Castle JP Service Apartments

The place was smelly and terribly maintained. Towels were super old. The care taker was nice but very ineffective in maintaining. Great property, zero taste.

Peaceful location and spacious apartment.

Appliances not up to the mark. Room Service not of much help either.

Quite spacious for a family of 4. Clean with very well behaved staff. Very flexible management. Cooking facility is available properly. Nearby superstores etc

Location is very good. Calm and quiet place. Good restaurants at walkable distance.

Not much. Some of the bathroom accessories need to be of better quality.

all good except water tape n towel hanger, towel n blanket

Location and hospitality

Exceptional experience, we were allowed to check in early without extra cost. Thankfully it was available when we arrived. The apartment is clean, with all the amenities mentioned in the listing. Staff are very kind and helpful.

Very clean, good place to stay, value for money. Service people were very helpful.

The stay was good.. very silent and peaceful, at times too silent for comfort... the living and rooms were well maintained.. Vishal the caretaker was helpful.. transportation to hospitals was very convenient

Utensils in the kitchen would have been better.. water dispenser could be replaced..

The apartment was spotless and well-maintained. The owner was available on WhatsApp, making the onboarding process smooth and easy. We requested an early check-in, and they were happy to accommodate us based on availability. Overall, an excellent experience.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

The beds in both rooms are noisy ,when changing position in different sides, the bed makes noise, disturbing the sleep.

Super

Felt like we are at our own home. Excellently maintained property. Nice atmosphere and location. Vishal and his family are so nice to take care of every thing we need.

There is no way I can complain about anything.

Location and accessibility

Aparment is very nice in a decent, calm, quiet, safe neighbourhood. It's ideal for families to stay. Apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. It's secure , they have security cameras, 24 * 7 power supply, elevator, high speed internet, washer Before my checkin, apt was sanitized with pest control. So no insects, bugs, mosquitoes or lizards . Close by - walking distance to many food places, restaurants, pubs, malls , 15 mins auto to JP Nagar metro. Looks the same like in posted pictures. Management (Harish) is wonderful, efficient, honest, responsive any time ( including midnight ). He's also very helpful & caring towards guests. Housekeeping staff ( Vishal, Geetha ) are really wonderful persons of integrity, very kind & helpful. Apt. management can provide reference to a very good travel operator whom I used a lot.

Location, cleanliness, size of the rooms are excellent. Care taker is also very helpful.

Mr Harish and his team regularly followed up with us from the time of check in till check out. Its a nice apartment and especially suits for family stay. It was super clean and neat apartment and our family really enjoyed staying here and would recommend for everyone. Also we already booked for our future stay as well.

Nothing

The place is good , but The owner spoke very rudely to me for few minutes late for checkout whereas I checked in at 4 pm in the noon. Literally the owner said get out of my place, I said the owner that, there are females(family) with us getting ready, then to he said get out of the house. There is no respect of customers in owner’s Perspective. The owner dint know to respect my family and used abusive words . I would never visit this place again and also ask booking.com to teach some respect to the owner.

This was my second visit to Castle JP, Bangalore, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations this time. The property clearly needs better maintenance. The bathroom faucets were leaking and damaged, which was quite inconvenient. Moreover, the place had a serious pest issue – there were cockroaches in the kitchen and a lot of mosquitoes, making the stay uncomfortable. The only saving grace was the staff, who were polite and attentive. However, the condition of the property overshadowed the service. I hope the management takes necessary steps to address these issues because the place has potential, but it needs better upkeep to ensure a pleasant experience for guests.

Castle jp is a wonderful service apartment. We had a very comfortable stay, specious and contains all amenities with a totally functioning kitchen. The owner has given atmost preference for the hygiene. Being a toddler parent, we were very keen on cleanliness and safety. Castle JP has provided a home away from home.

Nothing. Everything is neat and tidy.

Love the hospitality of the staff and the manager. They are very welcoming and always there if I need anything. Mr Vishal and his wife are very helpful. The space is also very good and the road is very calm. Overall, I love the place!

Everything is good

Good Property

- The owner was very cooperative and very good mannered - The caretaker was very good and helpful - The rooms which end with 02 are fantastic.

- The rooms and toilets should be cleaned every day. We stayed there for almost 7-8 days and the cleaning was done only once

Home feeling

Nothing like that

We stayed here for a week and had a great experience. It is located in a cool and calm place. The owner of the property continuously stayed in touch and made sure our stay was comfortable. Hello also helped us with other personal requirements which is rare. We recommend this place to all who are looking for a beautiful experience.

Excellent apartment, nice location. Helpful staff

Nothing

The location of the property and property itself is well maintained.

Size of the rooms, ventilation, facilities and service.

This is a newly built apartment, very clean. Also, the area is quiet but at the same time there are shops and restaurants within walking distance.

AC s are of lesser capacity compared to the size of the room and little noisy for a light sleeper. Kitchen could be stocked with bare essentials such as salt, sugar and tea. Lastly, the listing had complementary .airport transfer when I booked. But the host refused to accept this. I didn't have the screenshot (the app doesn't allow one), to back up my claim. Little disappointment in an otherwise enjoyable stay.

very nice place. they have maintained it well. very clean, professional. Nice place for families to stay

not many food options nearby

The location is fantastic. On a quiet street, with plenty of eateries around. Love the area of JP Nagar. Collecting the keys was very easy. The caretaker is around and it was very smooth. The apartment is roomy and airy. The bedrooms are also of good size. It is not super swanky - but decent and comfortable. The bathrooms were also of good size. The WiFi worked very well. It was useful to have a washer dryer.

Better and more luxurious feeling/looking bedcovers for the bedrooms. In India it is very possible to get fancy looking stuff which add more sparkle to the room without hurting the pockets too much. Also could consider leaving some more pots and pans and basic items like tea bags, coffee sachets etc, that would be very useful.

Host was great. Location is good. Spacious rooms and kitchen well equipped

Some of the utensils may need replacements as they are carbonized.
