If was a nightmare to stay in the property of such an owner.

This has been my worst apartment stay ever. First , internet was very poor , intermittent and sometimes no internent at all .It really started three days before my last day there when my car got punctured by a thick construction nail coming from the parking area in front of the property. Upon checking the front parking area, I did find out that the construction crew of the owner had left nails scattered all over the place. There was no warning , no signage and no effort whatsoever to clean the area. I had to remove all the remaining nails so as to avoid further puncture .Later at night , when I told the owner, he promised that he would investigate and try to get the construction crew compensate for the damage. To my surprise , the owner sent me an electricity bill of 21283 rupees on the next day blatantly accusing me of over using his air conditioning. This property has five air conditioning units feeding other apartment blocks. The owner was trying to hold me responsible for the the other tenants' usage! One day before may departure, the owner sent me a text to clean the property.  He was again asking me for money to get it cleaned.I texted him back that I would hand over the property clean. I had to rush about to buy cleaning kits and materials on my very last day, (which was the busiest day of my stay as I had to pack up all my belongings) since no cleaning materials , broom , etc was provided by the owner. Until the time of this writing , there has not been any word from the owner to compensate for a new tyre that I had to buy. I would consider these as a total disregard of guests' safety alongside being unscrupulous and full of shenanigans .

Kind of small for three people. Little noisy (due to reconstruction).

The family are so kind and wonderful, they constantly wanted to ensure I had the best time and went above and beyond to make my stay special. I couldn't have hoped for more helpful hosts. The property is a lot bigger than the photos. Really great value for money for what else is available in the area.

A little bit of ants :(

The host was brilliant from start to end, also booked a journey back to the airport which made things very easy. Comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with everything you need. Excellent Shower Good Kitchen Facilities Air conditioning Smart TV - So Netflix, YouTube etc 5 minutes walk to Pereybere Public Beach and 10 minutes walk to Winners Supermarket Lemon Bush with an abundance of lemons and Coconut Tree (you are given permission by the owner to pick them during your stay) Quiet location The best thing about my stay was that this apartment was cockroach free, the first building I have stayed in Mauritius where that is the case. I would not hesitate to stay again in the future, thank you for an amazing stay, I hope to stay again in the future :)

It was very clean and in a good location. Fresh coconut from the tree and fresh limes. 😁

The location was good a good distance to the beach.

The accommodation wasn't clean. The host got annoyed with us because we forgot to turn off the AC when we left. Also there was a big confusion about our stay, because my cousin came to visit. Was a bit weird.
