Location if you want to be in the town

Corridor dingy and spelt of mould. Very shabby apartment overall. Mismatched furniture. Musty. Kitchen very dated. Fit and finish very poor throughout. No curtains in bedroom. Bathroom looked like it was tiled to be a fish and chip shop. Creaking floorboards. Could hear every noise from apartment above. Overall very uneasy and not nice feeling (compared to what the pictures would make you think) we did not end up staying we found other accommodation.

Handy location, well appointed, great living space

Lovely modern apartment, with everything you could need. It was warm, the bed was comfortable and the shower was always hot. Great location in the centre of town. The entrance is off a car park, which may not be very picturesque but very handy for parking.

The only drawback is that the flat is on the 4th floor.

Great location and well managed. Provided a good base to travel from. Dungarvan is a lovely town.

The street outside has a lively bar so that can be an issue

Loved everything, just one small thing, mirror in the bedroom be great whilst one using the bathroom , the other could be doing their makeup.

Bed was very small and uncomfortable, bright green fire light on all night, obviously had been a cooker there previously, but none there now (even though there were saucepans) bathroom was very cold

Location was amazing, so central and loads of room in the apartment with fully equipped kitchen

Was a bit cold when we arrived but we soon sorted that out

We had a gorgeous 2 bed suite. 2 double bed rooms. Gorgeous decor. Quality coffee in the kitchen. Storage heaters. Massive TV

The entrance hall is not nice or welcoming. It in no way matches the standard or the suite and I didn't anticipate so many steps.

Great location right in the centre of town with a variety of pubs, cafes and restaurants only a short stroll away

No water pressure. Poor shower No kitchen sink plug & hot water ran cold very quick. Wasn't aware of the stairs as our apartment was right at the top. No windows only skylights.

Home away from home and a lovely space to relax and enjoy. Very close to shops,bars and restaurants but very quiet so slept great .

One hiccup, no keys on arrival but, in fairness, that was addressed quite quickly.

Location was superb! Nice sized apartment for 2 people. Kitchen was well equipped!

Bedroom very bright in the mornings as no blind on Velux. Missed not having windows with a view. It's difficult applying make as no shelf for cosmetics in bathroom and lighting in bedroom not great for this purpose. The shower is not very powerful.

Place was spotless, lovely apartment had everything we needed, seamless self check in, good communication from owner on directions and to check in. Location was perfect, very central

Nothing it was old wrecked broken chairs freezing cold linoleum creaky floors.slept in my clothes, revellers arguing in landing outside.

Bed was very comfy , loads towels for the shower and big television - living room and kitchen very spacious and bedroom !

Old windows left in a lot of noise and no sound proofing from the apartments above and could hear ever foot step :(

Central location close to everything!

The inside door could do with having a lock as the only door that properly locks is the front door leading outside.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and tidy excellent location

Ill equipped kitchen, very poor quality utensils, not matching, no proper chopping /bread board or breadknife, other knives completely blunt, no corkscrew so couldn't open a bottle of wine. Not a cosy feel, it was very functional but didn't make you want to spend time in the apartment

The facilities were good - we didn't use everything as we were only there for a night, but it was very comfy and clean and had clear instructions. The location was great as it's just beside the main street, central square and harbour - great value for money - thanks!

I was a bit confused about what to do with the keys at the end as the email said one thing, but there was a key drop box - the stairs and hallway could have been a bit more welcoming.

Apt needs to be updated .we were in apt 2 and it was dated.our friends were in apt 4 much nicer

Apartment was spacious and clean

Shower unit was very small and unusable for larger people even though bathroom was very spacious.

Centrally located with parking in a pay and display car park outside the door. Communication from hosts was excellent. Sister restaurant was really good and you get a 10% discount. Price is good.

The place needs a bit of TLC. The entrance from the car park is not exactly inviting. The staircase to the apartment is a bit shabby. Some little things could be so easily improved, such as only 4 coat hangers (why?) and a communal iron and ironing board on the stairs instead of one for each apartment; those kind of things cost a few euros but would make a big difference

Rained and the skylight kept us awake for ages, never heard noise like it.

Entrance to property through public car park, no guaranteed space provided. Stairway up was dreary and needed decorating, very creaky floorboards in apartments, so annoying.

Very modern interior, recently renovated, good layout over 2 floors, nice furniture. Very clean and bright.

Noise level in bedroom from street side. Windows really need to be upgraded to reduce noise. Carpark very busy so your not guaranteed a space but ample on-street parking nearby.

Great location stayed here many times, always spotless clean, very well equipped for either short or long stay very comfortable.Easy check in with lock box facility and hosts easily contactable highly recommend.

apartment was so fresh and clean. My girls loved it as an "upside down" apartment - bedrooms on your bottom floor and kitchen and sitting area upstairs. Lovely fluffy blankets on sofas and bed were so comfy.

A coffee table or little next of tables in sitting area would be a nice touch. I would like to see out more - windows were high and velux in kitchen but it was still a very bright and airy apartment.

Decor was gorgeous. Central location. Great size with all you could need. Comfortable bedding and beds.

WiFi didn’t connect to the tv. Music from bar across the road kept us up until after 12 Fri and Saturday night , not ideal with 5 month old sleeping with us and up for night feeds! Windows in bedroom were slightly open and we couldn’t reach them. Too many steps up to the front door for us with a 2 year old and 5 month old to haul up and down.

The location was great. But mostly, it was the beautiful apartment, the decor, the light, the cleanliness and warm feeling...attention to detail was incredible and though we never met hosts we felt their welcome.

A functional, ground floor apartment, with a lot of space, well located in the centre of town. Comfortable bed and good shower. Fridge freezer, oven and air fryer (the stove top had been removed). Only natural light from windows at the front of the apartment looking onto the street.

Several flights of stairs our apartment was the top one, no mention of this when booking we are both 70 years.

Perfectly clean, well equipped, fantastic location. Really nice, comfortable apartment with every thing you might possibly need and super seamless check in. Parking is handy too.

The green security/exit light in the bedroom is very bright and couldn’t be turned off at night. Bring an eye mask!

Fabulous, very central 2 mins walk to centre. . Public parking to the rear of building. Easy to find. Entry was well explained despite no staff. Bed very comfy. Definitely will stay again. 😁

Mats on bathroom floor not nice. No need for them. Grotty. Photo on website of street view needs updating.

We loved the location of the apartments. 2 min walk to the square. The apartments were very modern and we will definitely be returning the next time we visit Dungarvan.
