use tv for netflix and youtube.

The unit was clean, with complete cooking amenities, cool and comfortable. The Taal volcano view was really exceptional and it is really right infront of our balcony. We are near to foodhubs and walking distance to Sky Ranch.

Just the waiting time for check in. But it was understandable after we have known that the caretaker was pregnant and came from afar. The checkout also no reply on my text and call was busy tone sent. Good thing that the owner itself is contactable. She advised us where to leave the unit key.

Beautiful view of the lake. Well stocked kitchen with cooking utensils. Communication with the condo owner via Booking was easy and responsive. Building is a short walk to a supermarket.

The check-in process was cumbersome as you need to meet the caretaker to collect keys instead of an easier self check-in (there were issues organising a time to meet them). The building requires an ID to be surrendered for the duration of your stay - this wasn't mentioned in the listing. Foreign travelers only: you'll need to pay the caretaker in cash on arrival. Not a big issue for us but something to be aware of. Won't be an issue for local travellers given bank transfer is a payment option.

The apartment had an incredible view over the Taal lake and volcano. Great location and all amenities provided for a good stay.

- Late check in accommodated by caretaker at around 2:30pm - 3pm - Not smart tv, but we managed to download netflix apk app compatible for their tv in order to watch netflix with our own account - Sheer white curtain at balcony door, would like have at least black out curtain instead, for privacy
