Location was amazing, beautiful marina view and lots of space.

Sehr aufmerksame und empathsche Menschen, egal in welchem Bereich. Sicherheit auf dem kompletten Gelände. Die Nähe zur Marina und der V&A Warft.

Die Unterkunft war noch schöner, als auf den Fotos und die Lage war perfekt. Unseren Mietwagen konnten wir in der Tiefgarage parken und wir konnten Gym und 2 Pools nutzen! Das war eine tolle Überraschung, denn in der Buchung stand davon nichts! Wenn wir nochmal nach CT reisen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier wohnen!

Beautiful property very central to the v&a probably the safest place to stay in Cape Town. Check in was seamless property contacted me prior to arrival to ensure we were met. Modern tasteful decor very spacious and has absolutely everything.

The location was great.

Immediately next door, there are tradesmen working every day, renovating the apartment. The apartment has been completely gutted so the drilling and banging will go on for a long time. DO NOT STAY ANYTIME SOON. I complained and asked for a partial refund but surprisingly no one got back to me. They know the apartment has been gutted so I do not think it is fair to charge guests the full price while the constant banging and crashing goes on every day.

The location for a Cape Town visit is perfect, secure and stunning views of the V& A Waterfront. You are in the Waterfront, within walking distance to the restaurants and shopping. Lovely balcony, just a great place to stay. Bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Will be back, for sure.

This Apartment is absolutely stunning. I cannot fault it. Its clean, spacious, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. The views are stunning. Our host Alex was very friendly & always respond fast on whatsapp. This is a 5 star rating apartment.

View of the canal outside was really enjoyable and yet the privacy from other units was really excellent. Also, Uber drivers were very good and the fares around town were very cheap. No need to rent a car to see the city

There were a few light fixtures that did not work, but were fixed in the first 2 days.

Host was very flexible with later check in time and came to meet us upon arrival to hand over keys and orientate us. The apartment is beautiful with balconies and fantastic views, very conveniently situated right in the heart of the waterfront area, and comes well equipped including with washing machine and dryer/drying racks.

The toasters were both broken. There was no coffee maker. Only a single coffee maker with pods and only 4 pods We asked for a working toaster and a coffers maker. Were given a French press. No toaster. The dryer did not work and we tried to ask the owner what to do to make it work The owner did not respond to my texts until 16 hours later - too late to be of assistance

Excellent location, and easy access to the waterfront. Spacious and very clean room. Most inportant is the staff, very professional and supportive, thanks to Zyad and the team for their hospitality

Perfect position , we booked the room with Mountain View and my friends had the marina room ( which has amazing views ) . Our apartment was very stylish and the V& A shopping area is a 7 min walk away . Alex our property manager was very helpful and contacted up before on WhatsApp. The complex is very secure , so allow a little time to get into it .

This is a beautiful apartment overlooking the boats in the harbour. The security involved in staying there makes you feel safe and secure. It's a short walk to the V&A shops and restaurants and also the ferry to Robben Island.

Amazing location, great quality apartment. After a long flight it was the perfect place to be. The beds are very comfortable, it’s quiet and safe. Location is 5 minute walk to the waterfront.

Host very responsive and super helpful- ie belive his name is Ziyaad. Also very Friendly guards, super safe. Extremely central, just a 7 min walk to center of Waterfront. Good gym and secure parking. Very spacious too!

A little dated, some doors open with difficulty and some kitchen equipment are old. I also think the kitchen requires a major clean up of the tinier places- if you're fussy that way. Note that It's not luxurious, but it's comfortable.

We had a fantastic roomie apartment right in the centre of the waterfront with all the facilities we needed. Sorry, I forgot the gentleman‘s name who checked us in, he did a fantastic job. He told us everything so that we didn’t even need to ask any questions about the apartment and the area, 100%.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Atlantic Marina. The location was excellent, and the apartment was comfortable, clean, and well equipped

there are a few areas that need improvement, particularly regarding privacy. On one occasion, the housekeeper knocked on the door and entered the apartment even though it was closed and occupied. I also found workers on the balcony without any prior notice. In addition, the housekeeper’s attitude could be more professional and respectful.

Mr Ziyaad is Extremely Helpful and respected person, I forgot my Money in the Apartment when I reached Airport I realize that I forgot my wallet. he managed to get me my wallet back. More over he was helping on any issue we highlighted even small things Really I am very happy to deal with and I am extremely recommend to book this apartment

The location in Waterfront is amazing, all in walking distance in a safe location. The appartement was well equiped and nicely furnished. The welcome and house cleaning were good.

