المعاملة السيئة من قبل المديرة حيث كان اسلوبها فض وغير لائق ولم تكون متعاونه ابداً معنا حيث كنا عائلتين عائلة مكونه من شخصين بالغين وطفل والعائلة الاخرى بالغين وطفلين وحجزنا شقتين واصرت ان نحجز شقة اضافية لان العدد المسموحة فيه فقط شخصين واضطررنا لحجز شقة ثالثة ودفعنا قيمة سرير اضافي ولم يكون سرير انما كان غطاء واخذ منا الدخول وقت لمده ثلاث ساعات

Fantastic location next V&A Waterfront, friendly helpful staff and a very spacious well appointed luxury apartment.

Hard to fault

This was our second stay in this complex during our two weeks in South Africa. Nice apartment - clean, well-equipped, and nice balcony overlooking the canal. Location is superb, as we felt very safe walking to V&A Waterfront for shops and for dinner at night. On-site parking was available for our rental car.

On arrival, our taxi driver from the airport struggled to find the reception, as it was a long way into the complex from the entrance. Signposting on-site and instructions in the initial communication would be very helpful.

Superb apartment, as we must have been upgraded to a two-bedroom compared to the one-bedroom we booked. Clean, spacious, well-equipped, nice balcony overlooking the canal, etc. Location is superb, as we felt very safe walking to V&A Waterfront for shops and for dinner at night. Easy for Uber pickups, and parking was available when we rented a car towards the end of our stay.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Anlage sehr sicher. V&A-Waterfront wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Spacious and luxurious located conveniently to V&A Waterfront and all the food and shopping options. Beautiful views of the Marina and Table Mounatain. Great hospitality from staff.

Sofas in living room were worn and lumpy. Broken or missing drawer handles in kitchen cabinets. There was construction/renovation on going in adjacent space. Not deal breakers, but they did spoil the experience somewhat.

Best part is the location

When my request for an early check in was declined I expected a difficult stay, but once I got there everything was just smooth sailing. I had a most wonderful stay and I don't see myself staying in any other place on my future visits to Cape Town...very spacious, well equipped kitchen, TV in lounge and bedroom, very clean, good Wi-Fi....but for smokers you can only smoke on the 3rd floor outside, no smoking allowed not only inside but even immediately outside the apartments. I had a wonderful stay and even booked for my associates to join me for the weekend...I will definitely go back again and again.

Everything can always be improved but I can't think of anything much that I can complain about

I found the parking lot difficult to navigate but got a hang of it eventually

The location was great. The use of a washer and dryer was great.

The sofa was very old and small. We ran out if toilet paper and no more was provided.

Unit was in an excellent location within walking distance to the V&A Waterfront. But overall a very pleasant stay. Great Charlotte Rhys tolietries; the guy at the reception drove us to the unit, to show us where it was, where to park and teh facilities within - which was a nice surprise!

Furnishings were a little dated compared to other units in which I have stayed in the same area.

Very good walking distance to the waterfront.

Would have been nice to have instructions for how to use the washing machine and safe.

Akşam misafirimiz geldi güvenlik sinirli bir şekilde giremezler dedi, güvenlik personeli misafirlerimizib sitenin kapısına gelmesi nedeniyle sabahın ilk saatlerinde mesaj atmışlar 500 rand ceza yazıldı diye. O sırada uyuduğum için telefonu duymadım. Daha sonra evdeki telefondan tarafıma ulaşarak acil şekilde 500 Rand getirmem gerektiğini ve ceza yazıldığını söylediler. Kendilerine o anda uyuduğumu ve gün içerisinde uğrayabileceğimi belirtmeme rağmen son derece saygısız ve uygunsuz bir üslupla konuştular. Ayrıca konaklama süresince çeşitli sorunlar yaşadım. Havuzun içerisinde kum ve çok sayıda ölü böcek bulunuyordu. Yerden ısıtma sistemi ile klima düzenli ve stabil şekilde çalışmıyordu. Bunun yanında banyonun havalandırması sürekli çalışıyor, kapatılamıyordu. Yaşanan bu olumsuzluklar dikkate alınmadan tarafıma ceza uygulanması ve sonrasında maruz kaldığım üslup kabul edilebilir değildir. 3 sene önce yine gelmiştik böyle şeylerle karşılaşmamıştık.

Arriving after midnight, check in process was a bit confusing. Bed is low but once we got used to it was OK. Minor issues not affecting an enjoyable, all too short, stay.

The apartment location along the canals is scenic and it's a convenient 5 min walk to the V&A. The apartment facilities were good at Falconier and comfortable for a self-catering stay.. Daily housekeeping is helpful and the staff are friendly and kind. We appreciated the upgrade from the initial apartment Altmore to Falconier block where we actually extended our stay by a week. Kayaking the canals was enjoyable and a must-do activity.

The initial apartment we were allocated was sub-par in terms of facilities, decor and location but the kind lady from Reservations named Chante was so knowledgeable about every apartment and immediately upgraded us to a lovely unit more suited to our needs. The bathroom is a bit dated and could use a makeover at some point.

New tech needed, TVs need to be updated, no Netflix or other more up to date TV tech. Outside, one of the table chairs arm was broken.

Perfectly situated to access the V&A waterfront area / shopping centre etc by foot - an easy 10 minute walk max. Good to have a kitchen, washer and drier to self-cater. Comfy couch.

The apartment itself had everything we needed but felt tired and a little dated. The bed was very low to the ground and awkward - it let the apartment down the most as it appeared cheap and not well thought out. Neither of us slept very well the 4 nights we stayed.

The village feels very luxurious and well designed. Our apartment was right by the marina with stunning views of the boats and the V&A, which we really enjoyed. The location is super convenient, with secure access to the One&Only Cape Town, great restaurants, and a shopping mall all within easy reach. The apartment is serviced daily and is very comfortable for 4–6 guests.

There isn’t much to dislike overall, aside from the fact that the apartments are slightly older. One minor inconvenience is that deliveries (such as Uber Eats) are not allowed in the property, so you need to collect them from the main gate.

All was good apart from reception.

Poor handling of guests by reception requesting extra keys and never got it.