There were quite a few "lack of maintance", leaking shower, lamps not working and more small things.

Great stay in Cape Town. Very safe and secure compound in a great location. Staff were helpful on arrival and coordinating with ubers etc. Great facilities within the complex as well. Very good location - easy walking distance to V&A Waterfront. Room was very comfortable and clean.

I have used this company many times in the past and without issues. This time I booked a specific apartment that I stayed in previously and paid, non-refundable, the amount specific to that apartment. I was given directions and arrival instructions. Upon arrival, the security couldn’t track down my booking. When I contacted the company, I was told bluntly that I’m booked in another apartment and I’m in the wrong place. Well, first he implied that I’m wrong about the booking, but a quick screenshot proved him wrong. Already on my way to the new building, I was told to go back to the first building where. Eventually someone showed up and drove with me to the substitute apartment. A much inferior stay. The apartment needs a refresh, particularly the bathroom. The wifi seems to be from early 2000’s, barely functional. Very disappointing, and zero apology from the guy at the other end of the conversation.

Very comfortable apartment with everything needed to enjoy our week in Cape Town. Daily service of the apartment, quiet location, gym opposite. Visits from Saige the Sphinx cat from the apartment above was a highlight.

There are several loose floor tiles in the apartment which need replacing. The extractor above the stove is running continuously and it is switched off- needs to be looked at. We prefer a separate shower - not over the bath.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this property. The location was excellent and very convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and Water front area. Wir waren im Parergon 203 Es ist alles sehr gut organisiert. Bei Ankunft wartet schon das Personal um behilflich zu sein. Man holt seine Schlüsselkarte Gebühr 75 Rand pro Person, kommt zzgl. noch hinzu, zahlbar vorort in bar oder Karte. Man wird zum Garagenstellplatz und Unterkunft geführt. Der Bereich ist abgeschlossen, sehr gut gesichert und es gibt Einlaßkontrollen. Pool und Fitness im Nebengebäude, ca. 100m entfernt kostenfrei nutzbar. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut und die Aussicht ist schön. Kommunikation erfolgt über Booking und man bekommt alle Information und auch schnelle Antworten auf Fragen. Eine WhatsApp Nummer wird auch mitgeteilt, damit eine reibungslose Kommunikation möglich ist. Kommunikation auf englisch

An upmarket apartment, very quiet, good appliances in the kitchen and comfortable furniture in the lounge which is rare in most rentals.

The only negative is that the shower is over the bath and not separate.

I wish some instructions for operating, coffee, machine, laundry, Uber process, TV had been written down and left to assist. I am 82 and hearing instructions on my arrival at late night after a hard day traveling made it difficult for me to feel assured I knew what I was doing.! I take that on me personally and it is probably not relevant for someone younger or more used to the modernity of this apartment. Also a longer stay would’ve helped me be more familiar. The staff were quick to respond via WhatsApp and I greatly appreciated that.

Es ist für uns sehr schwer die Unterkunft zu bewerten! Das Appartement ist sehr schön, mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Die Lage und Sicherheit top aber…,,,,

In der Anlage fanden Bauarbeiten statt! Wir wurden davon leider nicht in Kenntnis gesetzt! Über uns wurde alles neu ausgebaut, der Flur war eine komplette Baustelle! Am schlimmsten war jedoch für uns das mit Lösungsmitteln gearbeitet wurde. In der gesamten Wohnung war ein beißender, stechender Geruch! Wir haben Tag und Nacht ( obwohl es kalt war) das Fenster im Schlafzimmer und die Balkontür offen gelassen, damit es auszuhalten war! Ich habe mich 2 mal an Booking.com unter der Rubrik Schnelle Hilfe gewandt, leider wurde darauf nicht reagiert und uns nicht geholfen! Das ganze war nicht nur störend, sondern gesundheitsschädlich! Normalerweise hätte hier niemand mehr untergebracht werden dürfen! Ich hatte auch den Anschein das außer uns niemand anderes da war! Im Nachbarhaus waren Baugerüste und tagsüber auch Bauarbeiter am arbeiten! Der Balkon so nicht nutzbar!!!! Ich hoffe das bis zum Abschluss der Bauarbeiten hier niemand mehr untergebracht wird!
